We had an excellent stay in this wonderful villa ! The villa is located in a quiet, secluded spot ideal for a relaxing vacation. The view is magnificent over the mountains.The interior of the villa is very spacious with very large bedrooms. The decoration is authentic, adding to the charm of the property. The outside is even more spacious, with a magnificent swimming pool and deckchairs for relaxing. A ping pong table, table soccer and a small garden with soccer cages are also available. There's also a gas-powered barbecue, which is great! The villa is only 20 minutes from Palma, which is a real advantage. During our stay we had a power problem one evening, but the host was very reactive and fixed the problem the next morning. We were able to meet the villa's hosts on the last day and they are really friendly and I would like to thank them again for their kindness. I really recommend this villa if you want a relaxing vacation! I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

Amazing place

We absolutely loved our stay, the location is out of this world. The host was brilliant with keeping in touch, made everything clear and even left us a couple bottles of water. The air con is in a timer so make sure you keep the doors closed in the day and it stays cool at night. We would definitely return to this property. We did a big food shop on the first day and the fridge and freezer was a great size to store everything. The panty was also good for storing with ample plates and cups. We absolutely loved our time here just relaxing round the pool. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Hopefully will be available next year. Also you do need cars as off the beaten track.

Wonderful stay

Good booking process. Accurate listing. Easy check-in: GPS coordinates supplied, easy to find with satnav. Smooth communication helped us arrive within a few minutes of the pre-arranged check-in time.Enrique, our host, met me at the gate. He was courteous, friendly and gave me a comprehensive tour of the extensive property. Photos do not fully portray the size of the rooms and the outdoor spaces. We were absolutely delighted to spend a week in the house. The views of the surrounding countryside were magnificent. The pool was a delight to swim and the surrounds were perfect for bathing in the sun.The house is very spacious and well equipped: appliances are of good quality; extensive glassware & crockery (could cater for more than 9 guests); ample towels supplied; loads of ping-pong balls; inflatables for children using the pool; very comfortable reclining chairs & sofa near the modern TV; etc, etc.There were a few signs of wear & tear in a few places but these were not significant. I am looking for an excuse to return to this wonderful place, as soon as possible. I imagine this house will be booked-up for most of the summer, likely by previous guests returning for repeated visits.Thank you for a wonderful stay, Enrique!

Toller Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit auf der Finca. Enrique war super nett und es hat alles geklappt . Der Weg ist etwas holprig aber machbar. Mit Kindern zu 100% zu empfehlen.

Perfekter Urlaub zum erholen

Es war eine super Finca. Super ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum entspannen. Der Anfahrtsweg ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber wenn man ihn 1-2 mal gefahren ist, gewöhnt man sich dran. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cooler Freundes Tripp im ruhigen Mallorca

Meine Freunde und ich haben die Villa zu siebt besucht. Es war sehr sehr schön dort und einfach ein Traumhafter Urlaub. Der Kontakt ging ĂŒber Handy und auch das wir erst um 22 Uhr angekommen sind war kein Problem. Wo jedoch zwei Sterne abgehen sind fĂŒr den Weg, der war wirklich eine Erfahrung fĂŒr sich 😅 und der Pool. Das Badeerlebnis ist zwar sehr schön jedoch war leider nicht einem ein Pool Boy da, welcher jedoch angekĂŒndigt wurde (dadurch war das Wasser nach ein paar Tagen sehr TrĂŒb von der Sonnencreme usw, da die Pumpe leider auch nicht funktioniert hat) und fast alle GelĂ€nder zum einsteigen in den Pool waren lose. Wenn man darĂŒber hinwegsehen kann ist es aber ein sehr schönes Urlaubs Erlebnis und eine wirklich unglaubliche Aussicht bin totaler Ruhe!

Reunion

Nine of us stayed at this beautiful property! It was the perfect spot for resting and relaxation with good friends in the open air. It is not luxurious, just very comfortable. Old Spanish villa/farmhouse. Clean well equipped with spectacular views. Don’t be misled by the road leading up to the property. A welcome spot at the end of the drive. The pool was fantastic! Our host Guillermo couldn’t have been any nicer or endearing. Thank you 💛

It has an incredible location in the heart of the Tramantana Mountain Range, a recently listed UNESCO World Heritage Site. The privileged location and the plot make this the perfect place to alleviate any type of stress or worry.
You can enjoy all of this while being only 20 minutes from the island's main airport and some of its beaches.
The village of Puigpunyent is near the roads that connect us with the centre of the regional capital, Palma, and to the motorways that go the few kilometres down to the island's beaches.
