DĂ©couvrez la paix, la beautĂ© et la beautĂ© de cette maison sur un grand terrain au large d'une rue calme avec une grande cour. Cette maison, situĂ©e sur Easton's Point, est Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied de Second Beach (avec surf), Ă  1,6 km de First / Easton's Beach et Ă  1,5 km de Sachuest National Wildlife Refuge, Norman Bird Sanctuary et de nombreux sentiers de randonnĂ©e. À quelques minutes en voiture de restaurants raffinĂ©s et de boutiques dans le centre-ville historique de Newport, cette maison est un endroit idĂ©al pour profiter du rivage tout en offrant un endroit isolĂ© et vaste pour se reposer et jouer. Des rĂ©novations rĂ©centes ont Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ©es dans la chambre principale et la salle de bain principale, la salle de bain Ă  l'Ă©tage et la douche extĂ©rieure. Il y a des unitĂ©s de climatisation dans chaque chambre (mais pas dans les parties communes). Everything very clean. Would have liked more than 1 TV. Fan (?) in hot water heater closet running was sometimes annoying - esp watching TV in LR. Loved the large area outside and all the seating, etc outside. Everything we needed was supplied - even more so. (tools, first aid, kitchen items) Very quiet neighborhood. Children happy for sports equipment provided.

A wonderful home to share with family with a great deck and yard for outdoor time. The beach is a walk away and Newport, with all it has to offer, is a short drive or bike ride.

Pam was responsive and gracious as a host! Our multi-generational family had plenty of room and the house was well stocked. The location was private and within walking distance to two excellent Newport beaches. Great value! We would absolutely stay again.

The most charming house you will ever stay in...

This home was recommended by a friend who had stayed there and it was by far the best home we have ever stayed in, in all of our years of travelling (including Europe!). First, it is perfectly appointed, because it is a family home. That made it so comfortable, and yet it was really a wonderful getaway for us. The house is beautiful, charming, so well laid out and planned and easy, easy, easy to be in. The host, Pam, was wonderful and she literally has the prettiest home. The outdoors is quiet, spacious, and has enough outdoor deck and yard space that you can follow the sun or find shade as needed. The four bedrooms are beautiful, with fresh bedding and beautiful furniture. The two upstairs bedrooms have the most adorable little sleeping areas for children that is quite frankly magical! The location is lovely, a short walk to the beach and restaurants but in a quiet lovely neighborhood, that is wonderful for walks. We were only there for three nights, and we and my sister and her husband are already making plans to return in the fall, it is that lovely. Newport/Middletown can be difficult to find a place to stay, not sure what you are getting yourself into, but this home is idyllic, and we feel so lucky to have found it!!

Everything was perfect! House is beautiful and was the perfect spot for us to gather over a busy wedding weekend. Our dog loved all the outdoor space and so did we. The house was close to the venue and had easy access to the beach and Newport. The home had everything we needed and it was clear the owners put a lot of thought and planning to make sure their home would provide a great vacation experience.

Excellent property, amazing yard and location!

We rented this property for an extra long weekend during my daughter’s graduation weekend from Salve. This property was just as described, both the indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for our family of 9. We enjoyed spending time on the decks enjoying the nice spring weather and grilling. It was a good walk to the beach. There was plenty of parking and room inside for everyone to be comfortable. The checkin was seemless and we had no issues with anything, the house was immaculate. I highly recommend this property for families that like to spend time together relaxing.

Newport Charm

Being a returning guest (now several times over) probably captures best how pleased we are with the property and with our interactions with Pamela. From the booking, to contact prior to arriving to the home itself and even as we were departing, the experience (as always) was excellent.Having stayed at the property several times now, we continue to benefit from the excellent location (walking distance to both first and second beach) but also benefit from the structural upgrades made to the home (electric car charger, solar panels, etc.) without losing its Newport charm!

Convenient Location and Private

The house was a great location, walkable to the beaches and local restaurants. It is nicely set back on the street down a long driveway which is ideal for privacy and feeling a bit more secluded! There are decks on both sides and lots of outdoor space. We really enjoyed our stay - the rooms were a great size with extra sleeping lofts, the kitchen had all the amenities you would need. It was a great house for our wedding weekend. The host is super attentive and quick to communicate. Would recommend!

Lovely and homey house in Newport

Our family had a wonderful stay in Newport at Pamela's house. The house was lovely, spacious, clean and exactly what we needed to stay for a family wedding over the weekend. Communication with the host was easy and she was responsive to messages and special requests. We would love to stay again in any future visit to Newport and highly recommend it for anybody visiting the area.

Wedding Weekend in Middletown

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The host was remarkable with communication, the property is phenomenal, large, and classic Rhode Island style. It's perfectly located between two local beaches and the quaint town of Newport. We would definitely stay their again if we are in the area.

Wonderful location and amazing outdoor space!

Beautiful home and amazing location close to Second Beach and downtown Newport! We had an extended family of 10 including parents, grandparents, teens and toddlers and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Lots of beach gear including towels, chairs,and even kayaks! Huge and very private backyard with lots of space for kids to play and beautiful deck for adults to relax! Pamela was a great host and very responsive to all questions. Would highly recommend!

Great family getaway

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was so perfect for our two young kids (baby and toddler) with an awesome yard to play in, plus so close to Second Beach. Had fun doing beach mornings, and spending the afternoons watching the boats in Newport. 5 Star accommodations and memories!

Newport Wedding Trip

My wife and some family stayed at this property over the course of a five day trip to Newport for our sons wedding. The grounds and the property itself were perfect for what we needed. The home blended character and charm with a peaceful quiet setting and privacy. Pam was extremely communicative and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly and we would certainly come back to the same property if we took another trip to the area.

Simply beautiful

Family get together for a local wedding in Newport. On arrival, the home was welcoming and spacious. This house is in a great location. We walked to the beach every day! Local take outs and stores made it just perfect. Extremely well equipped in every aspect for six adults and two children.
