Belle maison isolée. À quelques minutes de Sachuest / Second Beach et de Newport!

Découvrez la paix, la beauté et la beauté de cette maison sur un grand terrain au large d'une rue calme avec une grande cour. Cette maison, située sur Easton's Point, est à quelques minutes à pied de Second Beach (avec surf), à 1,6 km de First / Easton's Beach et à 1,5 km de Sachuest National Wildlife Refuge, Norman Bird Sanctuary et de nombreux sentiers de randonnée. À quelques minutes en voiture de restaurants raffinés et de boutiques dans le centre-ville historique de Newport, cette maison est un endroit idéal pour profiter du rivage tout en offrant un endroit isolé et vaste pour se reposer et jouer. Des rénovations récentes ont été effectuées dans la chambre principale et la salle de bain principale, la salle de bain à l'étage et la douche extérieure. Il y a des unités de climatisation dans chaque chambre (mais pas dans les parties communes). De plus, il y a des ventilateurs de plafond au deuxième étage et des ventilateurs de fenêtre au premier étage.

Our favorite rental yet. Such a peaceful, private setting and neighborhood yet close to all the area has to offer. The home itself is lovely - comfortable, well-stocked, with plenty of space for all. The outdoor space is lovely with the deck, yard, outdoor shower. We look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful week-long stay with family for wedding held at Goat Island. Home has views from every room, clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, excellent deck, surrounded by nature! Location is perfect for peaceful days and nights, walks and bike rides near beaches, cliff walk, downtown. Our host thought of everything. The family loved our stay - thank you!

House was amazing! More than enough room for our party (8 adults, 2 kids). Kids absolutely loved the loft/ window beds upstairs and the dinning room had more than enough space for all of us to hang out together. Location was perfect, quick ride to Newport and we walked to the beach. Pam was super communicative and responsive, before and during our stay. House is clean and nicely appointed, Would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful family who were in touch about the beach equipment and other accoutrements. They said they entertained relatives who lived in the area on the lawn and generally enjoyed living in the house and enjoyed what Newport/Middletown had to offer which is considerable. A wonderful home to share with family with a great deck and yard for outdoor time. The beach is a walk away and Newport, with all it has to offer, is a short drive or bike ride.

Excellent rental, excellent location!

Pam was responsive and gracious as a host! Our multi-generational family had plenty of room and the house was well stocked. The location was private and within walking distance to two excellent Newport beaches. Great value! We would absolutely stay again.

Great family getaway

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was so perfect for our two young kids (baby and toddler) with an awesome yard to play in, plus so close to Second Beach. Had fun doing beach mornings, and spending the afternoons watching the boats in Newport. 5 Star accommodations and memories!

Fabulous Stay

The property was perfect in everyway - super clean, comfortable, lots of space (inside and out) for gathering, and within a short drive to Newport highlights. We were a group of 5 women celebrating birthdays and we all loved the house/location. We would highly recommend staying here!!

Wedding Weekend in Middletown

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The host was remarkable with communication, the property is phenomenal, large, and classic Rhode Island style. It's perfectly located between two local beaches and the quaint town of Newport. We would definitely stay their again if we are in the area.

Long Weekend

My family stayed here for a long weekend. The home was just as advertised and very clean. We loved the proximity to the beach and to Newport. My kids also enjoyed the large outdoor deck and yard. Would love to stay here again!
