Great Location! High-End Coastal Country Retreat

This unique private coastal country inspired post and beam home is designed for your perfect getaway. A generous 4 bedroom home featuring high-end Wolf and Subzero appliances, large deck for entertaining and ample common spaces for entertaining. Minutes from 2nd and 3rd beaches, local vineyards, Sweet Berry Farm and all Newport has to offer. Property is on a lovely private lane, walking distance to Newport National Golf Club and abuts walking paths within Aquidneck Land Trust Greenway Trail.

Enjoy biking to Sweet Berry Farm for breakfast, a tasting at Greenvale Vineyards or biking to 3rd or 2nd Beach for a swim with the new beach cruisers available for guests. The home is also located a few minutes from a local seafood store and a butchery. After a fun filled day at the beach, the south facing deck is a perfect setting for an aperitif while watching the sunset and grilling on the Weber Grill.

"Rally Point" is furnished with high-end furnishings and 100% cotton Matouk linens and bedding. The backyard abuts Aquidneck Island Land Trust property.

We are available to be as hands-on or as hands-off as you wish during your stay. We are only a phone call away and live locally should guests need anything.

***Payment is due in FULL for the reservation dates at time of booking, VRBO's website is not very clear about making that know when booking. We have tried to work with them to make it more clear on the book now screen but this is Cancellation policy is as described on VRBO's website.***

100% this was a fantastic stay!! This house had everything we needed, and the photos don’t do it justice. Our group was already discussing coming back next year for a reunion. Tara was super responsive from the moment I booked the stay, and made the check-in process as smooth as possible. If you’re planning on coming to Newport, you have to stay at this house!!

The property is lovely! Nothing is overlooked - Tara thought of everything. The home and its grounds anre immaculate, quiet and exactly what we wanted for a girls’ weekend. Super close to Newport and all the activities but far enough for quiet and solitude when we returned to house. Highly recommend going to a polo match - highlight of the weekend!

Excellent place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and relaxing. There are 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and an additional 2 smaller ones which worked perfectly for our family. We had 1 slight issue (tripped the breaker) and when I messaged the host asking for assistance locating the GFI, they responded immediately. I strongly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

We all absolutely loved the property, inside and out! So comfortable and pretty. Had a great kitchen with everything you could possibly want. The beds were super comfy. And when we asked our host about a crock pot for cooking, a brand new one was delivered within a couple of hours. We grilled outdoors and enjoyed our dinner out on the deck. House located very close to Second Beach (gorgeous) and we enjoyed walks on nearby trails. We were only about 15 minutes from Newport, so we took full advantage of that. Such a fun stay!! My husband and I already talking about returning next year.

MDW at Rally Point

We stayed at Rally Point and it was the perfect space for 4 couples plus a toddler and a baby. The location couldn't be more convenient - just a few min from Newport. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is spotlessly clean.

Beautiful New England oasis

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing home. Even better than the pictures! It was perfect for a girls weekend with the best of both worlds - easy access to Newport plus a beautiful house with plenty of space to enjoy. We loved having lots of outdoor space from the porch to the big backyard with the basketball court. They even had bikes to borrow. Definitely recommend!!

RWU Graduation weekend

What a perfect place to stay, relax, and reconnect with friends and family! We were two families, with kids graduation from Roger Williams. It was the perfect house --- plenty of space and beds, big kitchen, fire pit, peace and quiet. The beds were insanely comfortable. The ground floor shower was decadent (not sure about upstairs, I didn't use it.) Plenty of dishes and cutlery for dining in. Highly recommended.

AC is in each bedroom not in the house. We had the windows open and that was lovely however a home is being built across the street so we did hear banging all day except for the day it rained! When the home exterior is done being built across the street that issue will resolve. Other than that we had a nice stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and accomodated our family!
