Great location with an elevator! We liked having the little balcony.It was clean, however, the place needs a refresh. It was not as charmingas pictured but certainly a comfortable stay.

Lovely little apartment with great amenities, secure, and having a lift was unbelievably convenient. Slightly confusing check in process, but I believe it was only because there are a few property managers. They each communicated effectively. Once it was all set it was a lovely experience, a great and quiet location, the local vibe made evenings around the rental possible and fun. Returning from central Paris it felt like paradise every night.

A wonderful place! A definite return stay! Orlande met us promptly and gave a thorough walk thru and explanation of everything in the apt. Location was superb in the heart of cool Marais district where boutique shops and restaurants abound but was quiet n serene set back on a side street. Apartment is more spacious than photos indicate with a lot of French charm. Romantic balcony serves both the living room and the bedroom. Kitchen fully equipped. Lots of linens, towels and welcome packages of soap and shampoo greeted our arrival. Wifi worked great.The temperature was comfortable while we were there, so we only needed the supplied fan and the French doors slightly open to stay comfortable.Great value!

This Paris flat was the perfect getaway in a beautiful neighborhood. Having stayed in this area a few times now, we can confidently say this is a fantastic spot and we would absolutely love to return! Tucked just a block away from the busier main streets, it offers a wonderfully quiet retreat while still having so much within walking distance. Check-in and access were seamless, and having a small elevator to the fifth floor was a huge bonus. It was exactly what we needed for a brilliant long weekend in Paris.

The property is wonderfully located in the Marais and in a very charming building, with gorgeous windows and a comfortable main bed and useful kitchen, well stocked with utensils, coffee machine, etc. The check-in process was a little protracted but once we were in it was a straightforward stay. We were there over a particularly warm weekend in May and were pleased with how cool the property stayed, and enjoyed the balcony in the lovely balmy evenings. It has everything you need for a short stay in Paris and we don't hesitate to recommend it.

It was a fantastic location! We loved the balcony but had some challenges with checking in-Orlande was wonderful as our check-in host but it seemed there were some problems around timing and communication with the cleaning staff so our apartment wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be.

Lovely, truly a French gem of a Paris apartment in the heart of the Marias on a super quiet street but close to Everything from practical needs ( laundry, cleaners, post office, and those great French pharmacies) to boutique fresh food markets, great cafes, vintage stores, restaurants, and so much more. A lovely 8 minute walk to the Musee Picasso. Best bit, two balconies and terraces. I had my espresso breakfast every morning on a the terrace overlooking beautiful French rooftops. Elevator is great for 5th floor landing. I loved that the street was so quiet but you turned the corner and were joining the great and vibrant scene of the Marias. An easy walk to Place des Vosages. Big bedroom with ample closet space, modern bath (water pressure a bit weak) but otherwise very nice. Kitchen- adorable and very well stacked for home cooking. I would book again in a heartbeat ! Only one suggestion to the host would be to provide a printed home instruction page (in English) for accessing Wi- fi and tv log in and any other instructions. Was ok enough but after a. long fligh to arrive and have to struggle with only French right away was a small annoyance. Contact with host was prompt and thorough.

We liked the location in Le Marais. The apartment was comfortable and we enjoyed the small balcony. Unfortunately we were there during a heatwave and it was tough with just one fan. We had a big problem with the wifi as there are 4 switches next to identical light switches that control the power and we were only told about 3 of them. As we arrived on Friday night we were unable to restore the wifi until wonderful Samuel helped us out on Monday. He was very responsive to our requests.

Perfect Spot

Great location and while close to the bustleof Paris it was quiet. It was perfect for my wife and I. Room to relax after a day out and close shops and other interesting areas. Would 100% stay there again.

Great location in Le Marais. We enjoyed easy access to the cafes & boulangeries nearby and close transit connections. It’s a busy area of the city during the day but the suite was very quiet at night for sleeping. Loved the large windows and sunlight. The balcony was lovely. I felt communication with the owner could have been better. It might be useful to leave a booklet with instructions for using appliances, how waste disposal works & local highlights for guests. The sofa bed needs replacement for sure. It worked for our teen but an adult or couple would not enjoy it. Overall, a nice experience & would consider a repeat stay when in Paris. Great safe location!

This apartment is in a great location in north Marais. There are great restaurants and all kinds of shops nearby, and there are 2 main Metro stations in short walking distance. But, it is also on a quiet street so you will sleep well at night. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious for 2 people, and we found it very clean and well cared for, and everything was in good working order. We loved our stay on Rue Portefoin!

Lovely Apartment

Nicely located close to a couple of metro stops. Walkable area with lots of nearby cafes and restaurants. The bathroom was surprisingly large. Lots of closet space.

We've stayed in this apartment multiple times now, each time for an extended stay of over 5 weeks. We love the location! It's very close to everything that you could want or need. The balcony is a real highlight of the apartment, and we love to spend time out there in the mornings before we head out for the day, and again in the evenings after dinner.We find that the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped.We look forward to staying here again on our next Paris trip.
