Si vous aimez l'art, la musique et la littérature vous apprécierez notre 65 mÚtres carrés (700 pieds carrés) appartement qui a été conçu par un architecte français talentueux. Pleine de livres, CD et DVD, ce est une maison loin de la maison. Au quatriÚme étage avec ascenseur, il a une entrée indépendante dans notre duplex, offrant une intimité complÚte avec l'avantage de nous avoir prÚs pour toute information que vous pourriez avoir besoin.

Merveilleusement situĂ© entre la Bastille et la Place de la RĂ©publique et juste au coin de l'historique Cirque d'Hiver, l'appartement se trouve au bord de la zone Haut Marais Ă  la mode qui est plein de galeries d'art, boutiques exclusives de vĂȘtements et les magasins d'alimentation spĂ©cialisĂ©s ainsi que d'un marchĂ© colorĂ© couvert. Vous pouvez Ă  pied du centre Pompidou et la Place des Vosges dans les quinze minutes, et de nombreuses attractions cĂ©lĂšbres de Paris, comme le Louvre ou Notre Dame ĂȘtes Ă  une distance convenable soit Ă  pied ou en utilisant les transports en commun. Trois lignes de mĂ©tro et trois bus sont prĂšs de l'appartement, ce qui rend incroyablement pratique pour visiter Paris. En outre, les grandes gares sont facilement accessibles Ă  partir d'ici.

The apt. had everything I needed-for example, in regard to cooking equipment. It had god places to work and to read. It's located in between two nice neighborhoods, in the 11th and 3rd arrondisements. Marsha lives just upstairs, so she was never more than a minute away when I needed her.

A Wonderful Experience

We are two active senior women who were looking for a safe, clean, quiet and centrally located place to stay while touring Paris—and this apartment was exactly that. It also had the added bonus of being very close to the Metro, which we used daily to get around the city. Marsha, the Property Manager, warmly welcomed us on arrival and was helpful throughout our stay. If we return to Paris, we wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again.

Great Marais Apartment

This is a really cute and comfortable apartment. The location at the edge of Le Marais is wonderful. The owner lives right upstairs, is very helpful, and makes sure her guests have what they need. Highly recommend this apartment!

This is a wonderful place and a great location. Marsha had the apartment in great shape when we arrived, and when one small problem arose, she responded in minutes to address it. We had a great time and would certainly recommend this spot to anyone else who is traveling to Paris. The apartment is in a building that is quite old and that comes with a whole lot of charm and some quirkiness. We really liked the character of the building and the space in which we lived. It felt very Parisian.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of La Marais – Five Stars!

We had an incredible stay at Marsha’s VRBO in La Marais! The space was exactly as advertised—clean, eclectic, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, with two Metro stations just a short walk away. We were able to do all our shopping within walking distance, and the Picasso Museum was right around the corner.Marsha was a gracious and responsive host, always quick to answer any questions about the area and Paris.Five out of five stars—we had the time of our lives and can’t wait to return!Thank you, Marsha!

Best Paris time ever!

From the time I arrived and was met by host Marsha to the time my friend and I checked out, our experience was the best! Marsha was kind, helpful, considerate, giving tips for the metro and nearby shopping in the neighborhood. Communication was easy and timely. This apartment is both roomy and cozy. There are an abundance of books, including helpful tourist books, and a binder of local recommendations. This 2 bedroom apartment is decorated beautifully. Comfortable beds and linens, a well appointed kitchen and having a washing machine and dryer was so helpful for my 3 week stay. Although on a somewhat busy street, with close proximity to 3 convenient metro stations, the sound proof windows mean it's quiet inside. You can't beat the location - in the Marais with an abundance of charming shops (Merci, Fragonard, and so many more) and so many excellent restaurants. With 3 metro stations, there is easy access to anywhere in Paris. Enjoy experiencing Paris as a local and stay in this lovely apartment! When I am lucky enough to return to Paris, this is where I'll hope to stay again.

A wonderful holiday getaway in Paris

The property was absolutely lovely and exactly as pictured—decorated in a quintessential Parisian style that made our stay truly special. It was ideally located, making it easy to explore Paris and the surrounding towns. Our host, Marsha, was incredibly thoughtful, preparing the property beautifully for our arrival and providing ample resources to help us get acclimated to the area. Beautiful Flat and excellent location

Marsha has created a creative, beautiful and comfortable home away from home in a great location in Paris. Truly, a beautiful and well-sized flat. The master bed was very comfortable, and my daughter said the pull out was comfortable. There are great artistic touches throughout, books and CDs. Marsha created an excellent book with simple and clear instructions, a map and history. Close to several Metro and bus lines, you can travel all throughout Paris. There are great coffee, pastry, and other shops in the area or a very short bus ride away. This is a great location on the border of the Marais. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Host and Apartment

What a wonderful property and host. Marsha was a perfect host and truly cared about our visit. She made certain to spend time with us reviewing the neighborhood, things to do, places to dine and the metro. The apartment is very quaint, and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped if you would like to dine in. We didn’t as we were on a girls trip and took full advantage of the many restaurants in the area. The apartment is conveniently located by the metro and we used it for a good part of our trip. Coming from NY and a very complicated subway system, we found the Paris metro to be easy, clean and very convenient. The location is wonderful in the heart of Marais, a very up and coming neighborhood with many neat shops and a 20 minute walk from Notre Dame. We had a fabulous time and highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

A wonderful week in Paris

Best apartment we have ever rented. Ideally located on the border between the Marais and the Oberkampf, an easy walk to many attractions and beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment is well laid out for a visit of a week or more, with kitchen/living room, bedroom, and study. It is stocked with all the amenities you might need to cook or do laundry. There is a marvelous collection of books on art and literature in a variety of languages if you wish to take a break from the city. The host is gracious, knowledgeable and available.

Markets of Paris

Beautiful spacious apartment in excellent condition. Well equipped for food preparation and good location for access to many markets: Bastille, Popincourt, Aligre and Beauvau. Buses and metro are both very close to apartment making it very easy to travel around the city and visit other markets in different arrondissements. After many years of renting apartments in Paris (and other parts of France) this was probably one of our best experiences. Wonderful apartment - a home away from home

Wonderful apartment on the border of the 11th and 3rd, close to restaurants, markets, and the Metro. The host Marsha is warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was seamless. Even though it is on a fairly busy street, the apartment is very quiet at night. Highly recommended for a trip to Paris -- it felt like a home away from home. Don't miss going to Bisou across the street.

Perfect choice for a Paris stay

Marsha is a model VRBO host. Best experience we have had with an accomodation. The property is located within walking distance of the Marais neighborhood, Bastille, Place des Vosges, and Notre Dame. Metro line 8 is right outside the building and will get you to all the top sites with 1 transfer or none at all. Grocery stores on the block. Restaurants everywhere - hip, new places in Le Marais, fast food at Place Republique, brasseries on every corner. Highest recommendation!

A perfect introduction to Paris

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Paris than Marsha’s beautiful apartment. She was so kind and welcoming and the apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The location cannot be beat between 3 close metro stations and walking distance to restaurants, shops and markets. We did not want to leave and we highly recommend it. We hope to return some day!

Great apartment in revolution era building

Very nice apartment just on the edge of Le Marais. Plenty of space for the three of us that also included an updated full kitchen. The apartment is on a very busy boulevard but the windows are remarkably sound proof so no issues there. Plus it is walking distance to three different Metro lines. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Comfortable and cheerful apartment

The apartment was comfortable and clean. Marsha takes a lot of pride in making guests feel welcome. It is in a good location across the street from the Marais. You can walk to Notre Dame and the Seine. Very close to the Metro. The toilet is in a tiny room of its own. There is a tiny elevator, but it’s probably not wheelchair accessible.
