Modern New Villa with solarium & private pool

Prior to your arrival, the property manager had cleaned the house and all outdoor areas as she always does. Unfortunately due to the impact that the Saharan dust has on the area it can settle again. The property manager wasn’t made aware of any concerns and would have happily come over to sort any issues you had if she had been made aware, but unfortunately she wasn’t.

Unfortunately we were not aware that a previous guest had damaged a leg of one of the beds, until you advised the property manager. I also wasn’t aware that there were 4 guests staying, as the booking only stated there would be one guest. I do hope you were able to be accommodated in the other bedrooms. Kind regards Danielle

Dear Pilar I am deeply sorry & surprised to read such a poor review of my property. I will address each of your issues as raised. Your first issue is that I am English which is incorrect and that I don't speak any Spanish. I have clearly stated the languages on this site that I speak. I'm not clear why this was an issue for you as this is the first communication you will have received from me in English, as all your communications with me were in Spanish and I took the time to translate and respond to you in Spanish. I am not the intermediary I am the owner of the property and again this is stated on the booking site. At each juncture where I was made aware of an issue I took every step I could to address your concerns and indeed in your What's App communications back to me you appeared to be happy with the actions I was taking.. In relation to your issue concerning your arrival time. The only communication I had with you was that you would arrive at 4.30pm, and I arranged for my key-holders to be there to meet you. I have been informed that you contacted them 15 mins before you were due to be there to advise that you were late. and that you would be another 1 hr & 30 mins before you would arrive. So it was the key-holders who were left waiting for you. They had to leave to undertake another errand and when you texted to say you were now there they were on their way back and arrived 8 mins after your latest text. In relation to your comments concerning the air conditioning, it was not blocked and the key-holder advised that they did show you how to work it. I have been advised that instead of selecting the yellow button when the key holders went back the next day to assist you that you had pressed a range of buttons and changed all the settings. They re-set it and once again advised that you simply had to select the yellow button to turn it on and off. In response to your issue concerning the outside shower, I was unaware that the pool maintenance company had turned the valve at the bottom of the shower off as the property was vacant. I was advised that in your attempts to get this to work that you accidentally broke the shower head. A new one had to then be ordered and that was why it was unable to be replaced during your stay. The internet was working the day before your arrival as the key-holders had been in the house to check over things. Unfortunately the internet had disconnected on the evening of your arrival and as soon as I knew it was an external issue I contacted Flexa who advised they would send out a technician the next morning and you were advised this would happen and once again seemed happy with this. In relation to the TV once the internet was restored all functions of the SMART TV were available to you however this would not have impeded on the viewing of normal radio frequency channels. Once you advised the key holders of the problem they resolved the matter for you . As advised the pool is maintained by a company and they attend the pool once a week. All pools run on a pump to keep the pool clean and safe for use. This pump is set to come on 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening . I am just back from a 3 week stay in the property and have never once heard any noise inside the villa from the pool pump. The windows have heat reflective glass installed which prevent bright sunlight from entering the property and there is a 6 foot wall surrounding the property with lockable gates to ensure privacy and security as can be seen from the photos in the gallery area. I feel that your low score and your feedback is exceptionally unfair and unjustified as I believe that we did everything to assist you during your stay. in relation to the issues that you did make us aware of which were all addressed within one day.
