We had the most amazing stay at Steve’s villla, it surpassed our expectations! Communication from him and Muzz was brilliant before and during our stay, we received videos before arriving so we knew where everything was. Muzz sorted us out with transfers and hire cars, the travel cot had been set up for us in the bedroom we wanted it in, and the whole villa was beautifully clean. The pool was incredible, it’s the nicest pool we’ve had on a holiday! A perfect temperature and such comfy sunbeds. The sofas were also really comfy in the living room and the air con in there was welcome after a day in the sun. The bed in the master bedroom was also sooo comfy, honestly if comfort is what you look for you can’t go wrong with this villa! The location is fab too, only a 10 minute drive to Kyrenia harbour with lots of great restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend this villa to everyone, we are definitely hoping to come again one day. Thank you Steve and Muzz!

Super location, we had a great time at the villa. Very private with lots of outdoor space.Muzz and the owner were quick to respond to any issues. Garden was well kept as was the inside of the villa.Would stay again and would recommend.

Perfect villa for family stay

We had a wonderful time at Blake’s Villa. The pool & garden were immaculately kept and the kitchen was so well equipped with everything we would need. The location was ideal for us near family, quiet and safe. Communication from both the host and the manager was excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to request to stay again.

Amazing location; beautiful and pool areas

This really is a ‘home’ not just your soulless rental. The location is exceptional; easy to get to Kyrenia town; Bellapais abbey and the various beaches. Supermarkets close too. You arrive to a lovely looking entrance with mature and beautifully kept gardens. The pool area has high quality wooden sun beds (not the plastic I saw at other villas) and proper sunbed cushions. Great variety of seating areas both at from and back of house which we enjoyed especially when we used the outdoor bbq which is nicely positioned with the 2nd outdoor dining area. Lunch always on the front dining table which is adorned with lanterns and candles. Towels and linens all very clean and extra pool towels supplied plentifully. Very good wifi too! The gardener and pool guy were meticulous and made a difference. The villa manager, Muzo is super attentive and gets things organised so quickly. Car transfers arranged; all queries or any issue addressed immediately. I asked for a cleaner to come mid-stay; she was brilliant. Sparkling house and fresh bedlinen ready for week 2 of our stay. Better than a hotel stay and you can still get the help to avoid doing too many chores!! :-) I really can’t speak highly enough of Muso or the owner Steve. Super quick responses; exceptional communications and whatever we needed help with or information on was addressed with super speed. Best host and villa manager I’ve experienced to date. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous Villa

The Villa was the best we have stayed in, compared to our previous 7. Muzo, the property manager, was excellent, great help and Steve the Property owner was always just a call away if we needed anything. The Villa was excellent, quiet area but within a 10 minute drive of Kyrenia town centre or Bellapais Abbey and less than 30 minutes to Nicosia. Overall we would recommend the villa and we are looking forward to staying again.

We have stayed in North Cyprus 4 times now and this villa is one of my favourites. The views from anywhere in the property are stunning. It is a quiet neighbourhood and not far from local shops and restaurants. I loved that there is a cupboard full of beach towels to use, there are really comfortable loungers outside with cushions. The living room.is really comfortable and Muzzo, the property manager and Steve, the owner are always available should you need anything. The air conditioning works brilliantly and there are no silly rules about using it , like some places. The pool and gardens are maintained and are gorgeous. Cyprus is known for its cats and Blakes has about 10 cats that visit but it didn’t bother us. The villa is a lovely place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Lovely property and pool

This is a lovely property with good sized rooms in a great location. The pool is lovely and there are lots of well designed outside sitting areas which can be used for various times in the day. The property manager was super helpful. There were a few issues when we arrived given property had been vacant for 24m because of COVID but these were quickly and efficiently resolved. We had a really nice and relaxing stay. Thank you.

5 Star Palace

We stayed here for 8 days, absolute paradise, the villa is spotless, and beautifully decorated throughout, a real home from home, I can't recommend this place highly enough,fantastic pool and a great place to relax, and also brilliantly situated for all amenities, Belapias restaurants and supermarkets 5 minutes away.
