Marina Duquesa apartment

The urbanisation is ideally placed for all amenities in both Sabinillas and Duquesa port and the access to the beach is perfect. The apartment was a good size very clean and had a lovely large balcony with pool and sea views. I would definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again.

We have stayed in various apartments within this complex over the past 6 years and every one has exceeded our expectations. That’s why we keep going back and will continue to do so Nothing that I can think of, we are never disappointed we go there

Perfect location - very supportive staff at duquesa estates - prompt response to any queries or problems - apartment lovely - would highly recommend to friends and family Would be nice to have information book clearly visible on arrival with key information for your stay in the apartment

Perfect Location

Accomodation was spot on and had everything we would require if you wanted to cook at home, Property was spotlessly clean and tidy, we had perfect nights as the apartment had air con and comfy beds. Ideal location to the Marina for excellent Restaurant choices and Bars, the beach was a few minutes walk away from the apartment and was not packed with sunbathers. Will be coming again to this oasis. Had lovely restful nights , only small improvement would be options of firm or soft pillows. But wasn't a problem for me.

Nice apartment with large balcony

Large living/dining room and balcony. Up to date air con system. Clean. Small ‘main’ bathroom, kitchen lacked items such as filter coffee maker, a few more towels were required (which DE supplied). Beds are uncomfortable. Think about investing in a decent double bed for the main bedroom

The service was phenomenal. The apartment is basic but has everything you need and is super conveniently close to all restaurants and bars. It was our second year staying there and will be booking it again! Thank you!!

Cannot Fault Anything !

The apartment was perfectly sized for our family of 4. It was clean and well maintained throughout. The WiFi signal was strong and air conditioning was easy to use and kept the whole apartment cool in the hot temperatures. Will very happily stay again there next year. Many thanks.

Love Marina

Great apartment, fantastic location. Huge lounge area and a lovely view of both the pools and sea. I've rented a home and subsequent holiday lets when I return to Duquesa and Duquesa Estates never fail to provide a brilliant service. I will be back. It would be lovely to have a double bed in the master bedroom, rather than two sets of twins.

A lovely apartment

You can’t fault the location The second, smaller bathroom needs attention. The water ran dirty brown despite leaving it on for some time. There was often a very bad smell of drains from this bathroom - we used a lot of bleach throughout our stay. Eventually the shower didn’t even run hot so we were unable to use. This would not have been a problem as there was an en suite bathroom (and we were only 2 people), however my husband is disabled and required a walk in shower.

There were no sunbeds available. I understand this may be because of COVID restrictions, but we noticed other locations were able to work around this, perhaps with an increased cleaning regime

Unfortunately each complex chooses how to operate under the covid restrictions, some close the pools to sanitize others choose to keep the pools open all day and remove the sunbeds.
