clean, spacious room with a short walk to the pools and beach. one star taken off for non-functional tub stopper in hall bathroom and lack of secondary door lock, deadbolt is easily reached by toddlers and without a second lock/latch the door was not very secure. overall a great stay!

Absolutely Fantabulous. Short walk (4minute from out bldg 1). Very spacious. Definitely returning.

Southern Vacation Rentals made it so easy to book. My questions were answered in a prompt manner. Very professional.

Overall we had a great time. Getting into the condo was tough because the lock was messed up but the response was great. We also had a hole in our coffee pot and that was replaced immediately. Overall it's a great location. Family friendly. Great private access to the beach. We would definitely recommend

Maintenance needs to be addressed in master bath bathroom tissue holder keeps falling off, replace two light bulbs in dinning area repair outside handle to sliding door off living room area. Had a wonderful experience there. I have stayed at Maravilla several times over the years.

Miramar Beach condo

The entry was under a staircase so was dark and uninviting. I did report a moldy shower curtain, a loud garbage disposal and a piece of trim from the coffee table laying loose. None of these affected our stay but needed to be addressed before the next occupants. I cleaned the furnace filter which was completely blocked

Close to beach but not clean.

This property is closer to the beach than described in the comments. It is a short walk which is nice. Check in was super easy. However, the property was not clean. The toaster oven was moved and roaches came crawling out of the bottom. There were black spots all on the kitchen counter. Nasty!! We had an issue with the garbage disposal but they came and fixed it the next day. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. Would not recommend if you don’t like roaches!!

Great, but...

Condo and southern Rentals are great to deal with, location is absolutely one of the best. The issues we had were handled by southern in a timely manner, however the vacuum on site didn’t work, so keeping the floors clean was a challenge throughout the trip. This is a two bedroom condo with a bunk room for kids and only comes with two chairs and one umbrella for beach service, would be nice if they added another set. Overall experience was great, would just like a bit more in this price point for beach service, and a working vacuum to keep floors cleaner.

Great location!

First floor condo near the elevators, but couldn’t hear any outside noice. Short distance from the beach and had everything we needed for a short stay. We’ll be renting again next year!

Nice location

Nice enough. Condo is located right next to the elevator and stairwell and throughout the evening and night there were plenty of loud moments. The process of getting your beach chairs was a little bit annoying. The guys who assign you your chairs can be Jerky and pander to the big tippers. Overall nice enough experience. Good location. Usually stay on 30a. Not sure about next time.

Beach Trip

Everything was great! The condo was very clean, the complex was very quiet, and there was very easy access to the beach. The only problem that we experienced was that the button for the tub to hold the water in was broken so it gave problems trying to bathe the younger kids. However, it is definite that we will stay here again for another trip and I definitely recommend whether traveling by yourself or with kids.

Nice But Loud

The condo is beautiful! The biggest problem is that it's right by the steps and elevator. The mornings are loud in that area. If you want to sleep in, this is not the unit for you.

Summer delight
