Nuances de bleu se connecter avec la grande vue sur la mer et le ciel. Le mĂ©lange dynamique et Ă©lectrique de couleurs prĂȘte un ton joyeux et dĂ©contractĂ© Ă  votre sĂ©jour dans notre unitĂ© Maravilla rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©!

Il est un endroit idéal pour les familles à utiliser seul ou partager avec des amis. Il offre des vacances avec tous les conforts et commodités de la maison! Il est à une courte distance de Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, le parc aquatique, des restaurants et à distance de marche de Pompano Joe & Kenny D's! Maravilla est situé sur la «route de la plage" qui vous permet de profiter de la beauté de l'océan pendant que vous marchez votre animal de compagnie ou à vélo.


Maravilla 2206 est un non-fumeur, animaux de compagnie unité amie qui a été entiÚrement rénové et offre la plus haute qualité de commodités. Vous trouverez tous les extras que vous ne trouvez pas normalement dans un logement locatif! La cuisine est équipée avec de beaux comptoirs de granit et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. LCD haute définition de télévision occupent le salon et les deux chambres. Il ya des docks iPod situés dans l'unité avec un lecteur de DVD. Le balcon est un endroit idéal pour commencer la journée dehors! Il n'y a rien de plus relaxant que de profiter de la vue sur l'océan pendant que vous buvez votre café du matin!

Couchage: (6 personnes)
La chambre de maßtre le roi dispose d'une murale, TV écran plat, et d'une salle de bains privative attenante. La chambre d'hÎtes offre un lit queen size avec monté un mur, télévision à écran plat. La 2Úme salle de bains est dans le couloir, avec une promenade dans la douche carrelée. Il ya un grand canapé-lit supplémentaire dans le salon! Les deux chambres ont de belles oreiller haut matelas,.

Pendant Premier saison (Mars-Octobre), 2 chaises de plage et 1 parasol sont mis en place pour vous à la plage tous les jours! S'il vous plaßt rappelez-vous de donner un pourboire au préposé pour leur excellent service!

Beautiful condo with comfortable beds. Condo needs more bed pillows and dish towels. We would definitely stay again!! Some coffee and creamers would be a nice touch too!!

This was a beautiful Condo, immaculate and quiet. The water view couldn’t have been better. The Maravilla complex is amazing well maintained. I wish I could live there!

We love Maravilla! Wonderful view, lots of amenities, great pools and access to the beach! Friendly people! We only had one slightly negative and that was the remote didn’t work for the master bedroom ceiling fan so we couldn’t change the speed or direction but that was it!

The condo was clean and comfortable for two plus our dog! The property is well-maintained and a very short walk to the gorgeous beach. The beach attendants are prompt and helpful- be sure to tip those guys! This was our first stay here and I’d been a little concerned about the road between the condo and the beach. But, I was pleasantly surprised that there was zero road noise inside the condo, and drivers always stopped for people in the crosswalk. The location is perfect, and we walked down to Pompano Joe’s several times for meals or afternoon margaritas. Communication with Brooke was prompt and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

This unit was wonderful! From check in to check out, communication with Brooke was top notch! I am always nervous about staying in a “pet friendly” place, but as a self described “clean freak”, I am here to tell you that this was one of the cleanest units I’ve ever stayed in. (Pet friendly or not pet friendly). The location is fabulous and the entire community of Maravilla is wonderful. Very close to great restaurants and Walmart is just a few minutes away. The beach and the provided chairs/umbrella were great. It’s always nice not to have to worry about packing chairs to the beach. Again, this is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!!

2025 Beach Trip

The property was exactly as described. The unit was clean, well appointed and located directly across from the private beach entrance. The beach service which included 4 chairs and two umbrellas daily was excellent. Supplies were adequate to support our stay.

Great vacation!

Condo location was perfect! Weather was AMAZING! Condo was a good size but 2nd bed and bath were tiny and cramped. Patio furniture was all pub style and we weren't able to use it. Small children and arthritic older person! Glad we had brought 2 chairs for the beach we could use there. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Paradise!! Absolutely stunning!!

We had an amazing vacation here. Maravilla is a beautiful, pet friendly condo to consider when traveling to Destin. We have stayed there many times over the years. This was the first time in this particular condo and it is everything the description states. Just beautiful!! I would highly recommend this condo and Maravilla.

Beautiful condo with beautiful view

The location was perfect. BEAUTIFUL view of the water from the condo. It was just as described and well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again and recommend the listing to friends. Having the beach chairs set up and ready for us was very nice too! My husband only wished there were a comfy recliner in the living room to relax while watching tv in the evenings, but he survived with the couch. :)We had a tiny bit of disappointment with the construction right across the street in front of the condo having a loud generator running all day every day as they were rebuilding the beach access decking. Otherwise excellent and relaxing vacation!

Ringing in the New Year

Beautiful ocean views

We had an incredible week and celebrated Thanksgiving during our stay. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The views are incredible watching the morning sunrise and evening sunsets from the balcony. We loved sitting out on the balcony getting sun and enjoying the views of the ocean. The condo was super clean, beds and pillows super comfortable and everything was really perfect! We enjoyed using both pools, the fitness center and playing pickleball on the courts at the clubhouse. It was an absolute perfect week for our family and dogs to enjoy a week at the beach. We will definitely be back again next year.

Great location, but . . .

Loved Miramar beach & Destin area. Loved our unit. But 3 days before departure we were advised of construction at this complex. We were told it was “replacement of sidewalks”, and that it would probably be finished before our arrival. Given option of changing to a different complex, or stay as planned for a reduced rate. We elected to take $ reduction. But in actuality it was 5 days of deafening Jack hammering right outside our door all day long, & stepping over debris just to get out our door. We also had difficulty with door code upon arrival — took 2 hours to resolve. But would we stay there again? Absolutely. The unit was great. 150’ from amazing beach & ocean..

We love renting out the condos and getting to know people from so many places! It is always so great to know that other people get to visit our home away from home!
