Profitez de notre serein et bel appartement loft dans le sud Rancho Santa Fe. L'espace est à l'étage dans le garage attenant à notre maison principale, mais séparés par une porte intérieure verrouillée. retraite calme et privé sur jardin comme 2 acres immobilier. Accueille les enfants et à quelques minutes de la plage, parc des expositions, restaurants, golf, équitation, et le shopping. Ce havre de paix spacieux de 900 pieds carrés comprend le wifi, TV écran plat, coin cuisine, table à manger, lit King, deux lits jumeaux XL supplémentaires qui peuvent convertir à un roi et une reine airbed pour les invités supplémentaires. 7 miles de la plage, 2. 5 miles de Trader Joe.

Nous avons récemment ajouté une kitchenette avec de nouveaux appareils et bar de l'île. Vous remarquerez des plafonds voûtés spacieux dans le salon et suite parentale avec puits de lumière dans chaque chambre. Belle vue sur la propriété de toutes les fenêtres. Le quartier est très calme alors dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes est idéal.

Il y a 18 arbres Macadamia-noix sur le sud-est et sud-ouest des zones de la propriété. Le plus grand est près des chaises de patio de la maison principale. Nous avons un kiosque et jardin zen à l'extrémité ouest de la propriété et un moulin à vent antique transplanté ici de Fairbanks Ranch.

La propriété est entièrement clôturée avec une porte privée et longue allée. Vous pourrez accéder l'appartement par une entrée privée à l'étage au-dessus du garage. entrée privée dispose d'un clavier électronique. Les clients peuvent se garer près de l'escalier. Il y a des petites portes d'accès à pied sur le nord-ouest et sud-ouest de la propriété.

This was a great place to stay with two young kids. Beautiful property but still easy to get to San Diego. Roger was an excellent host and promptly resolved the issue of a smoke alarm battery going off at night. We really enjoyed he peace & quiet and the kids books & toys.

Lovely stay!

My husband and I and our two young children had the pleasure of staying at Roger and Kari’s property for a week. We had absolutely lovely stay. Location was great and check in/check out process was very smooth and great communication with the hosts. Description of the property was very accurate. It was clean, comfortable and everything was well thought out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if ever back in San Diego.

Wonderful and blessed time

The property (and the hosts) were fantastic. We mostly just hung out all day at the pool and played games. A blessing having Trader Joe’s so close. We enjoyed wine-tasting only 30 minutes away. And for those who like to do touristy things, everything is quite close . Hoping to got back !!

Roger’s place was a nice, quiet retreat to retire to at the end of our busy days in SD. The kitchen was super sweet. With a coded front door lock, arrival was super easy. Roger was very responsive.

Kari and Roger’s listing was exactly as described. The space is welcoming and comfortable. The gardens are beautiful! As soon as we entered the gated estate we felt completely at home. We highly recommend this listing.

Exactly what we were hoping for

This was our first VRBO experience and it absolutely met our expectations. Check-in was smooth. We traveled with two young children, and the unit itself worked out well. Any of the major attractions for family visitors (e.g., Legoland, Safari Park, Sea World, Zoo, Coronado) were all within about 30 minutes. And the pool also provided a great, private respite from the attractions. If you're looking to walk to nightlife, this would not be a good choice. But for us and our needs it was great.

Nice location and chance for some quiet

We had a great visit over spring break. The space was nice and bright. Roger was an excellent host. He made my daughter's day by giving her the chance to feed and hold one of their bunnies. The kids loved the host's very friendly dog, Posey, and were happy to see her. It was an easy drive to most tourist activities we were interested in doing in San Diego. We really liked being away from the action of the city at this location, it was nice and quiet. The host Roger was extremely friendly and very accommodating for our very late arrival time. I would highly recommend this location.

We booked this place for 9 days, it is not setup to accommodate a long stay.1. No hot water in kitchen2. The washer dryer is ONE unit and the drying portion takes hours to dry. We dried the towels outside and took the rest of our clothes to a laundromat. 3. The grill was not available to use, it is also located downstairs on the owner’s patio4. The carpeting was not vacuumed 5. In the master bathroom area, the sink did not have hot water until you ran the shower hot water for several minutes6. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash set attached to the shower wall was broken. It was unusable and very old, needs to be replaced. The knobs fell off.7. The couch needs to be cleaned and Febreezed along with the blanket provided.8. In the kitchen, there were no large bowls, no cookie sheets, no casserole dishes, 1 frying pan, no wine glasses, no spatulas to flip meat. 9. The sound stick in the living room did not work. Difficult to change channels.The master closet was filled with junk, could barely hang our clothes.

We often host guests for a week or longer up to 21 days. We have a washer/dryer combo that is featured in the pictures in the kitchen island. Our water heater is tankless so we never run out of hot water. We also have California low flow fixtures which at times can take a while for cold water to clear out of the pipes to allow for the hot water. This was explained to the guest. We have a grill available. It just needed cleaning. We immediately vacuumed the carpet when the guest noted it needed it. We also offered to fix/refill the soap and shampoo dispensers. Guests declined the offer and used their own. In the kitchen, we have pots and pans, cookie sheet, spatula, and wine glasses. We do not have junk in the closest. We have a high chair and portable crib for guests along with necessities like an iron/ironing board, broom, vacuum and clothes hamper. Plenty of room to hang clothes. Please note that the guest review was written a month after the guest checked out.

Cozy FROG/Apartment

The property was accurately listed and everything was as it says it was. Definitely recommend staying there if your looking for a centrally located place in Rancho Santa Fe. Everything was within 10 to 30 minute drive for us between the airport to Carlsbad. The the FROG was very spacious with all the amenities you need. Very quiet location as well.

Loved Our Stay!

Honestly one of the most accurate listings and best communication of any VRBO we've stayed in. Lovely personal interactions with the owners. Property was clean, well maintained, quiet & comfortable. Beautiful park like setting w/private balcony. Spacious floorplan and includes a lot of amenities and a nicely heated pool. Would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near the San Diego area. You won't be disappointed!!
