We love this beautiful beach cottage! This was our second stay and we will definitely be back! Gary is a great host, he is fast to respond and provides all of the details we need. We love the boogie boards, beach chairs, chef’s kitchen, beautiful gardens, bbq, patio and laundry. My husband left a baseball hat on our last stay and it was there to welcome us. We love the location, and can’t wait to go back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out were super easy. The house was very close to the beach and shopping. Ceiling fans in at least 2 rooms helped on warm days. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including things for the beach. Loved the outdoor shower. That was a huge bonus. Our host was helpful in his communications to us. We had a great vacation and would stay here again.

Beautiful cottage in a great spot

Had a wonderful time. House is located in a great spot within walking distance to everything we needed, and so close to the beach. Cottage is beautiful and kept up pretty well. Wish we could have used the treehouse, but it needs some repairs and to be cleaned out. Overall, great experience.

Love This Fairy Tale Cottage !

This adorable fairy tale cottage is the perfect fit for our family. (My husband, myself, our teenage twin granddaughters and our little dog) We're repeat guests and would love to spend every spring break here! We love it that much! A nice little break from the Colorado snow. The location is perfect, with nice private driveway, close to parks, beach, shopping and dining. We only used our car twice in the week, to go to the market. The Cottage is very well maintained, with a warm, homey feel. Beautiful kitchen for cooking, deck for eating, reading and sunning. The garage has everything needed for a fun day at the beach. Laundy in basement was handy. We consider it our perfect getaway place! The Lallier Family

Rose cottage

The kids loved the treehouse and swing. The warm outdoor shower was a novelty for them after a sandy beach adventure. The best part was that they could walk everywhere.

Perfect location!!!

We loved our stay at this really cute cottage. The house had everything we needed and was super close to our favorite beach in Del Mar. The kitchen is a cook’s kitchen, we enjoyed it very much. The beautiful gardens and proximity to the beach cannot be topped. We will be back!

Turning 60 with friends

The Beach House is in an absolutely wonderful location in Del Mar, a two minute walk to amazing coffee at Little Joy followed by a cool, quiet morning walk along Del Mar Beach. Gary is a great host, available and responsive.

Nice vacation in Del Mar

We had a great time in Del Mar. The house is in a perfect location, a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. It has a big fenced grassy yard (loved by our dog) and a nice terrace with a small view of the ocean. The house itself is old, but was clean and had everything we needed. There is no air conditioning and it was relatively warm during the day, but cooled to a pleasant temperature at night. We would love to return!

Wonderful place to vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in Del Mar. The cottage was just as advertised. It had everything we needed and more. Out kids loved the swing and the tree house and we just loved being so close to the beach. Gary was easy to contact and quick to respond. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come.back again.

Great Place with lots of fun possible

We thoroughly enjoyed this entire experience. We thought we had an issue and was responded to immediately and there was no problem. The location is great. The amenities are there. We had two 16-year-olds and two 12-year-olds who enjoyed the bunk beds and Grandparents enjoyed our room. there was so much to do and enjoy. Highly recommend this for a wonderful vacation.

Look no further

Fairy Tale Cottage in Perfect Location !

We just got back from a week stay at this adorable, enchanting storybook cottage. Our 13 yr Old twin granddaughters loved the double bunk room, tree house swings and the boogie boards they got to use every day ! Gary really does a magnificent job in providing everything imaginable for the perfect beach vacation. We had several meals at the cottage, so the dining room and deck got a lot of use. I loved the kitchen with it's Viking gas range, sub-zero fridge and dishwasher. The washer/dryer in basement was one of the most important things for me. Loved them! As others have mentioned, the ocean view from the master bedroom and deck is stunning! My husband enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching our dog run around the yard, ears flying in the breeze. Throwing balls for him to chase or a frisbee to catch. We spent a great deal of time a Sea Grove Park with our dog. (only a few minutes from the house). He loved lying under the wagon at the beach, that we used to haul all the beach gear : ) The cottage is so cozy and welcoming, yet also felt very spacious for us. If I could give this lovely sweet home 10 stars I would. I hope we get to return one day !
