Vues spectaculaires en bord de mer et quai toutes marées

Emplacement exceptionnel prÚs de la fin de la péninsule de Mere Point, à 25 pieds de l'océan. Vues incroyables vers le sud-ouest des ßles de la baie de Casco, Freeport et Portland. Confortable maison rénovée toute l'année avec cuisine moderne et 2 salles de bains modernes. Vue sur l'eau de toutes les piÚces. Foyer au gaz Fieldstone. La maison dispose d'un systÚme de chauffage central. Terrasse de 600 pieds carrés surplombant l'eau. 170 pieds de façade sur l'eau avec une grande plage de galets. Quai saisonnier privé de 100 pieds avec de l'eau à toutes les marées. Pas de vasiÚres. Pas besoin d'attendre la marée pour accéder à l'eau. Deux kayaks et une chaloupe disponibles sur le quai. Membre d'une association privée de 50 maisons, y compris l'accÚs à des acres de propriété commune en bord de mer.


Des bateaux et autres embarcations peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©s dans la marina voisine (Paul's Marina), Ă  moins de 3 km. État du Maine, Ă©tat de l'art, installation de mise Ă  l'eau publique (gratuite) pour toutes les marĂ©es Ă  moins d'un demi-mile (idĂ©al pour le lancement de bateaux Ă  remorque).

Bowdoin College est à environ 11 km et il faut environ 10 minutes pour s'y rendre. Un certain nombre de diplÎmés de Bowdoin possÚdent une propriété dans l'association des propriétaires et la maison est idéale pour ceux qui assistent aux débuts et aux réunions de Bowdoin.

Paradise!

We loved the house and the view was spectacular! Tranquil and private this little gem checked all of the boxes! Check in was a breeze, the home has plenty of room, is well appointed and cozy! I especially enjoyed finding out more about the community and history. The owner and his wife are wonderful as well and we would definitely come back!!!

Perfect!

Lovely home and beautiful view! My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The amenities were great, the house was clean and well maintained. The kids had a great time playing the board games that were provided and my husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee every day on the back deck with a beautiful ocean view! i would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a quiet peaceful location to get away!

Private with gorgeous water views, well kept , and comfortable. Kind of strange that the cleaning folks don't take care of the trash. Renters take all their trash to a dumpster site off the property. Other than that, everything you need is there. If I owned this property, I would never leave!

Great location

Really nice quite location. Very attentive host. Great to have a convenient mooring. Only draw back if it is hot is there is no AC We only had one hot day so it was not a problem for out week.

Incredibly Peaceful and Relaxing

In addition to the five-star cleanliness, comfort and organization of this property noted by previous reviewers, the peacefulness and feeling of closeness to nature on Mere Point are magical. We took long walks around this beautiful area, saw a pair of bald eagles teaching their offspring to fish and had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the deck every day. We left feeling rested and restored and hope to return next summer.

An awesome vacation

It is difficult to expand on all the previous wonderful reviews as each one was right on
. gorgeous waterview, well-stocked kitchen, very well maintained home comfortable in every way, cleanliness throughout, 
 We spent two weeks in this lovely home smack dab on the water and only wished we could have stayed longer. We certainly savored our times on the deck enjoying our coffee, happy hour, meals or just reading or merely taking in the spectacular view, especially the sunsets. In addition, we took advantage of the kayaks and looked forward to our morning walks in the neighborhood. When we weren’t enjoying our digs, we ventured out to take in some of the delightful sights of mid coastal Maine such as Monhegan Island, Eagle Island, Breakwater Rockland Lighhouse, Camden, Maritime Museum, the beach at Popham State Park, Art Musuem at Bowdoin, Portland, Pemaquid Lighthouse,, etc We most certainly agree that Sean was a great. We couldn’t have asked for a better host..reliable, helpful, easy to get a hold of if needed. We hope someday to return to this lovely place.

Magnificent Mere Point

The home was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked. Clean with great attention to detail. Bedrooms were vicious and comfortable. The owner had everything labeled in the home that was very clear and helpful and helpful. The views were magnificent including sunset view. The dock was in great shape we enjoyed kayaking and we enjoyed kayaking and rowing. We were able to bring a small boat that allowed for terrific boating in the area.

Beautiful property, perfect for our family!

We were able to relax on the water, took out the kayaks, enjoyed the seabirds, including a Herron and a bald eagle, and enjoyed the town of Brunswick. We combined our stay with a few local college visits with our daughter. This place will be on our list to come back to and to stay longer.

Shangri la I Maine

Sean is a wonderful host who is very reliable and helpful. The house was extremely nice with a perfect location. On the one hand you feel totally secluded with fantastic views of the coast and sunsets. However, it is only 50 minutes to Portland and 10-15 minutes to Brunswick. Staying there for a week is pure therapy!! Great meals, walks on quiet roads, kayaking, swimming, fishing and all within a short drive to cultural events, restaurants and shopping.
