Great place!

We loved our stay at this Seascape condo on the 23rd floor. Amazing view- we were 1 floor from the very top, directly facing the ocean! Seascape guests have a private parking lot which allows you to park just across the street from the beach- super nice, esp with kiddos. The condo was clean, we had plenty of supplies to cook with as well. The sofa bed worked fine, the master bedroom bed was comfy and the bunk beds were nice to have! Washer and dryer in unit was also nice. As stated in the listing- be prepared to only have a couple of days worth of toiletries - bring some extra TP if you have 6 guests! The extra 1/2 bath was amazing, we loved having a tub as well. The amenities were awesome as well. The pools were very nice- wish they had shaded spots- so be aware no umbrellas or shade at the pool. The gym was nice plus they had a sauna. Nextdoor at Ariel Dunes 1- they have a great restaurant, bar and surf shop- super convenient! You can also walk to seascape town center where they have a few good restaurants. Would stay again

Overall OK, but the Beds were awful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was good except obstructed by Majestic Sun. One of the most important things is having a decent mattress and bed, but The Sofa Couch was so awful you could feel the metal immediately we had to put the two twin beds from the bunks on top of it. The bedroom mattress in the room sunk in the middle which was also horrible. It was nice having filtered water from the fridge. Having to take out the trash at the end for paying so much was a bit odd and a first time for us considering there are housekeepers. There were also random items thrown in the closet and socks from other guests still behind and under the couch.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First I would like to say that this was not my first time renting through seascape. However, it will be my last. When we first checked in we noticed a very pungent odor. We open the balcony doors to try and let it air out. Unfortunately that odor lingered throughout the duration of our stay. House keeping did an awful job of cleaning. The worst part during this stay is that we paid for accommodations for 6. We couldn’t use the sofa bed for two nights because there were no sheets , blanket, are pillows provided. I called customer service the next morning because it was to late to contact them the first day. They assured me that Someone would bring bed clothes to accomadate us which was a lie. We got back to late to call , so on day number three after complaining of guest sleeping on top of each other and them not fulfilling their promise they finally sent sheets and an air purifier that smelled worse than the odor in the rental. I’m still waiting on a call from a supervisor for some type of accomadation for the inconvenience. I checked out on July 3 , 2023. Staff is unprofessional and treat guests awful. I will NOT be staying here again.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seascape is located in a great area but the property is older and definitely showing it’s age. Our unit had some very old furniture and even older mattresses in it. The AC ducting looked like it had never been cleaned but we didn’t notice that til the end. It’s quite possible the room got my family sick. Can’t recommend whatsoever.

Great get away, with our expectations exceeded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided pretty last minute to try to find a condo at Miramar Beach for spring break. A friend had stayed at Seascape a few years ago and told me about the resort. I booked straight through the resort and was happy with all the information provided. I was even happier when everything promised was provided. The daily beach service was a great perk of the stay. To know I had a spot just for me was a first. It is first come first serve but they were very accommodating and I always had a spot.

They came and got the comforter but didn’t supply us with another one. Very disappointed with our stay. Unacceptable!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the absolute worst room I have ever stayed in. The comforter on the bed had BIG stains on it that look like BLOOD. I took it off and just slept on the sheets alone. The toilets were NOT clean. There was NO shower curtain, just the plastic and it was FILTHY as well. Even down to the dishes (utensils) I actually took a video of the comforter. I wouldn’t dare pick this unit ever again. I should get some money back. Oh, and I forgot that the towels were stained as well. And we did NOT receive wristbands for the pool.

The bed comforter was very dirty looked like blood stains, dishes weren't clean and had food stuck on them. The floor was completely dirty. We used the vacuum to clean the entire unit. The balcony had a broken chair. Light bulbs were not working and two of them kept blinking. Ariel Dunes has always been our favorite stay resort for our summer vacations but this year we we're very disappointed as the property needed alot of maintenance and having younger children we had to clean it before we used it.

The rug in the living room was disgusting. The bed in the bedroom was like laying on old rusty coils. It was horribly uncomfortable and noisy. The sofa bed mattress was worse! None of us got any rest during our stay. The only positive thing I have to say is the view was beautiful. The owners need to invest in better mattresses. This was my first bad experience at Seascape. All the other condos we’re exceptional. I’m not a picky person or a complainer, but it was AWFUL!

Excellent weekend

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend and we’re extremely satisfied. The view surpassed our expectations and the management team was very accommodating. Enjoyed the on-site restaurants and easy access to parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

Dirty and customer service was terrible

Was not the same unit in the listing instead on a lower floor with no view. The unit does not look like it had been cleaned in months. There was dust on any hard surface in the bed room, mystery stain on the sheets (that came out when I washed the sheets myself before I could even lay down and go to sleep after a 6hr drive) there was nails laying in the floor in the bedroom, the bathtub did not drain while taking a shower so you had to stand in a pool of water. I vacuumed the carpet myself not long after I arrived because my child started had an asthma flare up from all the dust in the unit. There was also mold on the vent directly over the bed and dirty pans under the stove. When I tried to call VRBO they did nothing on helping me get out of a rental that was making my child sick other than transfer me to the seascape resort who played the blame game back and forth with VRBO

Memorial Day Quick Getaway

Location is awesome. Great view, great access to beach, 3 pools to choose from. Check in was a breeze. Unit ever got very cool and could’ve been cleaned better prior to our arrival. Had a damp/muggy feel. Otherwise would’ve been awesome. Would stay again if AC works better.
