L'emplacement est imbattable, c'est Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord de Sea Isle City avec tous les magasins, restaurants et divertissements Ă  distance de marche. Il n'est qu'Ă  quelques pas de la porte d'entrĂ©e avant d'ĂȘtre sur la plage car cette propriĂ©tĂ© est sur le bloc de la plage! L'emplacement unique de cette maison vous met assez prĂšs de l'action pour marcher mais toujours loin pour Ă©viter le bruit.

Awesome vacation!

The house was better than described. Everything was clean. The property was organized and really modern. The access to the beach was quick and easy but more importantly we loved staying close to the promenade. This was our first experience at this end of the island and it was great to be close to a safe spot for kids to ride their bikes. All in all we had a great experience!!!

The house was wonderful. The roof top deck was amazing and offered beautiful views of the ocean. Short/easy access to the beach was a definite plus. Make sure you park on the left side of the duplex and not on the right side. The rental portion is not labeled.

We really enjoyed our long weekend, despite the weather. The location is great and the deck has great views of the water. As long as you are prepared to bring a few essentials (sheets, towels, soap), I would highly recommend Nick’s house.

Convenient yet Quiet

Short walk to the beach. Shops/ bars/ restaurants within walking distance. Bike ride on the promenade. If you stay here you will be close to shops, restaurants and entertainment, yet still have peace and quiet to relax. Top deck provides views of both the ocean and the bay..

Amazing location and home

Our stay was so nice, the owner went above and beyond. He contacted me and let us know we could could checking when ever we wanted because of a vacancy. He also kept us updated about the hurricane that was passing by. The home is adorable and super clean. It is walking distance to the restaurants etc. But the best part is you can see the beach and bay from the upper deck,. We spent many hours out there or the front deck. Thank you for sharing your mazing home with us.

THIS WAS A PERFECT PLACE FOR OUR GROUP...

Great property, roomy, open living area lots of windows...light and bright. wonderful outdoor space.. ( although the fabulous bonus of a rooftop deck with its long views did not get as much use as it deserved.....) our group made good use of the ample deck off the main floor living area. Property was very well appointed with all the creature comforts one would need and some extra, unexpected, appreciated details. And, very important....terrific location. Stones throw to the beach and perfect park and leave car and walk to anywhere and everywhere . Landlord was very easy to reach and very accomodating . Just loved this place.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I knew this property was a home run when I saw the location. Close enough to the "action" of downtown Sea Isle but far enough from some of the noise. You can park for the week and never get back in your car again if you want!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The rooftop deck is the main attraction at this house. From the roof you have full views of the beach/ocean - kick back with a cocktail and enjoy the sunset in the evening or wake up early with a cup of coffee to catch a beautiful sunrise over the ocean.
