Le niveau d'entrée de Happy Days dispose d'un grand salon avec un mobilier confortable, une cheminée à bois et d'une télévision grand écran plat avec blu ray et Comcast.

La cuisine est lumineuse et spacieuse avec tout neuf et une salle Ă  manger attenante avec une grande table Ă  manger pour 8 de vos amis les plus proches et la famille.

Hors de la salle à manger il y a une petite terrasse avec un mobilier confortable pour se détendre et rattraper le jour.

Montez un vol 1/2 d'escaliers et vous trouverez 2 chambres gaies et une salle de bains.

La chambre principale est grande et a un lit King size. La deuxiĂšme chambre est lumineuse avec un lit confortable Reine.

En bas, vous dĂ©couvrirez une grande salle de jeux avec une table de ping-pong, nouveaux canapĂ©s, une petite cuisine et une autre tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. Chambre parfaite au salon et jouer Ă  des jeux. Nous avons pontĂ©, il avec un grand fabricant de pop-corn, machine Ă  lait frappïżœïżœïżœïżœ et un petit rĂ©frigĂ©rateur pour vos boissons.

Hors de la salle de jeu, il y a une autre chambre avec une salle de bains. Dans cette salle, douce, vous trouverez deux lits jumeaux et un lit queen.

Les espaces extérieurs sont aussi spécial que l'intérieur. Il y a une grande salle à manger située dans la cour arriÚre avec des guirlandes de lumiÚres sur toute la longueur de la grande terrasse. Le nouveau barbecue à gaz complétera votre expérience divertissante!


Nous sommes certains que les Happy Days seront les préférés de Russian River pour les années à venir!

House needs some basic upgrades

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the central location, the house badly needs some very easy things that would help. Broken blinds and no curtains in the bedrooms meant waking up with the sunrise every morning. Lack of AC meant fans blowing on your face to sleep. Kitchen was as bare bones as it could be. Lack of comfortable living room furniture wasn't ideal.

Location is great and easy walk to the town with lots of good places to eat or just get coffee. There is a nice grocery store there too. Near by the Armstrong Redwoods State Reerve, which is just beautiful and really required for a visit. We were staying there for our daughter's wedding (held nearby) and for that event, we could have used a few mirrors! Only one bathroom has a over-the-sink mirror and there was one in a bedroom. Hangars were minimal (we left a few). Overall the home was comfortable, the kitchen well appointed. It would be a nice place to stay in the area.

Perfect for Our Group

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Happy Days and hope to return in the future. There are multiple spaces for hanging out which made it perfect for a rainy weekend - the high-ceilinged living room, where we enjoyed having a fireplace, the large dining table where we played board games, the rec room downstairs where we revived our pingpong skills. It's so lovely to be able to walk anywhere in downtown Guerneville in minutes without driving. We are major fans of Happy Days!

Chill weekend

Such a cute house. No issues with check-in. The game room was super fun. The location is pretty amazing. We walked all over town. Unfortunately, there are a couple of downsides. I have bruises all over my legs from hitting the bed frame in the bedroom to the left of the stairs. Very small room and the door barely clears the bed. And it’s an uncomfortable bed to boot. The other bed was great though. The house was clean overall but could use a really good deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. The were some questionable stains on the wall in the upstairs bathroom and walls/doorframes could use a good cleaning. It’s a short walk to the river. It’s really close to the Armstrong Redwoods. It was a great time. Would absolutely stay again!

Girls Trip

Me and my 6 friends stayed at Happy Days and it was everything that I could have asked for. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all the meals we wanted at home. The location was also incredible- easy walking distance to Johnson Beach, Guerneville taco truck, and some fun downtown bars. Upon checkout, the trashcan out front was full. I emailed our host and quickly received a response plus she called to confirm that the handman was on the way. I appreciated the attentiveness. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

Cozy house in Downtown Guerneville

We stayed five days in this lovely, comfortable house in the downtown area. It was quiet but close to everything, with a quick walk to the stores and beach. The house is very well set up, with two bedrooms and a bath up a couple of stairs from the main living area, which has high ceilings and a fireplace and lots of space to lounge. Kitchen was large and airy with plenty of seating for eight of us. Downstairs was a separate bedroom with room for five and another bath. And a game room where we tried to beat each other at ping pong! It was a great space and we definitely recommend it to a large family or group of friends.

Lovely house in a great location

Our group of 3 triathletes stayed here during a Guerneville-based race. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-located close to Johnson's Beach. The upstairs has a beautiful kitchen and comfortable living room. Linens and toiletries were copious and clean. The backyard was wonderful with lots of great furniture and nice lighting. The downstairs is somewhat "rustic" compared to the upstairs, with less than a full kitchen and no living room and a somewhat awkward way to access it; the downstairs bathroom had a bit of an odor issue. A garage door opener would have been nice for carrying things into the downstairs unit and also providing another parking spot. Street parking was a bit tight but manageable. All in all accurately represented on the website and a great place to stay in Guerneville.

Great house for girls' getaway

The location is fantastic! Walkable to shops, tasting rooms, river and restaurants. Short drive Armstrong Nature Preserve, wineries and more restaurants. The house has a very pleasant outdoor area to hang out.

Gurneville Getaway

My partner and our friends stayed at this house for pride weekend. The location was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. Loved the back yard and front porch. We were very comfortable.

Guerneville is a nice central location


Spacious and clean except for the outdoor area
furniture too dusty to use and didn’t feel like cleaning it. Needs a new shower head in the master bath. But we had plenty of space, made some good meals and toured around the area. Nice ambience. Appreciated the games and jigsaw puzzles.

It’s Fine but Not as Advertised

It’s perfectly fine but not quite as good as advertised. The property was instant-booked through Vrbo but then a third-party property management service (who was not the person I booked with in the app) withheld checkin information until I signed a third-party agreement outside Vrbo. SKETCHY. And when I called them out on this, they insisted they’ve done this for over 20 years and no one else had a problem with it, implying I shouldn’t either. Even sketchier. There’s lots of cute rustic-chic parts of the property, like string lights in the backyard, artwork in the dining room, and backyard seating gathered around an upturned barrel coffee table. But these details don’t cover up the larger problems with the property. For example, the property listing says it has AC but it only has one or two window AC units and a bunch of fans—that’s not the same thing. Additionally, the downstairs bedroom has three beds but no bedside tables and the downstairs bathroom has a full shower but no space for shower toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc).

Fun Family Getaway for the 4th of July

This house was well laid out and comfortable for our family. We really enjoyed the corn hole game and ping pong at the lower level. Loved being able to walk downtown Guerneville and enjoy all the shops and restaurants. No problem with parking...we were able to fit 2 cars in the garage and one in the driveway.

We were very comfortable with 4 adults and 1 teen ager. The neighborhood was friendly and there were many dining options near. Safeway was in walking distance which was very handy
