Our home is tucked into the redwood-covered hills of Guerneville on a quaint neighborhood street offering peace and privacy while still being close to everything Sonoma County is famous for. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, the home blends clean modern lines with cozy rustic details. The open-concept living room and kitchen create the perfect gathering spot, complete with a fireplace for cooler winter evenings. Large windows frame views of the redwood hillside, while sliding doors open onto the expansive deck (1 of 3!) that extend your living space outdoors. Recently renovated, for a fresh, modern yet uber cozy feel. Spend the day on the river, and explore surrounding wineries and breweries.

THE LAYOUT:
UPSTAIRS: The Master (king) with full private bath, 2 additional queen bedrooms, living room, kitchen, Second Full Bath and a huge outdoor deck with grill & fire pit.
DOWNSTAIRS: Head down the stairs and enter the quaint and adorable 1 Bedroom granny unit through the garage. The unit features a full bath, its own living space, kitchenette and another extra large deck with firepit.
Enjoy two 'separate, yet connected' spaces -perfect for larger groups - giving you extra living space and tons of outdoor room under the redwoods.

3 LARGE DECKS/ INDOOR-OUTDOOR LIVING
Arrive home to an inviting, shaded front deck with comfortable seating to enjoy. Look up and see the redwoods towering above you. Great spot for morning coffee!
A second large back deck with fire pit and grill is off the main floor (with access from the living and master). Perfect for evening wine or group dinners.
The third extra large deck also contains a fire pit perfect for evenings under the gorgeous NorCal starry skies.

OPEN-CONCEPT CHEFS KITCHEN + LIVING ROOM
Recently renovated with Café designer appliances, a gas stove, and everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Granite countertops, a flat-screen Smart TV and sliders out to the main deck give the space a fresh, modern feel.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms (all with tubs/ shower) comfortably host up to four couples.
The master bedroom is on the main floor and contains a master bath, a king bed, a flat screen TV and sliding doors to the large deck. Across the hall, both guest rooms have queen beds with large closets. Downstairs in the granny unit you'll find the 4th bedroom (a queen) and a full bath with access to the extra large back deck.

WIFI
The internet service is strong, allowing all guests to properly work remotely from the cabin and take Zoom calls if needed.

STEEP HILL & PARKING
Note, Guerneville is full of big hills - and we are on one of them! It makes for great views - but parking and accessibility can be a bit tricky for some (since the driveway slopes in the opposite direction to the road grade), but we have another flat gravel spot just past the drive that is a bit more accessible for 1 car. In total - it's best for 3 cars (preferred), but you can get 4 max.

WALK TO TOWN: You can even walk to town in under a mile (though it’s along the very busy main road) for dinner and drinks without worrying about driving. Just don't do it in the dark and remember you have to walk back up (or just call a taxi for the return!)

If you are a runner or walker - you can wander down the big hill for a nice, flat leisurely 1 mile walk/ run around a lovely Guerneville neighborhood and creek.

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS require a 3 night minimum.

QUIET TIME
Guerneville rules require quiet time between 10pm - 7am
