1 chambre 1 salle de bain dans Folsom historique. À seulement deux pâtés de maisons de Sutter Street, qui abrite d'excellents restaurants et magasins. Pour les clients actifs, vous avez le choix entre de nombreuses activités de plein air dès votre porte d'entrée. Profitez du vélo, de la randonnée, du kayak, du paddle board sur le lac Natoma. Si vous voyagez pour affaires, à la recherche d'une escapade d'un week-end ou si vous avez besoin d'un séjour prolongé, notre maison pourrait répondre à vos besoins.

Maison confortable et récente avec de nombreux équipements que vous désirez. Cuisine complète, laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur, lit queen size, plus canapé-lit queen size. Internet haut débit.

La maison est située au dessus de notre garage. Vous accédez à la maison par la ruelle derrière la maison principale.

Historic Folsom est un quartier unique et classique. Cet emplacement est au cœur de nombreux quartiers de Folsom.
Pour les gens à pied, à seulement 5 minutes à pied, vous trouverez la célèbre boulangerie Karen pour des plats délicieux. Les acheteurs d'antiquités adoreront les nombreuses sélections de la rue Sutter. Et le connaisseur de vin aura également de nombreuses boutiques de vins fins à rencontrer. Pour les amateurs de plein air, les réseaux de sentiers autour du lac Natoma sont parfaits pour la randonnée, la course, le vélo de montagne et le vélo de route. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez louer des kayaks et des planches à pagaie sur le lac Natoma pour vous amuser sur l'eau.

Nous aimons les animaux de compagnie, nous voulons donc que vous ameniez votre chien avec vous lors de votre voyage. Nous préférons le garder à un membre de la famille à fourrure, mais nous en considérerons deux à notre discrétion.

Adorable, cozy spot!

We had such a great stay! The location was excellent, plus the apartment was very homey and cozy. It was also well-equipped with thoughtful furnishings and amenities, plus the hosts were top notch! We hope to come back for another stay soon!

This property was amazing very clean very accessible close to old town Folsom and very quiet I really enjoyed myself. I was there for a week and I will be back. This will be my go to place whenever I’m in Folsom if I need to stay somewhere.

So great! You should stay here!

This was really a home away from home for us! The property was so cozy and comfortable, had everything we wanted and or needed. Location to downtown Folsom was unbeatable, quick 5 min way to all the great shops ans restaurants. Bonnie and Mitch were very helpful during the booking process. Great placw to stay, we will definitely try to book next time we're visiting!

Old Town Hideway.

We loved this place! Well appointed, great location in Historic Folsom. We could walk to shops and restaurants. Fantastic walking trails. We will definitely rent again next winter.

Cute Folsom Apartment

Loved our stay in Folsom! Bonnie was helpful in local recommendations and prompt during any correspondence. We were within walking distance to downtown Folsom and also nearby major grocery stores. Unit was clean, spacious and decor was cute. Felt like the bed was very comfortable and kitchen had any supplies we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Walking in felt like home

Nice homey clean comfortable. I could sink into the mattress. The sound of water fall was soothing. Everything that I needed was there. Bonnie was so sweet I would go there again and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Cozy little house

Nicely appointed home. The shower was really nice. My only complaint (more so about me) is trying to carry a months worth of luggage up then down the steps. I'll definitely stat here again when i have less luggage.

Fantastic Home away from Home!

I stayed in this property for just over 4 weeks. I travelled from Australia for work and need a place to call home for this period. Bonnie and Mitch were great hosts, the premises was immaculate for my arrival and was cleaned each week. It served me very well for the time I was there. We experienced some really hot weather mid trip, but the place was well cooled and was great for the night breezes when it eventually cooled down. It's a quiet location and with the calming sound of pool behind, it makes for a great escape. The historic Folsom is literally 2 blocks away (easy walk) and the trails I walked has some great scenery. I would stay again.

Great Location in Folsom

This is a quiet neiborhood. Some minor street noise. Very nicely appointed in terms of kitchen amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning works very well which was good because it was 115 Degrees outside. Near to downtown Folsom and to the trails that connect through there and extend along the river. I had a personal emergency and Bonnie was extremely flexible in accommodating last minute changes and very communicative.

Absolutely fantastic property and wonderful, responsive hosts. We needed a place to caĺl home during a time of transition before relocating to a new home out of state. This Folsom hideaway offered everything we needed and more. First, it was immaculate yet homey and comfortable. Second, the location is wonderful, allowing for short stroll to restaurants and the weekly farmer's market in the historic Old Town of Folsom. Also convenient for outdoor activities including Kayaking, SUP boards and biking/hiking the Johnny Cash trail. Hosts Bonnie and Mitchell were responsive to any inquires or needs, promptly repairing or replacing items as needed. The decor was warm and inviting, and the split a/c worked great. The full kitchen was a huge factor in our decision to stay here, and even included a dishwasher. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space for our extended stay. The beds were comfortable and the hosts provided every amenity one could think of. We highly recommend this property for a weekend away or an extended stay (we were here 3 full months!). We are grateful to have found this remarkable VRBO gem in the heart of Folsom.

Feeling at home in Folsom Hideaway

We have returned home to MN with great memories of our stay in Folsom. Mitch and Bonnie were perfect hosts. The little apartment was so well done. Everything you'd ever want was available! And Folsom is such a nice little town that's close to everything!! We would highly recommend this rental for a short or long stay. We were there 2 months and it felt like home!! Thank you Mitch, Bonnie and the two pups!!

Oasis in "urban" Folsom

We've used VRBO more than 20 times, and the "Old Town Hideaway" is an excellent example of why. Our situation was unusual - we needed a place to stay for 6-8 weeks in Folsom - so I can tell you this is an excellent place to stay for 3 nights or 50. This is a very nicely appointed and comfortable setup in the Old Town part of Folsom. Lots of things in walking distance - bars, restaurants, clubs, antique stores and the Saturday Farmer's market. There is also excellent availability of hiking and biking trails in the area. Eating out or cooking meals in are both done easily. Light rail to downtown Sacramento is only a 10 minute walk away. Great property for people visiting for a weekend, especially if you want to bring your furry friend with you. Bonnie is an excellent host, and their dog Roman is always glad to see you as well. Highly recommended!

Beautifully kept apartment just a couple minute walk from historic Folsom

Great apartment, kitchen has everything you need to make a full meal, or take a quick 5 minute walk to downtown Folsom. Located off of an alley, not a main street so you have privacy and quiet to come back to after checking out the downtown. Also easy access to dog friendly walking/hiking trails along the river. I would highly recommend!
