Ce condo a un emplacement très souhaitable, offrant un accès très pratique et facile pour toute la famille. C’est sûrement un avantage que peu de gens aiment avoir à profiter de Mainsail! Si les escaliers ne sont pas votre truc, eh bien ... nous ne sommes qu'à une porte de l'ascenseur, nous sommes donc assurés de vous!

La vue est saisissante et comme on dit EMPLACEMENT ... EMPLACEMENT. Vous êtes sûr de profiter de la facilité et de la commodité de cette propriété. Préparez-vous à découvrir le sable blanc et les eaux turquoises.

We had an amazing week at the condo.

Mainsail was having some demolition done before our stay. Andree was wonderful keeping us updated with the progress on the parking lot. It was completed by the time we arrived. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The balcony on the back had easy access to the beach and the pool. It made the week more enjoyable with two small grandchildren. No roads to cross. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. Our family has been coming to Destin for 30 years and we have stayed at many condos in the area. Andree is great to work with and responds quickly to any questions.

Second time staying in this Condo and we love it. 6 adults and 2 children! The beach access is easy and the unit is equipped with a huge ice maker and we all know how important that is! The unit is clean and WELL stocked! We have pretty much decided to book this one each year as long as it’s available! Andree is so helpful and a great host! Before check in and upon arrival, we had been told the washer was not working properly. The next morning, there was a new washer being installed. There should be zero hesitation to rent this unit! So thankful for hosts like this for making vacation so effortless! 1000% would recommend!

Wonderful stay!

In over 20 years of staying at Mainsail, this is one of the best units that we've had! Everything was clean, and the location with the walk-up was convenient with young kids and my mom. We especially appreciated the beach gear, and the communication with Andree was great. Couldn't have asked for anything more, and we hope to stay here again!

Great communication with property owner , check in was easy, one bedroom coverlet was dirty and needed cleaned, bathrooms were all clean as well as the rest of unit. Overall are stay was great.

Can’t wait to return!

We will definitely be back! The layout of the condo was perfect for three friends on a girls’ trip (and it would be perfect for three couples, too). Proximity to the beach walk was amazing. Owner is attentive and responsive. This was our second stay with this particular owner (different unit first time), and I’ve not been disappointed.

Great Beach Vacation at Mainsail 116

Another wonderful beach experience at Destin's Mainsail Condominium 116. This was our second stay at this unit and the accomodations were once again excellent. We loved the closeness to the beach, the views, the little extras like the Keurig and a 25 pound ice machine. Thank you Andree and Southern Hospitality, you are the best and we will come back!

Thanks Bruce for taking the time to post a review. As a small business it means a lot. Well, I have to agree the steps from the balcony to paradise are absolutely the best! Easy Peasy and sooo convenient! Look forward to hearing from you when you are ready to kick back and relax.

Our month at Mainsail was all we e pected. The unit was well stocked with all our needs. The accommodations were excellent and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We pride ourselves on our personal service and we feel that one stay at our beautiful condos and you will be back!

Destin offers the most beautiful beaches along the coast. Sugar white sand and emerald green waters. We purchased our first condo at Mainsail in 2009 and were so happy with our decision. We look forward to sharing this condo with you in paradise.

The location of Mainsail is relaxing and easy. It's by far, 'The best place to grab your flip flops and relax'! The area has many restaurants, superb shopping from boutiques, antique stores to the largest outlet mall in the South located across the street. You can also catch your dinner with a fishing excursion, para sail, play a round of golf or just kick back and people watch. Mainsail Resort is located directly on the beach -- and is a hidden GEM for those of you who have never visited. Once you stay here, you realize. This property has the widest private beach in the area and most of all there are no roads to cross. The property is a gated community and is very family friendly. Mainsail also offers tennis courts, basketball goals, shuffleboard, hot tub, 2 pools, a dedicated kiddie pool and grills for you to enjoy. Forgot something... you don't have to venture far at all; there is a grocery store, restaurants, a beach store all right outside the gates of this complex.

Walk down the stairs from your private balcony to the beach. Want to make a quick run for the condo, no elevators needed. Yeahhh... that's what convenience is all about on vacation!!!!
