Beautiful house with a fantastic view! Pool looks a bit small in the pictures, but is of good size in reality. Extra points for the Weber gas barbecue. There are beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow as well as a sup board. Beautiful beach with clear water within short walking distance.

We had a great opportunity to enjoy "la dolce vita".The beach is walking distance to the villa and beautiful. You can also go for long hikes in the mountains above the property. The town has a couple of restaurants and grocery shops only open in summer. Perfect base to explore the island, in a short week we visited: Cala di Pedra Longa, Grotta Su Marmuri, Cala Niedda, Spiaggia di Su Sirboni... And had lots of amazing pizza and ice cream!

We stayed in Tertenia for 1 week. The house has a beautiful view and is well equipped and well maintained. It was a very pleasant stay.

it was a nice holiday

We were in the villa from May 25th to May 31st, 2024. The location is great with a beautiful view and very quiet. We explored all the beautiful beaches in the area.

We can’t say enough great things about Levante! It exceeded expectations, and our host, Maria, went above and beyond. Having a car is key on Sardinia, but our rental fell through at the airport - Within 10 minutes, Maria arranged transfers to and from the house, and she delivered groceries and arranged rides for an evening out. We highly recommend the cooking experience with Stefania at Sardinia Cooking Experience (which we discovered from the guide book at the house).All that, and we haven’t even mentioned the view yet, which is spectacular! We were “stranded” at the house for 4 nights / 3 full days, and we loved every minute of it (with 5 kids, 10-20 years old). The pool was wonderful, and the ping pong table and paddle board were a blast! It is a hike up the hill from the beach, but it is worth it! There is a wonderful little super market walking distance and great food options on and around the beach - we highly recommend Lithos!Grazie mille, Maria! We loved our time on Sardinia!

Our stay was perfect. Villa was clean, great pool, amazing view. Everything perfect. Maria was very nice and helped with questions, provided guides for sightseeing and restaurants....nothing to complain!

Highlight of our trip

This place was absolutely beautiful, not to mention clean, functional, and relaxing.The A/C units worked like magic (which was not the case in other places we stayed) and the pool with the incredible view was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. When we return to Sardegna in the future, we will definitely try to stay here.

Great villa

We had a fantastic time in a great house and pool! Beach nearby, small supermarkt nearby, but ofher beaches, bigger supermarkt and (water)activities are further away. You have to drive for at least 30 minutes.

Awesome accommodation

Wonderful and clean accommodation with an excellent view to the beach ,forest and mountains. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. Garden and pool are frequently cleaned up. Host Maria was very responsive and gave us a lot of recommendations.Only negative points are the constructions sides nearby but at least it wasn't loud so it didn't bother us that much. The evironment is not touristic so if you look for activiries you will.probably have to drive some kilometres. However we would highly recommend this accomodation. We had a wonderful time in Sardinia and we will probably come back. Thanks a lot to Maria for your hospitality

Dieses Ferienhus ist der perfekte Ort, um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und toll ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wunderschöner Ausblick, Strand und kleiner Supermarkt in wenigen Metern fußläufig erreichbar. Alles war perfekt, gerne wieder!

Hochwertige Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet und verfügt über einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Strand. Die Kinder haben den Pool, der im Übrigen regelmäßig gereinigt wird, sehr genossen. Einzig über die Lage muss man sich vor der Buchung im Klaren sein. Tertenia ist keine Touristenhochburg und zu den einschlägigen Highlights muss man eine ganze Weile fahren. Für uns war das aber noch ok.

First Class Ferienhaus

Ein absolut traumhaftes Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist einfach top – ruhig, idyllisch und mit einem Ausblick, der einen den Atem raubt. Das Haus selbst war wunderschön, sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt – man merkt sofort, wie viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die tolle Betreuung – herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Mit dem eigenen Pool eine wunderbare Kulisse. Alles war sehr sauber. Zwischenzeitlich kam auch immer jemand, der den Pool gereinigt hat. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr gut!. Der Aufstieg zum Haus ist etwas steil, aber am Tag mal zum Strand hoch und runter zu laufen, ist vollkommen in Ordnung. In der Nähe kann man Brötchen kaufen, Café trinken und auch Kleinigkeiten kaufen. Ein Auto ist dennoch grundsätzlich nötig.
