Property met all expectations.Roof top sunsets with cocktails was top point of our visit. Convenient to train, Uber, tours, restaurants was a big plus.

Incredible location that is so close to the Coliseum and yet has a quiet feel. The rooftop garden is sweet when we had time to enjoy it. The hosts are wonderful. My fist stay was with the “kids.” The this time I convinced my husband to come to Rome. So worth it!!

The best apartment in the best location: it occupies the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors of the building, providing a beautiful panorama of the city. It is just blocks from the Coliseum and Palatine Hill. The apartment was spotless and had everything you’d need for a few days or weeks, including A/C in every room. Raffaella was responsive and helpful with recommendations for parking, food, and how to plan our tourist needs. I’ll never get over the view from the 8th floor private balcony, it is MAGICAL!

What a fabulous apartment! The mid-century modern building and apartment are stylish and comfortable. The neighborhood has some excellent restaurants, but is mostly residential and quite quiet. The real crown jewel is the rooftop terrace: just as lovely as in the photo, with a panoramic view. We had a wonderful stay.

Rafaella was very accommodating as a host and very hospitable. The apartment located very close to the colosseum, forum and Circus Maximus. If you want to cook, there is a supermarket nearby and the apartment is well stocked with cooking implements. An enjoyable stay and the sunsets on the roof are amazing

Amazing Stay in Rome with Wonderful Hosts

This was our home away from home for a week-long stay in Rome and it was a 5-star experience across the board. It's a perfect location with amazing views from the terraces. Everything matched the description and the check-in process was very smooth. The hosts are wonderful and extremely responsive. We look forward to a future stay!

Fantastic location with all the conforts of home

This is a wonderful place to stay. Central location makes it easy to walk to so many points of interest. The unit is very comfortable and the views are wonderful. Even has some edibles planted on the rooftop terraces. Owner went above and beyond for me during my stay. Would highly recommend and hope to come back.

Great property, great location, very great host!

Having this large apartment in such a great location makes seeing Rome so comfortable. The property could use a little updating — paint, furniture without covers and new towels / bedding, but I’m sure the property owner will do this soon. I’d stay here again at any time.

The Perfect Spot

The penthouse was the perfect spot for our family. We had plenty of space for our teens to spread out. The views are better than even in the photographs. Support from owners was excellent from moment of booking through check out.

Wonderful stay in Rome

We had a terrific stay in the colosseum apartment. The view from the terrace was spectacular...the pictures don't really do it justice. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The AC was a blessing, since Rome was scorching hot. Raffaella was a lovely hostess. We wouldn't hesitate to return again!
