"Casa Virgilio in Monti" à Rome est situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble du '700 dans le quartier de Monti, l'un des plus caractéristiques de la capitale entre les Fori Imperiali, le Colisée (8' à pied) et Santa Maria Maggiore (4 ' à pied).
TrĂšs bien desservi par les transports en commun: station de mĂ©tro (ligne B, arrĂȘt Cavour), proche de la gare Termini, puis arrivĂ©e du train Leonardo Express pour / de l'aĂ©roport de Fiumicino et bus pour l'aĂ©roport de Ciampino. Dans les environs, Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied, vous trouverez 4 supermarchĂ©s, restaurants, tavernes, pizzerias, bars, bars Ă  vin, discothĂšques et pĂątisseries.
"Casa Virgilio in Monti" est composé de deux suites doubles (vous pouvez également réserver séparément). Ils ont un accÚs indépendant et communicant par une porte interne. Le prix est pour tout l'appartement qui peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes, voulant un cinquiÚme sur le canapé de l'une des suites. Il convient également à 2 adultes et 2 garçons / enfants transformant l'un des 2 lits doubles en 2 lits simples.
La premiÚre suite, "I fiori", est composée d'une chambre à coucher (lit double ou deux lits simples), salle de bain privée, salon / véranda avec kitchenette (réfrigérateur, plaques à induction, four, lave-vaisselle), véritable jardin une cour fleurie privée trÚs calme. Le second, "Il Gallo Rosso", comprend une alcÎve avec un lit double français, un salon, une salle de bain privée et une kitchenette (plaques à induction, four micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-linge).
Le prix est pour la structure entiĂšre. Pour la location d'une suite individuelle, nous vous renvoyons aux appartements Casa Virgilio1 Ă  Monti et Casa Virgilio2 Ă  Monti.
Les deux suites disposent de la climatisation, du chauffage, de la télévision, de l'accÚs Internet WiFi, d'un minibar, d'une cafetiÚre, d'une bouilloire pour l'eau chaude, le tout garantissant un séjour reposant et paisible. Un verre de bienvenue vous sera offert à votre arrivée.

Sejour merveilleux

En premier le proprietaire Jean Louis est une personne a l ecoute et disponible pour nous donner tous les renseignements concernant Rome. Toujours la pour nous demander si notre sejour se passe bien et si nous avonpis avions ns besoin de renseignements. Lorsque nous arrivez nous abions un plst de fruis vin . Fantastique!

Il ne peut y avoir un meilleur endroit pour séjourner à Rome. La localisation, le confort, la quiétude pour se reposer autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur avec le petit jardin privé et la prise en charge personnalisé des propriétaires Jean-Louis et Laura ont fait de nos vacances en famille un énorme WOW. Ce n'est qu'un au revoir. Merci

Comfortable apartment in Center of Monti, location was great for exploring the entire city. Host was attentive and the apartment was comfortable and well stocked with supplies for espresso and wine. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt completely safe with our 4 year old in.

Our host was amazing! From personal welcome and tour to a bottle of bubbly what more could you want. Comfortable beds and great location. First floor apartment with all amenities, and quiet area. Washing machine a little confusing!

Beautiful, spacious, clean apartment in a great location. Easy access to Metro and major attractions. Kitchen stocked with coffee, water, snacks etc. Layout is great for families or couples with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds are comfortable and apartment is nicely furnished with sofa, dining table, luggage stands and REAL art! Host was attentive and welcoming. One of the best apartments we have ever rented.

The location couldn’t be better — tucked away on a quiet street yet just steps from all the vibrant history, cafes, and sights the city has to offer.Our host, Jean-Louis, was absolutely amazing. He warmly welcomed us after an overnight flight and had thoughtful breakfast treats and fresh coffee waiting, which was such a kind and appreciated touch.The apartment itself is spotless, comfortable, and very quiet — a rare find in such a central location. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat to return to after exploring the city.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome.

The apartment was amazing! Well located to all the sites in the center of Rome. Jean-Louis was the perfect host, checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Nice stay in Rome

Overall, this was a very nice stay. Jean-Louis was very communicative in the stay and the check-in process was easy, meeting a friend of Jean-Louis who let us in and showed us the apartment. They had left a bottle of wine with some snacks at check-in, which was very thoughtful. The apartment had air conditioning, which was welcome with the heat in Rome in August. The location was great with a short walk (10 minutes) to the Coliseum and close access to the Metro. Overall, a very nice stay.

Great Location!

Great Location that allowed us to walk to multiple historical sites and the train station. Jean-Louis was very accommodating and allowed us early access to leave our luggage. He left some breakfast items and snacks for us. He lives at the property so expect a friendly hello if you cross paths. House set up is unique but as a family we didn’t have a problem with it (you walk through each bedroom to leave the flat or get to the bigger kitchen). I do recommend this place.

We had a very nice stay. The location is perfect for seeing all of Rome. 12 minute walk to the Termini train station and a 7 minute walk to the metro blue line. Jean Louis was very helpful with anything we needed and was a fantastic host. The apartment had very comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The food, coffee, and drink selection available when we arrived was very much appreciated. The AC worked very well in every room but even without it the apartment stayed quite cool. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay

We arrived early.And Jean was there to greet us. He was kind enough to allow us to keep our luggage there.He showed us the the apartment.And we went off on our first day.He is very sweet and was always attentive to our needs.Our stay was almost two weeks long and midway he had fresh sheets and towels replaced.Loved our mornings in the veranda.I would stay here again.Thank You Jean.

5 Adults in Rome

This property is 2 connected apartments, which was perfect for our family of 2 generations of adults. A rep of the host met us when we arrived and went over everything, and we appreciated the written instructions for appliances and the list of suggested sites and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, attractive, and comfortable, plus well-stocked with breakfast food, snacks, and drinks. The location was a short walk to the must-see Colosseum and many shops and restaurants. Our hosts were attentive and friendly and clearly wanted us to feel at home.There was an AC problem that they dealt with immediately.

Great Place in Rome

We spent 4 nights and could not have been happier with the accommodations. The host was helpful, even getting up on our last day to see us off. The apartment was comfortable and the host included snacks, wine and coffee. It made the stay that much easier as we did not need to shop immediately. They had a nice list of places to eat near by which was helpful. I would highly recomend!

Great location in Rome

Wonderful stay in Monti neighbourhood. The house was clean and spacious. Some snacks and a bottle of wine was left for us - a perfect experience. Close to the Metro, so easy access to all of Rome. Highly recommend.

Virgilio in Monti

We have stayed in the past in VRBOs in the Navona and Trestevere areas. Monti is quieter and very convenient to Santa Maria Maggiore and a short walk to the Forum, but plenty of good restaurants.The apartment is perfect for 4 with a slightly offbeat layout that works nicely. Jean-Louis could not have been more welcoming or helpful, and stocked it with snacks, breakfast food, and Prosecco. Altogether a fantastic experience.

Great location!

We were greeted with plenty of breakfast food, coffee, and numerous things in the fridge! That was very much appreciated. Plenty of space and beds were comfortable. The host was very accommodating by letting us check in early and setting up a taxi to the airport.
