Un mile au campus A + M; Appartement Studio Garage Moderne

Récemment construit en mars 2017 et inspiré par la "petite nation de la maison" et West Coast Living - ce studio d'appartement Tiny House moderne, entièrement équipé et privé est à seulement un mille du campus A&M.
Cet endroit est le meilleur des deux mondes. C'est 0ne Mile du campus et il est à distance de marche de HEB, Target, Starbucks, restaurants et de nombreux autres grands magasins. C'est vraiment le Hub d'Aggieland.
Si vous aimez marcher ou faire du jogging, le sentier du parc est juste autour du bloc ... littéralement! Nous sommes même sur la ligne de bus A&M.
Que vous soyez professeur invité ou parent visitant votre enfant Aggie, cet endroit a été construit en pensant à vous.
Nous proposons des tarifs réduits mensuels et hebdomadaires.

L'appartement dispose d'un nouveau lit Queen, salle de bain complète avec douche / baignoire pour faire tremper, kitchenette, table de cuisine et tabourets, TV 32 ", câble et Internet.
L'appartement dispose d'une entrée séparée et d'une terrasse privée à votre disposition.
Nous vivons dans la maison principale et vous fournissons le petit déjeuner (généralement des petits pains à la cannelle faits maison) pour votre premier petit déjeuner.
Cet appartement est assez abordable pour rester plusieurs jours à College Station. Pourtant, un prix très raisonnable pour des séjours prolongés. Encore une fois, consultez nos tarifs réduits!
Nous avons eu l'expérience "d'héberger" des invités dans notre maison, lorsque nous avons loué notre maison principale en 2013-2014 via VRBO. Maintenant, nous prenons notre hospitalité à un niveau différent, avec un studio privé. Prendre plaisir!!

This was just perfect for me for the two nights I was in town! It was clean, quiet, and I felt safe. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the internet was iffy. It could’ve been that the area didn’t get great reception, but a WIFI option would be nice. Thank you for a great stay….and the cinnamon rolls!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little apartment. It had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple or single guest. Very clean. Cinnammon rolls were excellent and a nice touch. Place was cozy and homey. Very convenient to TAMU and Bomber Field in Bryan. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The bed did hurt my husband's back, but we loved the place. Don't hesitate to book.

My husband and I have 3 married children and 7 grandkids! After watching the TV Show "Tiny House Nation" and visiting Seattle, I was inspired to build my own "Tiny House Apartment"!! I love to welcome people to College Station and Texas A&M. It's where I graduated, in '81, and our 3 kids in '07, '09, '10. Whoop!! My husband recently retired after 32 years with A&M.
We love our location because we are so close to the University. There is nothing like the feel of a College Town and being in the middle of it all. From our front porch we can even hear the distant sound of the Aggie band!
We operate a bakery out of our home and sell our goods at the local farmers market in downtown Bryan on Saturdays.
Because I enjoy baking, I can provide you, as our guest, some of our sourdough cinnamon rolls or other baked goodies the first morning of your stay. It's part of our hospitality and making you feel at home in College Station.

Again this area is all about location!! So close to Texas A&M. We are on the bus route if you are a visiting student or professor. If you are here for "game day", the bus can pick you up 2 hours before a game and drop you off on campus near the Memorial Student Center/MSC.
We recommend a car, but several international students have stayed here and appreciated the walking distance to HEB, Target, restaurants, etc.
Just because the apartment is "tiny" doesn't mean it's not equipped! There's a microwave, NuWave induction cooktop, 9.2 cu.ft bottom freezer refrigerator, blender, toaster oven and coffee pot...
And, because it has a separate entrance, our guest can come and go as they want.
