Belle, entièrement restaurée 3 chambres à coucher 2. 5 salles de bain au centre-ville de Milton. Construit à l'origine en 1820.
Dogfish Head Brewery est une promenade de 15 minutes ou 4 minutes en voiture. Lewes Beach et Cape Henlopen State Park sont à environ 20 minutes.
Cette maison dispose, un énorme tube de trempage dans la salle de bain principale, 2 vérandas dans les porches, une grande cour privée avec beaucoup de stationnement. Profitez de trou de maïs et de ping-pong tout en sirotant votre boisson préférée.
Le salon dispose d'un grand canapé sectionnel, foyer au gaz et 55 pouces Smart TV et Apple TV.
La cuisine dispose d'une cuisinière à gaz commerciale et des comptoirs en granit avec des lumières du ciel et des poutres apparentes.
Le plateau latéral est idéal pour griller sur le Webber Baby Q Grill.
Il y a aussi 3 vélos, un kayak pour 2 personnes et des chaises longues disponibles pour votre usage. Le grand kayak est à moins d'un mile de distance.
Il y a aussi une grande pêche à l'achigan à Wagamonds Pond, qui se trouve à 5 minutes à pied.
D'ici la fin de l'été, je devrais avoir une zone de foyer agréable.

This quaint historic house was a good choice for our family girls' get-together. It was quite relaxing and yet there was so much to see and do within walking distance. Just perfect!

Liked the way the house was decorated. Enjoyed hanging out in the large room at back of house and the screened in porch. Great small town to walk around - good restaurants, brewery, home made ice cream store. Side walks made it easy to walk our dog. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Milton

The family and I loved the house and town. Very good access to Lewes and Rehoboth beaches, both about 30 minute drives. Walking access to stores and restaurants in Milton, as well as the riverfront park, where i caught a nice largemouth bass. We'd love to return

Excellent Stay in Milton

The house is beautiful and on a quiet street within waking distance of restaurants, bars, and Dogfish Head Brewery. Highly recommend and we will stay there again next time we're in the area.

Great location in the heart of Milton.

Great stay in a historic, charming home. Beautiful home within walking distance to great restaurants. This home has plenty of size and was very comfortable for me and my family- including the pups! Would definitely return.

Convenient Stay

The listing was in a quiet location with a few restaurants within walking distance. Beaches, restaurants, breweries and activities were only a short drive away. It's nice to be at the beach without the crowded feel of larger beach towns.
