Great weekend away. The location was great and the house was as described. This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever been in! Everything was great and we would definitely return in the future.

Even with the Nor'easter blowing in and inspiring us to leave a day early, we really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The description was great, and it was perfectly placed directly across from one of the very few public beach access points. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pet-friendly aspect of the cottage combined with the dog-friendliest beach in the area, was great for our 2 big boys.One thing to keep in mind if you stay here (or anywhere else in the area apparently), you need to bring your own sheets and towels. We knew this ahead of time and were therefore prepared, so no complaints there, just an FYI in case you miss it in the description.

Great location and property! Very central location providing easy access to a quiet beach within a 2min walk, or you can use this spot as your launch point to check out Lewes or Rehoboth. Everything was clean, organized and comfortable making the stay very enjoyable. And if you bring your dog, you'll enjoy walking up and down the quiet street to get awesome views of the beach and nature preserve!

Quiet and friendly area. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Clean and accommodating/cozy space. Short trip (15mins) to anything you’d need. Bring bug spray and watch out for cacti!

We had a wonderful time at this beach house in Milton, Delaware. Great Location, easy walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. Check in and Check out processes were simple to follow. The near by towns were lovely. Lewes - pronounced "Lewis" was a quaint "Hallmark" town with great restaurants, wonderful shops and beautiful scenery. We also went to Rehobeth Beach which was a bit bigger and had all the local stores we have at home. Our hosts Gina & Rodney left us a lovely gift for staying with them, which we were very grateful for.

Property was lovely and a short walk to the beach. The dogs had the best time except for the briars they accumulated in their fur walking through the dunes. It was a short stay but very accommodating. The weather was perfect which made the stay even better.
