Situé juste sur 30A juste en face de l'accÚs à la plage (à seulement deux minutes à pied du sable - n'attendez plus jamais le tram!) et la grande piscine Seacrest est à seulement quelques pas.

Cette grande et spacieuse maison de 4 chambres / 4 salles de bain a des tonnes de lumiÚre naturelle et a été récemment mise à jour avec un mobilier haut de gamme et décorée professionnellement avec un design d'élégance cÎtiÚre classique. Profitez d'une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis la grande terrasse ouverte du troisiÚme étage avec des siÚges extérieurs confortables et un bar avec évier au dernier étage. Regardez le lever du soleil avec du café au lit dans la chambre principale du troisiÚme étage - puis passez un happy hour sur la terrasse du dernier étage en sirotant des cocktails et en profitant du coucher de soleil aprÚs une journée à la plage.

La maison peut accueillir 10 personnes dans des lits avec trois chambres king (deux avec lits de repos supplémentaires) et une chambre queen. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et terrasse ou patio extérieur privé, et la maison comprend une cuisine complÚte, des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, des planchers en bois, des téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat dans chaque chambre, une connexion Internet haut débit sans fil, une grande terrasse au troisiÚme étage avec vue sur l'océan, barbecue à gaz, laveuse et sécheuse, parking privé pour trois voitures et un plan d'étage ouvert pour le divertissement et le temps en famille.

The location was convenient to everything we wanted - great shops and restaurants. Loved the crepe shop and the candy shop. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the sun and fresh air. Little chilly but it was December. Considering a trip back when it is warmer. :-)Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away.

The house was in a great location, and was the perfect space for our group. Beds were comfortable and had everything been working/available as advertised I’d highly recommend it. Unfortunately, the wifi was out, which they did fix as quickly as they could. And extremely unfortunate, the pool was closed for renovations and this was not disclosed to us at all. We loved this place but were really bummed to not have the pool as expected.

Such a beautiful house and a great location! Our family of 6 loved staying here for our summer vacation! We were so close to the pool and beach, and our daughters loved the bikes. The house was large and clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again one day!

Great location. Close to beach, pool, and town center. House could use some tlc but beautifully furnished. Plenty of beach gear. Lots of stairs if that is an issue. Beautiful rooftop for morning coffee and sunset. Beach area gets crowded but other options nearby. Pool is large and fun for young kids.

Great location. Close to beach.

The house was the closest to the beach and it was only a two minute walk. Three stories which was terrific to see all the fireworks along the beach from the second and top balconies. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The complex pools were close as well. Wonderful time.

Great Location and Owner Communications

The property was perfect for our family of seven adults and three children. There are many amenities including a large number of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the children. The roof top deck was a real plus for relaxing family gatherings in the evening. It’s perfectly located for quick and easy walks to the beach, pool, restaurants, and surrounding area shops. You can also take the tram to the beach but it’s not necessary. Owner communicates were quick and informative. Overall, we were pleased with the home, the owners, and the amenities. There were so many extras what wasn’t to enjoy! We loved everything about our vacation.

Our Family at Seacrest Beach

Totally enjoyed our stay. Lots of fun at the beach, pool and riding bikes. The house was very nice except for the rugs. They were "disgusting". We did not want to get on the floor to play with our furbabies because they were so dirty. So, get rid of the rugs!

Great Experience

Outstanding and spacious home in an excellent central location. It is 5-10 minutes walk of any notable sight, shop, restaurant, or beach in Alys or Rosemary Beach. It is also within 2 minutes walk from the pool, which we didn’t get to use in our short stay of a few days, but looked great.We will be back whenever we visit the area again

First time beach goers

The stay was perfect for my elderly parents, this was their first trip to Florida and definitely will not be their last! The house is conveniently located so it made it easy for them to walk and get breakfast and lunches, they loved how easy it was to get to the beach access. This home and location was perfect! This is a lovely house and in a perfect location. It is very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. The pool is gorgeous and beach access super close and easy. It is a perfect spot to bring teenagers and have family time. Will definitely visit again!!!

Outstanding property just as described. Beautifully decorated and well kept. (No broken furniture, appliances or dripping faucets). Easy and close walk to beach and nearby shops. We felt very safe and welcomed in the area.

Perfect Pet Friendly

This home did not disappoint for a pet friendly rental. It was very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Great location to go for walks along 30A and easy beach access. Rooftop was a nice feature too! My only complaint was bikes could be updated, and wooden floors were noisy. Would recommend to anyone with kids or pets!!

Perfect Location for Family Vacation

We spent the week for my father’s 80th birthday. Each room has their own bathroom which made it comfortable for each guest. The home is nicely decorated with plenty of kitchen equipment for us to even cook a thanksgiving meal. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Perfect location, awesome balconies, superb owner communications, nice touches

We loved this property. It is right on 30A, has a view of the ocean (from the rooftop balcony), and is close to the subdivision entrance. VERY convenient to walk to the beach, walk to Rosemary Beach downtown, pretty much anything. The four bikes- huge plus and again, so convenient. Also- the beach chairs and umbrellas were such a wonderful touch. The owners have considered the guest experience and have made an excellent effort to ensure the stay is hassle-free. We appreciated the small touches like having a Keurig and a small fridge next to the rooftop balcony (and small blankets). We used the grill, too, though it is in rough shape and probably needs to be replaced soon (lots of rust). The only disappointment was that the interior was a bit tired and worn and needed either some touch-ups (paint, cabinets, handrails) or replacements (carpets). Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was a week our family will always remember with fondness.

Wonderful family-friendly fall trip!

We loved our stay at Ryan and Ashley’s place during our kid’s break from school. 30A is definitely sleepier in November than our last visit in April, but we benefited from the pool to ourselves, plenty of space on the beach, and no waits at restaurants and cafes. We flew in from NJ, so the low 80’s highs felt wonderful and the pool (low 70’s) and ocean (mid 70’s) were still warm enough to enjoy! Ryan and Ashley’s place is indeed ideally located a short walk to either the pool or beach. The property had everything for a beach day including umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, and a boogie board. We used the bikes everyday for easy rides to Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach. We also rented bikes and a trailer for the kids close by at Peddler’s Pavilion. The house had all the amenities we wanted for our four young kids with plenty of space and privacy for adults as well. The pack ‘n play was in good condition and suited our youngest (2yo). The 3rd floor Lanai was our favorite for enjoying the sunsets and mixing cocktails at the adjacent wet bar. The beds were big and comfortable and we woke up refreshed for the next day. We could go on and on! Book this place for your next 30A trip, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful place to stay

Everything from location to cleanliness to neighborhood and beauty of the house is perfect. Beach, shopping, pool and restaurants all within walking distant. Starbucks on the corner is a major plus as well. The only thing I would say is they need to update their mattresses or put a mattress pad on the current beds. Other than that this is an A+ house!!

We bought our home in Seacrest as a place to relax and spend time with family within walking distance to the beach, pool and activities. We often walk or bike to Alys for morning donuts and coffee with our girls, spend the day on the beach or huge resort-style pool and then enjoy a cocktail or two on the green courtyards at Rosemary at dusk. We have already created so many wonderful memories in our handful of vacations down there.

Seacrest Beach is an awesome place for families! Our kids love the large resort-style pool and green space to play after a day at the beach. Our home in Seacrest Beach is nestled between Alys and Rosemary and easily walkable to both and the wonderful shops, restaurants and activities. This community truly is a wonderful find!
