BELLE LISTE AVEC ACCÈS PRIVÉ À LA PLAGE !! Le complexe Sugar Beach est un complexe familial situé directement sur les belles plages de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique. Notre maison de ville de 2 chambres fait partie de Sugar Beach, qui est un complexe intime en forme de U avec une piscine chauffée en plein centre. Il n'y a que quelques unités partageant notre magnifique plage tandis que les stations à proximité ont plus de 200 unités partageant leur front de mer.

Bien que notre unité n'ait pas de vue sur le golfe, la plage et la toute nouvelle piscine chauffée ne sont qu'à quelques pas. Vous avez également le bonus d'un patio privé avec table de patio, chaises et parasol. Vous obtenez le meilleur des deux mondes à l'extérieur!

À l'intérieur, vous pouvez vous détendre dans notre plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine, salle à manger, salon (avec grand tiroir) et demi-bain en bas. A l'étage, vous aurez accès à une chambre principale avec lit king et une deuxième chambre avec deux lits queen. Un lit pliant est disponible sur demande. A l'étage se trouve également une grande salle de bains avec double vasque et une grande buanderie. Câble et WIFI GRATUIT sont inclus dans toute l'unité.

Vous n'aurez rien à apporter car nous avons pensé à tout et l'avons inclus pour vous. Nous avons même des films et des jeux pour votre plaisir. La Navarre est l'un des secrets les mieux gardés de la Floride ... PROFITEZ!

I loved the room. It had plenty of space for the whole family and was within walking distance from the beach. Check-in was simple and we loved the amenities like a nearby pool and washer and dryer.

We had a wonderful experience. This place was amazing and so clean . We ended up in the middle of a tropical storm during our trip and the host sent text letting us know about the upcoming weather. So nice. They have thought of everything . Can’t wait to go back

Good location, condo was well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with good quality towels, linens, dishes. Condo was nicely decorated and clean, the patio was handy and the chairs and toys provided to use were great for the kids. Being able to use the back gate to go to and from beach kept sand from being tracked all through the rooms. The beach area for this condo is excellent and not crowded even when 100 yds or so either way chairs were double rows.

We had a great visit to Navarre. The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and even little extra toiletry items. Loved having a private patio with grill and plenty of chairs to chillax and enjoy the night air. Thanks again from the great Commonwealth of Kentucky!

We loved it. Short walk to the beach. Very clean and lots of pots, pans, towels,etc. There was an extra fold up bed in the master that although we did not use could have been. Nice pool. Definitely enjoyed the stay.

This property is everything we wanted in a vacation. I had never stayed this far north in Florida before and the beach had white, soft sand and great waters!! The walk to the beach was so smooth. You walk right out the door and down the sidewalk and the boardwalk is right there and leads you right to the beach. The pool is also right out the front steps!! The house was so clean and has everything you could possibly think of. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfy and so were the pillows (so comfy I was half tempted to text Debbie after our stay and ask what brand they were! Haha). There were beach towels, tons of beach toys, two taller chairs, and regular beach chairs. Along with a decent sized umbrella. She even had extra laundry soap and dryer sheets if you forgot your own. Along with coffee filters and creamers for the coffee maker which also has a kuerig connected to it and even seasonings for cooking! The best part was my friend staying at the condos next door, so I could walk out the back gate and go right next door! We absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking. Had no issues whatsoever!! Thank you Debbie!!

Great stay!

We stayed Monday-Saturday and it was a great time! Plenty to see and do, and even when we stayed in for the night we had a blast! The property is very nice and cozy!

We are Eric and Debbie Frash. We love to travel and the peace of being near water. We brought our family to Sugar Beach for spring break in 2016 and fell in love with the white sandy beaches of Navarre. After a year of thinking about the beach, we decided to take the plunge and buy our own little piece of paradise.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose this property because of the intimate setting. We love that we are able to enjoy the beach and pool with a small number of residents, which makes it seem much more private. The spacious floor plan in our unit is warm and inviting for families or friends traveling together. A huge bonus is the private back patio for spending time or sharing a BBQ.

Stepping up and over the dune, you are greeted with all of nature's glory. You can swim in the clear, warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the heated pool. You can also enjoy beautiful sunsets or watch the dolphins swim along the surf. All of that in addition to a lovely town home retreat that is comfortable and relaxing.
