Située dans un village tranquille, à deux pas des plus belles plages, la "Villa Mena" offre une ambiance très paisible.



Un régiment de chaises longues et beaucoup d'espace pour s'étendre sont à disposition.

La piscine privée se trouve au cœur du jardin, encourageant à entrer et sortir, pour se rafraîchir du soleil ou pour jouer et s'éclabousser avec les enfants.



À l'intérieur, à la fois fonctionnel et confortable, le mobilier est de caractère - un mélange frais de moderne et de classique, agréable au regarder.

La cuisine dispose d'un grand espace de préparation et de bons équipements pour tirer le meilleur parti des repas d'été.



Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour que tout le groupe se réunisse, en s'asseyant autour de la table à manger tout en dégustant des boissons fraîches ou en passant du temps dans la salle de jeux, équipée d'une table de billard et d'une table de tennis pour des heures infinies d'amusement en intérieur.



Les rues animées de Lisbonne se trouvent à une demi-heure de route, ce qui en fait un bon point de départ pour les excursions en centre-ville.

The rooms were all very nice and a good size! There were enough rooms and activity areas in the house for all of us. It was a great stay. 08/02/26 Because of the rain, there were a few leakages in the bedrooms. House manager handled very well and brought us more towels to keep everything dry

We just wrapped up four incredible days at Villa Mena with a group of ten friends. The villa is spacious, beautifully laid out, and genuinely comfortable for a large group everyone had room to spread out, with great common areas to hang out in. The pool and sun beds were also amazing! The location in Costa da Caparica is ideal: close enough to Lisbon for sightseeing (15 - 20 euro uber) , and super close to the beach (3-5 euro uber). The hosts were attentive without being intrusive and clearly took pride in making sure we had everything we needed. The little store around the corner was also great for last minute groceries, unbelievable bread and pastries! If you're planning a group trip, Villa Mena should be at the top of your list. We'll be back. 26/04/26

Great villa for a large group. Ideally located for visiting local beachesa trip to Lisbon. Can be a little noisy being located in a residential area, but didn’t bother us too much. The pool is a great size and well worth paying extra for the heating. 12/04/25

We had the most incredible stay. The accommodation is perfect for big groups with so many different chill out spaces. The host was super attentive and replied instantly to and queries. It is located about a 20 minute uber away from the main spots in Lisbon, but Ubers arrived so quickly and reasonably priced. Would high recommend. 20/04/25

We were a group of 20 people who had a great stay. The age range in the group was from 1 year to 83 years, and the house is well adapted with bedrooms on all floors and a high chair and cot. We hired a chef for one evening, and it was a great experience. A clean and large pool was the icing on the cake for us. 12/07/25

This was a fantastic villa

This was a fantastic villa. We were 15 boys in our late 20s looking for a relaxing holiday. The villa was clean, spacious, the heated pool was incredible, a lot of activities and equipment, nice restaurants nearby and generally just a cool place to stay. It was slightly far from Lisbon city centre (20-45 mins depending on traffic). But to be honest, this shouldn’t detract from staying here if you’re more interested in chilling by the pool and being near a beach/beach bars. The communication was also great, Manuela was really helpful and quick to respond. Can’t recommend this place enough! 12/09/25

It was a big house with a lot of comfort for our family. The service was perfect and everything we had asked was available. Perfct! 25/04/25 you can see that it is an old house which is renovated a few years ago. Some things of the renovation will need some attention like the kitchen.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.
Thus, we built our local network of hosts, maintenance, cleaning, and laundry providers.

Today, we operate more than 200 units along the beautiful Portuguese shorelines. We keep selecting unique properties that cover all accommodation types.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.
