Bienvenue dans Life's A Beach! Laissez vos soucis derrière vous et venez visiter les magnifiques plages de sable de notre communauté fermée, Carillon Beach!

Nouvelle construction maison de plage avec magnifique piscine privée. Parfait pour une réunion de famille! Aucun détail n'a été oublié dans cette maison incroyable. Vous pouvez vous asseoir sur l'un des nombreux porches et admirer la vue sur le lac et l'océan! Emplacement génial près des courts de tennis et des piscines communautaires supplémentaires.

La maison principale dispose de 2 suites Master, de 2 suites Guest, d'un coin lit superposé (idéal pour les enfants), d'un bureau privé avec un coin couchage et d'un troisième étage avec un salon, une chambre et une salle de bains. L'énorme cuisine des chefs Gourmet est absolument parfaite pour les dîners de famille! Préparer un repas dans cette cuisine sera un rêve devenu réalité pour tout cuisinier! Immense îlot central, barre de petit-déjeuner supplémentaire, cuisinière / four Viking, un bar avec évier et un réfrigérateur à vin. Cuisine bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pendant votre journée. La salle à manger de la cuisine a une table pouvant accueillir 12+!

La maison d'hôtes (Inclus dans votre location) a un plan d'étage ouvert spacieux! 2 chambres au deuxième étage et une salle de bain complète. Idéalement, il y a une demi-salle de bain à l'étage principal et une cuisine entièrement équipée, idéale pour préparer le déjeuner au bord de la piscine! Fabulous vacation home!

We love Carillon and this house worked so well for our family. Having a pool was a fabulous addition to our normal, especially with littles that can’t do a full day at the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Loved that we could all sit around the super long dining table for dinner and also on the largest sofa we’ve ever seen for movies! Will be staying here again next year!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The pool in the back yard is the cherry on top especially with little ones who still nap during the day. Everything was easy to find and locate, we will definitely be back in the future.

Our group had such a great time here. We loved the location, the short walk to the beach and especially the pool. We had 17 in our group and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely book this property again.

Excellent Stay

The house and guest house are both beautiful and were perfect for three families with children. The pool was perfect for returns from the beach. Overall, the location was great and the home was perfect for us. Would definitely return and recommend.

Great Family spot

The house and neighborhood were perfect for a large family. The beautiful beach is a short walk and the pool kept our crew occupied for hours. Kids can ride bikes safely and the area is very close to all the restaurants and fun things at Rosemary beach. The house is well equipped to handle a large crowd.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our extended family (15 people, grandkids to grandparents) had a fantastic stay at this property. The actual home is as-good if not better than the listing! Property manager was very responsive to all our needs, and there was plenty of open space on the first floor for the whole family to comfortably gather. Would highly recommend!

Plenty of space and very large great room!

This was our first stay at the property and everyone was completely delighted in the house, pool house, pool and community. The kitchen appliances were top of the line and kitchen inventory was very well equipped. We will definitely look forward to returning and stay here in the future!

Beautiful property, great location. Each room was special, the host were accommodating, easy to get with and happy to help to make our stay special. It was very clean and advertised pictures were spot on. Can’t wait to come again and bring family and friends. Loved that we rented golf carts to scoot around in. Wonderful Family Reunion!

Adults and children (including teenagers!) throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and spacious property! The neighborhood is walkable and picturesque. The beach is breathtaking with white sand and emerald waters. The heated pool was a huge success! Our host, Tara is the best. Great trip- planning our return!

13 women met to celebrate 38 years since their college graduation. The home was perfect for us. Communication with the owner was xoutstanding. The neighborhood was beautiful for daily walks. Highly recommend!

This Place is Amazing

We had a family reunion of 12 adults and 5 kids. The house is incredible and has so much common area space. The rooms were cozy and everyone seemed to be comfortable. The guest house was a great addition for the grandparents that needed some quiet time at the end of the day. Pool is perfect size to relax after a morning on the beach. We were very satisfied with the entire property and location.

Great size or our large family

This house was great for our family of 9 adults and 7 grandchildren. Plenty of space we never felt cramped The pool was larger then other Carillon houses we stayed in and had some many pool and beach toys for kids We have been going to Carillon beach since 2006 and grown from a family of 5 to16 so have been fortunate to have houses that fit our changing size Tara was so responsive even with my crazy questions Looking forward to coming back

The BEST beach vacation for all 16 of us! We will be back

Our family with 8 adults and 8 children had plenty of room. Everyone agreed we want to come back. The COVID-19 was still a good reason for us to be cautious but we never felt unsafe. Loved the house and pool and guest house. Beach access was an easy walk The property at Carillon was well maintained. Wonderful rental!!

Large family with 6 children from St. Louis and quality time with our family is our top priority. We love to keep active and enjoy walking or riding bikes in the morning around the community. We have built this house as a place we can share with our friends and family for years to come and the design was very important to us. We feel we have a true slice of paradise here and want to share it with everyone we can to make those outstanding family vacations. We have been coming to the Panama City Beach / 30a area for most of our kid’s life and have rented many houses/condos and owned a condo for a number of years which we factored into the building of this home.

Unique benefits of this house: Life’s a Beach is one of those beach homes that takes your breath away the moment you walk through the door. With every inch thoughtfully considered and no detail left unnoticed, our beach home offers the ultimate getaway. Designed for our large family in mind, it is ideal for multi-generational family vacations. We hope you will enjoy the calming neutral décor, showcasing colorful art and oceanic-blue pops of color. As one of the largest houses in Carillon, with six bedrooms in the main house each with their own baths and add on the two-story Guest house with 2 more bedrooms, full kitchen, living, laundry and 1.5 baths. This allows for some of that key private time sometimes needed for those large groups. With seating for over 20 in our well-stocked kitchen and dining room, it is perfect for catching up with friends and family after a day at the beach and pool. The 3rd floor has a tower room complete with a Wii, Smart TV, sleeping area with walk in Closet, full bath and a walk out tower balcony with a breath taking view of the gulf. The 3rd Floor is our son’s favorite hangout when not out around the pool.

We were sold on the setting knowing with the lot and a half it would allow us for more than enough room for our houses and garage (key for bikes and toys – please use at your own risk) but still provides a great backyard / pool setting - truly a little oasis and just a short walk to the beach.
