Spacieuse maison de luxe de 3500 pieds carrés située à proximité des attractions touristiques. La maison est joliment décorée et a des planchers de bois franc partout. Il dispose de 4 grandes chambres et 4 salles de bains carrelées en pierre, en plus d'un repaire et salle bonus qui peut accueillir 4 personnes. La cuisine est spacieuse et entièrement équipée avec des appareils principaux et comptoirs haut de gamme, ainsi que de superbes comptoirs en granit. Il a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner un repas familial spécial. La maison est entièrement meublée avec tous les conforts qu'une grande maison familiale peut offrir ...... le salon a une coupe agréable et confortable et 2 grandes inclinables, le den confortable a des canapés confortables avec une grande TV de 50 "et une hauteur de barre Table avec chaises pour assises supplémentaires et jeu de carte et les lits ont des matelas de qualité pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Il y a une jolie cour avec une table extérieure pour s'asseoir et se détendre et déguster une tasse de café ou un verre de vin. La maison est située à proximité des autoroutes et à 5 minutes en voiture des magasins et restaurants du boulevard. Les Studios et Hollywood sont à quelques miles de là. La résidence familiale parfaite pour les vacances. Il y a un appartement supplémentaire de 1 chambre dans les locaux qui est disponible à un tarif supplémentaire ... il suffit de se renseigner.

The property manager was awesome , we had to be at a wedding rehearsal and they he accommodated us.

If we had any concerns, they assisted and addressed any issues. Would stay there again.

Home away from home

The home was spacious and inviting. All th comforts of home with much space to allow private time to enjoy the patio and beautiful weather. My only disappointment was the difficulty navigating the TV's. Luckily we were busy most days but it could be an issue in the evenings or families with younger children Perfect for our stay for a family wedding and a few days of exploring LA.Photographs do not do the property justice. Breakfast at home was easy on terrific appliances .Multiple bathrooms a big plus. Great place for a larger family stay. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great choice for a short stay!

This house was perfect for our week long stay. The house is in great condition. Brenda was exceptionally responsive. The kitchen was beautifully equipped. We were able to prepare all of our meals. Nice area. We were able to walk to a nearby trail and nearby restaurants. We look forward to returning!

We had a very good stay at this property

The house is large and clean and has as a good yard and good parking . The owner was friendly and very responsive on the few questions we had. The only thing we would put in the suggestion box is instructions should be left in the house for the TV (as with many TV systems it is not intuitive). We would stay here again.

Comfortable home for family gathering.

We had seven guests in this Sherman Oaks home between Christmas and New Years. The master bedroom is quite large with a comfortable bed. Lots of space for the family to gather. The kitchen is well appointed. Would stay in this home again.

Ideal Property

House was immaculate, roomy, and located in an ideal area for my family since the son we were visiting was exactly a 10 minute walk away. We spend Thanksgiving there and everyone was able to do exactly what they wanted to do. Dominoes in the dining area, TV in the living area, conversations in a sitting area, and rooms to go hide if you just needed to rest. The Owner is responsive and gracious. When my daughter got sick and we needed a little assistance she did not hesitate to support. If you want to be in Sherman Oaks and you have a large party. Do not think twice. Stay at this lovely home with this gracious Owner.

Beautiful and inviting home. Wonderful for a multi-generation family stay. Lots of room for all.

We had a lovely stay in this home. Very convenient location. The home is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you need to feel at home. Great outdoor area with a grill to enjoy the SoCal weather. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances, tools and items needed to prepare great meals at home and there are a number of great restaurants near by. The owners went out of their way to make us feel at home. It was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this home to everyone.

Beautiful Property worked Perfectly for Filming

We filmed at Brenda's property for almost two weeks straight and it was excellent. The property is very easy to get to and very well maintained. The home works for a variety of filming concepts from Hallmark style films all the way to horror. Brenda and Martin were very friendly and accommodating and helped us throughout the process. There is near by parking in case you have a big crew and need to shuttle them. Neighbors are all very friendly just introduce yourself and let them know what your plans are. Be kind, Be clean, and Be respectful. This home is perfect for filming!

Perfect L.A. Gathering Spot

A group of close friends in town for a T.V. set visit spent a week at this lovely property. What a great kitchen and dining space! We cooked so many meals together and hung out on the back patio laughing and catching up. The house is so spacious, we never felt cramped or crowded. The drive to Hollywood was minimal, and the Ralph's grocery store three minutes away made getting food and spirits super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

The home was spectacular!

We truly enjoyed our extended stay with our family of 6 (we also rented the attached back area of the home for my mother). The house is extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable. Brenda was very attentive and provided everything we could have imagined from luxury towels to comfortable bedding and games for our children to play. If we needed her assistance she always responded quickly. We simply could not have been happier.

Literally best host I have had for host rentals

We are a dance company from Canada that goes to LA every summer for training. We have rented from this site for 4 years in a row now because we need a house that can host at least a dozen of us. Brenda is by far the best host we have had. She is always quick on her response and is very accommodating to our request and takes the initiative to check on is regularly to make sure we have a great experience in her property. Would definitely rent from her again next year and reccomand her properties to anyone who's looking for a great rental experience. In regards to the house, it very roomy with many rooms/beds that are very flexible for different sleeping arrangements. Very ideal for big groups or family gathering. It is right by the metro orange line that takes you to North Hollywood subway station.
