    My family and I (husband and 2 kids aged 6&9) have just returned from a week in Protaras at Villa Aleta.The villa was amazing, very modern, clean and with the most amazing (and huge) pool, which we spent countless hours in during our stay.It was our 2nd time to the area which is what made the villa so perfect, it is walking distance to Konnos beach (absolutely stunning cove), a 5 min drive to Cavo Greko national park, and a simple bus ride to either Ayia Napa (route 102) and the Protaras strip (route 101).The bus stop is a 1 min walk from the villa.Check in was super simple and the villa-2-let team were always on hand to help us with anything.Can’t wait to come back!

    Whilst we can not fault the villa overall, which was comfortable and well appointed, it is in need of a makeover as it looks a bit tired and dated and past it's best.Whilst described as 'luxury' in the description, I think that is overly generous.The outside space is large and the pool a good size for enjoying the great Cyprus weather.The beds are comfortable and a/c in each room was a bonus. The kitchen is mostly well equipped (but if you want to cook there is a lack of baking trays). It is mostly quiet, though currently there is some nearby building work that is noisy and starts early. There is some noise from the road which is occasionally intrusive, but not continually.The location is good for access to this areas attractions and numerous beaches.There is a handy mini market at the end of the road leading to the villa, and we would recommend the restaurant next door to that. We enjoyed our stay, and booking and communication was easy, though we did not appreciate the phone call on our penultimate day to tell us the checkout time and telling us to ensure we removed any rubbish (all of which was previously included in the clear instructions and we always clean up before leaving), which was the only time any villa rep bothered to contact us whilst there, and they didn't ask if all was ok with the villa or our stay and were actually quite abrupt in their manners.

    Cape Greco villa

    We were sent a pin of the location which did not work, so took us an extra 1 1/2 hours to find the property. In the end we called for help and I lovely lady named Georgia, from Villas2let met up with us & showed us where it was. When we arrived the pool was dirty and the water level was low, this was corrected the following day (We think were were 1st rental of the season) there are 2 new aircon units in 2 of the 3 bedrooms which are new, the 3rd bedroom didn’t work very well. Cooking facilities were adequate & also a barbecue for use The shower upstairs was very slippery which was a hazard. The umbrella outside was a waste of time and kept blowing over, was difficult to find shade to enjoy a meal. The pool was a generous size which we enjoyed Overall we enjoyed staying here, but the villa is in need of modernisation We were a little disturbed as one evenings a lady drove her car through the garage of the property which meant we had workmen for the following 3 days to secure it, luckily we were out in our hire car, but still disturbed our privacy. There is a small supermarket very close, which was handy as they sell everything Also a bus stop less than 40Metres away, very good too get into Protaras etc. however a car is needed to get about, shopping etc, there is very little at walking distance

    Une villa avec tout le nécessaire, une piscine si chaude que c'était un plaisir de se baigner à toute heure, toutes les personnes en contact très sympas et merci à ce jeune qui nettoyait la piscine Lieu à recommander!

    Lovely villa in a quiet area, not far from a main road. All communication with Villas2let was excellent from start to finish. It was efficient and nothing was too small to resolve when contact made. The villa was spacious and had both ceiling fans and aircon in all key areas. We found access easier via the back door, all instructions inside were self-explanatory. The outdoor area is the selling point as it was large and enclosed. The pool was warm and very inviting with ample beds and seating areas for all guests. Another umbrella would be useful around the seating area if there are a few of you that need shade. We took the one from the outdoor table but you need to keep moving it back if needed at table. The benches outside could do with updating as old but not really necessary. The pool is deep and slopes from 1.3m down to 2m fairly quickly. The bus stop is less than 2 minutes away going both ways. The villa is situated between Protaras and Ayia Napa which was good. The large metro supermarket is about 20 mins drive but you can get a bus that stops nearby. There is also a small shop at the bus stop for general provisions, etc. You can easily get to the beach down the side of the hotel to the left where you’ll find lots of little sandy areas to the left. It’s fairly rough terrain on areas but eventually you reach the boarded walkway which will take you into Protaras and up to Paralimni. Go right when you hit the beach and you get to Konnos bay and Cape Greco. Amazing views

    Villa Aleta

    Very satisfied. The villa was at an excellent location next to many utilities and the beach. Everything was great the pool perfect and we also received a great customer service as we were offered a late checkout. I strongly recommend it for vacations:)
