L'appartement d'une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec une chambre a été élégamment décoré avec une atmosphère moderne de plage.

Il est bien équipé avec: salon / salle à manger avec 1 canapé-lit et 1 lit simple, ventilateur portable, TV écran plat, WiFi, climatisation, cuisine avec réfrigérateur, bouilloire, grille-pain, micro-ondes, lave-linge Le fer et la planche à repasser ont été récemment rénovés.

Il propose à ses clients une piscine commune, un bar en bord de piscine et un parking gratuit à l'arrière.

L'appartement a l'avantage d'un bon emplacement près du boulevard touristique d'Oura, avec de nombreux bars, boutiques et restaurants à proximité.

Le complexe est situé dans un quartier calme avec plusieurs plages à proximité et est à 800 m, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage d'Oura, à 600 mètres, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Forte de S. João et à 900 mètres de la plage d'Aveiros. Vous trouverez les supermarchés Continente et Pingo Doce à 250 mètres ou à 6 minutes en voiture.

Il y a une station de taxis et des liaisons avec le réseau de transports en commun. L'appartement est situé à 15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville d'Albufeira.

La gare est à 10 km de Ferreiras et l'aéroport de Faro est à environ 35 km. Il y a un terrain de golf (à Salgados), situé entre Albufeira et Armação de Pera, situé à 15 minutes en bus ou 10 minutes en voiture.

Absolutely loved our stay at Maria’s apartment it was the ideal location 5mins walk to the beautiful beach, 5 mins walk to the strip with all the bars and discos thank and restaurants. plenty for every age also not too far to the old town which was fantastic. Also at the apartments was an excellent pool with plenty of beds and everyone was very socialable we loved every minute we were there. Maria is an excellent host nothing was too much trouble for her she even helped with transfers for my sister who wasn’t even staying at her apartment. All in all amazing holiday. Will be back.

The apartment was,well equipped,modern & very clean,lovely inside,parking was available,our host Maria was very helpful with any issues we had,the only issue we did have was when i opened the map to find the apartment location it said half way up the main strip a good 12/13 minute walk away,my best suggestion is head for O'lavrador restaurant and youll find the apartment directly behind that ,which is much easier i found a taxi or uber can take you directly to the front door that way,we had to walk from the main strip which is a bit of a trek,but yes i would absolutely recommend the apartment no hesitation!

The accommodation was perfect for us and situated close to the new town(strip) but far away enough to be relaxing. Great to have the Lavrador restaurant, lovely healthy cafe and Indian restaurant close by also the mini market. Would definitely stay here again. Abrigado Maria

Very quiet but close enough to walk to the noisy bits

Very basic accommodation but clean, with all necessaries (except glasses, only one wine glass and a couple of tumblers, all chipped or cracked - minor issue). Very quiet location though easy walk to beach, strip or old town. Lovely clean pool area.

Great apartment in perfect location

The apartment has everything you need, all cooking utensils and cleaning utilities are included and function great. The place is clean and tidy as well as the pool outside. It’s a nice, chill environment, sun beds by the pool are always available and there’s not too much noise at night (11pm quiet policy) Location was perfect, 10min walk to Oura beach, 5min walk to the new strip, 25min walk to the old town, and 10/15mins walk from supermarkets. Lourdes was a fantastic host, she provided all the information we needed and met all our needs, thank you for the great stay!!! 3

quick Algarve trip on mopeds

Property was exactly what we needed, full kitchen facilities, cafe bar next door, restaurant in front, pool with loungers & cushions. location was great but not as shown on VRBO map (please check) VRBO shows apartment half way up the bar strip (it isn't). Its located on lower road which is a much nicer area (Bonus) would defo stay again, Maria was very helpful

Good base to explore nearby areas

Great location to have as a base to drive to the nearby beaches or to check out parts of Albuferia. The apartment offered umbrellas and chairs for use. I appreciated that it had a washing machine as I was in the middle of a trip and was able to have clean clothes. It also has a complete kitchen if you want a break from eating out. The only thing missing was a hair dryer (minor).

Albufeira vacation

The property was clean and neat when we arrived. The outside areas are very well maintained. Maria the owner was always very helpful and courteous. The problems we had were with the VRBO app. There was no way I could find to do an attachment to be sent to the owner.

Small apartment with a good location walking distance to the strip and beach

Communication was good. Small quiet place, good for one or two people on a budget. Good location. I asked for some towels and they provided with body soap too. Had a beach umbrella. Kitchen could use some updating. A bit musty, not sure why. Open the windows or run the Air conditioning. Missing a coffee machine
