Ou, rendez-vous facilement en voiture à Fernandina Beach et profitez du charmant centre-ville avec de nombreux magasins et restaurants.

Cette villa est le cadre idéal pour une escapade à la plage et a été joliment décorée et bien garnie. Tout cela à un prix avantageux!

Avec cette location, les clients bénéficient d'un accÚs à la belle et spacieuse piscine Beach Walker (récemment rénovée!), plage, sentiers pédestres et cyclables, spa, boutiques et de nombreux restaurants. Le golf est disponible à de nombreux grands cours sur l'ßle. Location de vélos et voiturettes de golf également disponible - veuillez vous renseigner pour plus d'informations. Veuillez noter que l'accÚs à la piscine principale de l'hÎtel, au centre de remise en forme, au service de navette et au Racquet Park est réservé aux membres du club et à leurs invités. We loved the short walk to the beach and the walking and bike paths. We also loved that everything you needed was accessible from the entrance at the Omni. Restaurants, a wine shop, a breakfast bar, etc. We will be back again For sure!

Great Vacation

Really enjoyed the stay. Kitchen needed a little extra cleaning when we arrived - but overall not a big deal. Really enjoyed everything and was a fantastic stay!

We had a really nice time at Beach Walkers. Truly appreciated the property as a whole and are very thankful we could bring our dogs. They loved the beach!

Overall good stay

Nice property but the parking area is under construction, there was little to no parking available. The condo is nice but the beds are not very comfortable. Great pool area.

Enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and updated. We liked that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Directions should be followed exactly as it is very confusing to find initially. The name listed on the condo is the only inaccuracy. Communication was good when I reached out to ask questions. Plenty of amenities!

Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property in March. Though the extremely windy weather did not cooperate much for the beach or pool we had an awesome time on the property with its amazing location. The campus is vast and there are so many walking and biking trails. So pretty! For young families there is much to do with the Nature Center, mini golf and bicycles to rent. The shops and restaurants on campus are a great amenity.The unit has gorgeous views, was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We would love to come back to this property in the future.

Not too big not too small updated unit. Great views. Close to the pool and beach. Furnishings updated since these photos. Very cute and beachy. Perfect for 6 people. Elevator takes you to level of 4-level unit. Each level has 1/2 flight of stairs. Easy to navigate. Beach chairs, beach towels, Keurig, small appliances, W/D, lots of bath towels, very comfortable. Property managers very responsive. Highly recommend!

The property was great with a tremendous location. The condo itself is in dire need of some TLC. Looks like the current owners bought it in 2019 but it definitely hasn't been updated in over 20yrs (curtains are from the 70s) and looked like it hasn't been painted in over 10yrs and it desperately needed a deep clean. There were dirt/cobwebs older than my youngest teen! Also, the front door sill looked like the door had been broken into or kicked in at some point which didn't give me the warmest feeling, but the property overall seemed very safe and the view/location can't be beat!

Lovely location, ageing property

Prior to our arrival, we were contacted by phone by property management to advise us of a leak in a wall. They were very conciliatory and conscientious in working with us to deal with the issue, which involved an opening in one wall of the living room and a couple of days of living with fans and a dehumidifier. More to the point, the cleaning of the unit prior to our arrival was substandard and much of the furniture is getting old. Again, the property managers were very concerned, and crews can be hard to oversee. The repair people were very prompt and reliable. The building and the grounds are great, as is the proximity to the beach and the very well maintained pool. All in all, we had a very nice stay.

Beautiful view plus great location

Reservation and check were completely smooth. The condo is direct ocean front and the view over the dunes to the ocean was very nice. The walking trails around the unit are fabulous as well as the beach and pool area. There are dining options within an easy walk as well. The unit has been updated nicely including the baths, flooring, bedding and super plush towels. Internet was fast and the TV was very easy to work. Kitchen was nicely appointed with all a full set of tableware and dishes. Nice coffee options as well. Furniture was comfortable and roomy. Several outlets have been updated with USB ports as well. The king bed is firm. The queen bed is more plush. We did not sleep in the room with the twin beds. The unit is three levels, so guest need to be able to go up and down the stairs to get to the bathrooms and bedrooms. There were a few items which need some attention. The front door does not have a dead bolt, the locking mechanism is in need of repair. If the sliders to the patio are open and the ocean breezes come through, the front door can open. The freezer handle is very loose and you need to pull the freezer open using the sides of the drawer, the patio slider handle is very loose which needs repair. The unit is overall clean, however attention could be added to the bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Overall, I highly recommend this unit as a wonderful place to stay while enjoying all that Amelia Island has to offer !
