Appartement avec vue imprenable à 150º sur l'océan Atlantique et Cascais. Cet appartement d'une chambre a été récemment rénové par un designer. C'est un appartement très ensoleillé, plein sud, plein de lumière naturelle et d'énergie chaleureuse.

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel / privilégié, à moins de 1,5 km du centre de Cascais et de la gare.

Détendez-vous sur votre propre véranda privée avec vue sur la mer tout en dégustant un verre de vin.

Il y a une chambre de 16,5 mètres carrés avec des placards pratiquement mur à mur et une vue fantastique sur la mer et Cascais. Le salon spacieux et ouvert avec des fenêtres en verre réglables du mur au sol donnant sur la véranda avec une vue imprenable, une lumière naturelle et une brise fraîche. L'appartement a été fini à un très haut niveau, une cuisine design équipée bien équipée ouverte comprenant lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et congélateur. La salle de bain a une douche à l'italienne et un design moderne.

We enjoyed our 10-day stay there. Marta is a wonderful host. Everything worked perfectly, it was ideal for us as a couple and for the length of stay we had. Extremely convenient, beautiful views, highly recommend!

The owner was communicative and responded immediately to my questions/issues. The view is amazing and the apartment a good size. I had some trouble getting around the hills because of breathing issues so consider that if you’re in that situation. Uber was reasonable and the train to Lisbon not far away. Overall a good 8 day stay

Stunning views, great location!

We had a great time here. Local market was 2 mins away, train station 20 mins downhill. Close to a lovely greenbelt path that leads to ocean. The view of the ocean was always captivating. Marta the host was great!

very nice holiday home high above Cascais

We stayed in this very attractive apartment in November. The elevator takes you to the 7th floor. We really liked the view towards Lisbon. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We felt very comfortable - the contact with the landlord was always perfect. The description and the pictures correspond to reality, great!

Spacious apartment with stunning views

Modern ,clean apartment with amazing views from living room and bedroom. Very comfortable and huge bed. 25 minutes walk to the old town centre and 25 to the train station. Bus stops for Sintra , Guincho and Cresmina within 10 minutes walking distance to apartment.

Excellent stay

Marta was very helpful and communicative. Her property was very comfortable and ideally situated to walk daily through the streets of Cascais and the marina. We often went to Lisbon being so close to the train station. A great brit driven grocer around the corner perfect for picking up essentials. We will certainly be returning. Thank you Marta.

Beautiful apartment with a very nice view.

The apartment is located in a high-rise building and offers a beautiful panoramic view. The key handover and briefing was uncomplicated and perfect. The landlady is very nice and helpful. In the apartment it is very quiet, you can relax there very well. The equipment is very good and functional. Shops, supermarkets and train station are also within walking distance, but a rental car is recommended. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Fantastic!

This is a great flat for 2 people. The location is very good there are restaurants and a supermarket close-by . 20 minute walk to the beach but there is also a very good bus service if you don't want to walk. The view from the flat is fantastic. The flat has everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine. We will definitely return later in the year.

LOOK NO FURTHER!

If you want the perfect location, a spectacular view and convenience to local shopping and restaurants, this is the one for you! We were so delighted to stay in this modern and squeaky clean property! What a view to wake up to each day! The view is likely rivaled by none. Marta is the consummate host and was generous and eager to assist with our questions regarding our first visit to Cascais. This could easily become our annual retreat! Cascais is so beautiful and most things were within walking distance or a super inexpensive Uber ride. We loved our stay!

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the apartment. It was clean, quite building and wonderful views. Large windows with a balcony. Marta was very accommodating and would respond quickly if we had had any questions. It took sone time to figure out how to use the stove and washer/dryer (slighty different than what we are used to). I would definitely recommend this apartment. There is a small market, which takes about 2 minutes to get there. About a 20 minute walk to Cascias center square. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next visit.

perfect for couples

We´ve never been to Portugal before, but we´ll surely come back! The apartment ist located perfectly in Cascais - weather you want to visit the Marina (a 15 - 20 minutes walk) or the city of Cascais, go for a hike in the area of Cobre (reachable without a car), or just relax on the balcony with a great view over Cascais and it´s coast. Marta also gave us a few good hints about which restaurants to take, which locations to visit and where to find beautiful spots for a hike (Convent of the Capuchos, Cabo da Roca, etc.) - trust her, they all turned out perfect! See you next year and greetings from germany´s "Ruhr-Area"! :-)

Great views and modern apartment

Marta met us as agreed to check us in. Her apartment is on the 7th floor with great views from the balcony of the city and coast line. At nighttime it’s hypnotic. We felt the apartment was better than the pictures show. We stayed for 10 days and the bed linen and towels were changed after 5 days. Great service. We are 66 and fairly fit so the walk to the town and coast is all down hill, but coming back can be challenging. We enjoyed the walk and there is also a valley pathway which is very quiet and picturesque. You still need to climb though. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. It overlooks the police headquarters so no issues with noise etc. Would stay there again and recommend this place.

Very inacurate description

This is an old building in a ok area, far from the city center and the beach. It gas teo small elevatores of which one was broken the whole month I was staying. You need a car since the area is far from everything. The apartament needs a lot of updates, furniture is very old, living room sofa is broken, microwave not working, the small refrigerator door not closing properly, the washing machine door is broken, some lights not working. The only nice thing was the large balcony overlooking the distant ocean. Very disappointed.

AMAZING PLACE! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! EXCELLENT HOST!

Gorgeous Place. Exactly as described! The views are DIVINE! I mean it was heaven looking out on the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony. Marta is so kind and helpful. It was VIP service! The place was very clean and had everything I needed. Fully loaded with all the kitchen supplies and extra blankets, pillows for guests. The bed was so comfortable and spacious. The condo has a washer/dryer. Dishwasher worked great! The lifts are working great! You can receive amazon (Spain) and it comes right to your door. Uber delivery too. So easy to buzz delivery drivers in and they bring the groceries right up to your door. There is a great grocery store just a couple hundred feet away down the street and so easy to get to. The folks there are friendly too and they speak English! Ask for Allegría and Justin. So nice. Well I can’t say enough good things about this lovely condo. I LOVE it! Thanks Marta for having such a fantastic place. Highly recommend! Gorgeous!

Nice place with exceptionnel view

Appartement complet, avec une superbe terrasse vue sur la mer! Beaucoup de choix de restaurants dans les environs mais disons qu’avec la superbe vue, on a préféré y rester pour les repas pour profiter du moment présent!
