Really enjoyed our stay in Cascais. Sebastiao was a great host and his tips were greatly appreciated. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and the location was great. Quiet neighbourhood and close to everything. Unfortunately they were doing construction on the outside of the building so we could not use the balcony and the view was obstructed with scaffolding and netting. Would definitely return on our next trip.

Hosts were very kind and responsive. They allowed us to check in early after flying all night. The condominium was very comfortable and cozy. The view from the balcony was amazing. It’s a great location, with many areas of interest within a 15-20 minute walk.

DISASTROUS, misleading, . The balcony was under construction with scaffolding, Cement dust, workers right on the terrace the entire time during the day with absolutely no privacy. The smell in the hall was unbearable. There were two of us in the room and we were there for three nights that we tried to get out of. We were only left two towels. Due to the construction, we were unable to open the slider to the terrace, which left absolutely no ventilation. we are now in the process of trying to get a refund.

The flat was clean and adequately furnished. Great location, making it easy to walk or catch an Uber ride to nearby restaurants and other area attractions. From the balcony, you can overlook Cascais and see the water in the distance. Our only wish was that the outdoor furniture was a little more comfortable for relaxing. The owners were friendly and easy to contact and were quick to answer any questions we had. Overall, it was a very nice stay!

Our experience here was amazing! From clear communication before check in, to the wonderful, welcoming atmosphere once we got inside, everything was perfect! Everything was in immaculate condition… Like brand new! Would highly recommend to anyone considering stay in this location!

Cool and retro!

The unit was lovely - modern and well appointed. The view and balcony was a big plus. The building was quite funky - from the retro lobby to the elevators that seemed right out of a movie. The unit was super close to all the sites and restaurants. Our host was super responsive and helpful! .

My issue with this property is the owner told me a couple days before we got there that we could not use the balcony due to construction. This was our view of the ocean. When we arrived the entire building had a scaffold on it so I believe this owner should have given me a heads up months ago or dropped the price. 2nd- when we arrived the drain was clogged which caused water to flood the bathroom. We immediately and kindly contacted the owner. She was responsive but seemed to keep saying comments like, “I don’t understand”. “It was working this past weekend”. “Before you got there it was working”. Which felt like she was placing blame on us. Her problem solve was liquid drain-o, when that didn’t work she asked us if we can take quick showers. I told her we needed a shower due to us walking all day and feeling very uncomfortable. We could not shower that night and I asked for some type of refund. At first she said she couldn’t, I said, I will contact VRBO, which I did, we then settled on 30% refund which she immediately did. She had a plumber over the next day at 9:30am. He fixed it within 30 minutes. She apologized finally for the inconvenience. I just feel like I was not treated well with this owner and was really hoping for a great experience and sleep In Cascais. Also the beds were on the harder side. It was just not the best experience.

Fantastic

Me and my two children (16 and 18) had a lovely stay at this apartment. Tastefully decorated and everything we needed. We loved the terrasse and pool at the rooftop. 20 minute walk to the venter of town and beaches. Easy to communicate with the owners. We had 5 nights there but were sad to leave.

Location was Great!!

This is a newly renovated property with fantastics views. Sunsets are amazing. Cozy and perfect for a few days stay. Everything in the flat was new, clean and perfect for the stay. The bedding and bed itself would be the only thing I would like to see changed. The mattress was too firm for my liking and the pillows were dead. Overall this place is great. There is a small market next door to get food and drinks for breakfast and lunch. If you are looking for a great place close to Cascais downtown, then this is it. Enjoy it's and amazing city!!
