Contemporain vous attend dans cette maison de ville 4 BR / 3 BA mise à jour, située dans le complexe de Boulder Creek, à quelques pâtés de maisons des remontées mécaniques de Deer Valley et de la rue principale historique de Park City. Ameublement raffiné et luminaires sur les trois étages, suites de maître privées, grand patio privé, bain à remous et garage. Dix minutes à pied ou 3 minutes en voiture de Deer Valley Resort et du centre-ville de Park City.

Le salon / salle à manger / cuisine à aire ouverte possède un foyer au gaz et de grandes fenêtres à 2 étages. Une autre cheminée dans la salle familiale / den. Un barbecue à gaz est sur un patio accessible depuis la cuisine. À l'extérieur du troisième étage se trouve un grand patio privé avec un bain à remous pour 7 personnes entouré de trembles et de pins dans un espace ouvert protégé à flanc de montagne. Ces quatre chambres (plus un canapé-lit de la salle familiale) sont parfaites pour deux familles ou un luxueux couple de 3 personnes…. chacune avec sa propre salle de bain en suite.

L'aéroport international de Salt Lake City est à 40 minutes et le complexe de maisons de ville est à un arrêt sur la ligne de bus gratuite offrant un accès facile à Deer Valley et à toutes les parties de Park City, y compris la station de ski de Park City (Canyons) Mountain.

Niveau principal (moyen): Un grand sectionnel en forme de L offre suffisamment de sièges et de confort pour se détendre après une journée sur les pistes. Au-dessus de la cheminée est une télévision à écran plat. La table de salle à manger adjacente peut accueillir 8 personnes avec 3 sièges supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner. Les appareils en acier inoxydable, une cuisinière / four à gaz Wolf et une étendue de comptoir en granit permettent de préparer des plats élaborés… ou à emporter. Les verres à vin et à cocktail et les plateaux (ainsi que les fournitures courantes) sont parfaits pour votre cocktail après-ski.
Un lit king / suite parentale de bain est également à ce niveau avec une double vasque et une entrée séparée supplémentaire pour le bain d'un couloir commun. La chambre comprend une télévision à écran plat et un placard encastré avec étagères / tiroirs.

Niveau supérieur: Salle familiale / salon avec bureau, canapé-lit dépliable, foyer et télévision à écran plat. Chambre Queen avec TV écran plat et placard encastré avec étagères / tiroirs. Master suite king avec salle de bain et vue sur la forêt de montagne. L'accès à cette baignoire est également fourni à partir d'un couloir commun avec système de porte coulissante pour assurer l'intimité de tous lors de l'utilisation de deux vanités séparées, d'une douche et d'une salle de bains. Accès à un patio privé extérieur avec bain à remous pour sept personnes et table de patio pouvant accueillir 6 personnes.

Niveau inférieur (rez-de-chaussée): lit king / salle de bain principale avec télévision à écran plat. Vanité double dans la salle de bain. Salle de boue avec banc, cabines pour casques / gants / équipement et beaucoup de crochets pour vestes de ski. Buanderie et accès direct à un garage. We had a wonderful trip. Weeklong ski trip with friends, with small children. Well appointed kitchen, with all the cookware and utensils we needed. Also had a stock of spices for cooking as well as some basic condiments. We enjoyed playing settlers of Catan, code names, and ticket to ride. Laundry worked well and was convenient. 2 min walk to Deer Valley drive which had frequent free shuttles both ways to Deer Valley and park city/Main Street. Also an easy 10-15min walk to Main Street on a sidewalk. Hot tub was delightful. Would stay again.

Fantastic Condo and Location!

Great Stay!

Dan and JoAnn's property was fantastic! There are few better locations to stay at when skiing Deer Valley/Park City. The bus line is conveniently at the mouth of the complex and the locale is super close to everything. The condo was well appointed, clean and cozy. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was our first time skiing Deer Valley. Dan and JoAnn had lots of helpful advice for us first timers. Condo is extremely close to the base of the mountain. Very spacious and well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable and cook your own meals. The “Deer Valley Difference” is for real! Would definitely stay again!

New Year's in Park City

Our family spent the holiday week in Park City skiing at Deer Valley. We really enjoyed our stay - easy walking distance to Main Street for dinners out and a quick drive or bus ride to the slopes. Dan and JoAnn were excellent hosts and the townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We'll definitely look to stay here again next time we're in Park City!

Perfect location for skiing at Deer Valley! Great house, responsive owners, well stocked kitchen. Only suggestion would be to have a laundry basket available. Would definitely rent this house again!

Fantastic Property

We were so happy with out stay at this property during our recent trip to Deer Valley. Our family had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable, the property was well-stocked with all the items we might need during our stay and the location was perfect for getting to the ski hill each day. We would definitely return to this property for future trips. Highly recommend!

Perfect Home Base

We love staying here - it's our second year in a row bringing our family. It's everything you want in a home away from home: comfortable, clean, convenient, quiet, and stocked with everything you'd need. It's a 3 minute bus ride to town with a stop right in front of the neighborhood. Dan makes you feel right at home and is a fantastic host. This place is 10/10 - we're looking forward to coming again next year!

Great home with epic snow!

We loved our trip to Deer Valley and Dan and JoAnn’s home. My husband and I stayed here with our 3 grown children, their partners and our daughters 7 week old. The house is set up perfectly and the kitchen is better stocked than any we’ve stayed in. With over 400 inches of snow, the skiing was fantastic and the property well maintained, allowing us to still walk to both Park City and Deer Valley. I highly recommend this home!!!

Great Place - Exactly As Described

Two dads with four teenage girls, and we all loved the place. It's about 3 minutes from Deer Valley and the bus stops right in front of the condos. Can't beat it. The girls went back and forth on the bus without any issues. The unit is very clean and well cared for. The furniture is all relatively new and doesn't show any signs of wear/tear. Owners were a delight to deal with. I would certainly stay there again!

Fabulous Location, Great Condo

Our family of 5 stayed in this condo and it was wonderful. Extremely spacious- we could have easily shared with another family. Everyone had their own bedroom and room to spread out. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. We generally took the shuttle to the mountain in the morning (we skied mainly at Deer Valley) and walked to town in the evening. It's an easy walk- about 15 minutes. The shuttle will also take you into town. The shuttle stop is at the entrance to the complex, about a 5 minute walk. We walked down a steep snow bank as a short cut but you can also walk around on the paved driveway. Getting home at the end of the day is a steep walk up to the unit, but manageable. The condo is well stocked and clean. Beds were all very comfortable. Games and hot tub were a bonus. The owners were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this condo.

Great for families!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway, comfortably accommodating 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 3). We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The house is well-stocked with all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, and more. There were ample towels, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, making it feel like a home away from home.One of the best features is its close proximity to Deer Valley. We didn’t rent a car and relied on the free bus system, which worked out great. The bus stop is just a short walk from the house, though it’s worth noting that the house is situated on a bit of a hill. After a long day of skiing, the walk back up can feel like a bit of a workout! That said, it’s a small trade-off for such a fantastic location and a wonderful stay.We also really appreciated how responsive the owner and property manager were during our stay. When we had trouble getting the fire going, they came over quickly to help us resolve the issue. Additionally, the office/den was a huge bonus for our group, as two adults needed to work remotely for part of the trip. It provided a quiet and comfortable space to be productive.We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!
