Cette maison a une chambre principale avec une salle de bain séparée et un grand placard. 2 autres chambres avec leur propre salle de bain de l'autre côté de la maison! Mangez dans la cuisine ou sur la véranda et observez les oiseaux et la faune dans la voie navigable et rejoignez la cour! La maison dispose également d'une table de billard et d'une table de poker pour une petite soirée amusante. Le salon, la chambre principale et les deux chambres ont une télévision à écran plat avec câble. La 3ème chambre dispose d'une télévision connectée et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, vous pouvez regarder Netflix, Hulu, jouer à des jeux, etc.
Le barbecue et la cuisine sont prêts à préparer de bons repas - ou sortez dans l'un des nombreux restaurants à proximité. La buanderie est dans le garage, ainsi que la plage et l'équipement de pêche pour votre usage. 2 espaces de garage pour votre commodité.
Il y a plusieurs plages à proximité, y compris Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Cape Coral et Naples. Des plages, des sanctuaires naturels et du zoo aux magasins et restaurants, il y en a pour tous les goûts!

The home was larger than expected. We really enjoyed sitting out in the lanai. The doggy doors were wonderful for our dog. It’s a very comfortable home with lots of things to do inside.

A Christmas getaway

Me and my 3 teens and my sister, brother in law and their 3 small kids under 9 spent a week here for Christmas and it was a great week. A very roomy and home feeling home with cute decor , lots of space and a great location that had very little traffic around it. Very laid back owner and property with so much space , pool table and poker table was a big hit with the teens. I personally loved the spacious and private back porch and the canal out back and the doggy doors!

Very clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the location at the end of a cul-de-sac with the screen porch and big private back yard bordering the pond. Lot's of turtles, ducks, birds, squirrels, and fish.

Quiet spacious comfortable home

This home has a large amount of living space. We watched the wild life on the water way adjacent to the back yard. Everything you need in a home is supplied and the managers are close by, attentive and willing to answer any questions. The area is quiet yet minutes from waterfront activities, restaurants, and shopping.

enyoyable when arriving after being away all day

We spent 1 week at this property. It was very comfortable, fully equiped and my husband and children enjoyed very much the pool table. Huge TV´s and comfortable couches. Much better than in pictures. The conts, It is too far away from beaches and other attractive spots (that was my mistake) and needs a deeper cleaning (drawers, etc).

We are happy you had a good time. There are several beaches close by. Being from out of the country I am sure it's hard to know where to go. I try to leave booklets in the house showing travelers where to go and things to do. I learn more things and see new beaches each time I go there are so many. Home away from home

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. The highlight for us was the serene pond in the backyard, which attracted an array of wildlife. We enjoyed spotting Great Herons, squirrels, various waterfowl, and even had the exciting experience of seeing a small alligator. Another delightful surprise was picking a couple of fresh mangoes from the tree overhanging into the yard. The yard is spacious and very well taken care of, adding to the overall charm of the property. The house itself is well equipped with everything we needed. The living areas are spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone to relax. We particularly loved the pool table and spending our mornings sitting in the lanai, sipping coffee and watching the birds. There's so much to enjoy on this property—it truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

Hope you like mice

We booked this property for one month as we were waiting for our home to be finished. This home had a rodent infestation. While there we caught and killed 12 mice in traps and flushed a live one in the toilet. The owner was aware of these conditions as there were traps, poison, and electric pest repellents inside and out. The oven was filthy and unusable. The inside of the microwave had to be cleaned as it was completely covered in dried food. The countertops were grimy and had to be cleaned. We found rodent droppings on most surfaces, floors, cupboards, and in our vehicles parked in the garage. The property had a continuous odor of decaying rodents inside the garage and home. We have not received our refundable deposit from the owner We are requesting your staff to look into this matter and would like our deposit returned and additional compensation for the filthy conditions of the property. Sheila, I am sorry you had a bad experience. I was completely un aware that you had any issues. I texted you on Oct 11th to see how things were going and you said fine that the house was "comfortable and cozy". I have the text on my phone. We had some people in there before you all that were dirty, left garbage, food out, etc. We had a professional company come out and were under the impression that they got it under control. We have a cleaning company as well so it would have been nice to know there was an issue w/ that. We have had a conversation with our cleaning people to make sure they check all of those things and more. She texts me pictures of the house so I know the overall condition of the house was not that it was "filthy". We have reached out to you a couple of times now with no response from you so it is hard to determine what exactly went on since you said everything was fine but now say something else but will not answer our texts or calls. We were there Dec. 3 to 12th and tore out the old master shower, installed a new tile one with all new plumbing, new ceiling fan in master, new closet doors in guest room and the plumbing liner through the main drain. We had no problems with mice. We try very hard to do a little something every year when we go down. This was my Father's house and since he passed away I rent it to be able to afford to keep it. It is unfortunate when we can not trust people to maintain the house, keep it clean, etc. I would be happy to speak with you further. Feel free to contact me. Oh, and yes you were refunded your deposit.

Awesome Florida Get away!

Great property for families! Lots of space, really nice sun room with pool table and then an outdoor screened in porch. Access to pond where the kids love to fish! Super close to great restaurants, walking trails and Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral beach area. Everything was handled very well and we loved our time there!

Spring Break in North Ft Meyers

Three bedroom house was perfect for our two families during Spring Break. We visited Sanabel, Ft Meyers and Venice beaches. We also did a fishing charter that was all nearby. Quiet neighborhood and the pool table were nice. The owner and property manager we very responsive during the stay including checking in and out.

Fun get away in North Ft Myers

The property is conveniently located for many attractions including downtown Ft. Myers and Cape Coral. The house also has plenty of features making it ideal for a family with pets. I would highly recommend it!

Way more than I expected.

Lovely Home

My friend and I enjoyed our time ...The home was as advertised.. Clean and spacious, quiet surroundings,, close to everything,,,great doggie area.. which my Riley loved.. Property Mgrs.. were very nice and helpful.. The house does not have any Fire and smoke detectors,, which I think would be a good idea.. All in all a good time was had and I do highly recommend the property ...

GRAY COURT

We had a great stay at Gray Court in Florida. It was centrally located close to shopping ,restaurants and a community pool that was never busy.The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities one could ask for.BBQ.Fishing rods.. Sheets.Toaster and all appliances etc. The house was older and could use some upgrades but I believe the owner is working on these. It was perfect for our vacation.Will probably rent again next year. Thank You Dina for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed this house. On a quite cul-de-sac near Ft. Meyers beach.

Had so much fun with my family. Let my teenage daughters take 1 friend each. Lot's of room amd a great price. We went to 4 differnet beaches all within a short 15-30 minute drive. The decor was a little older but for the size of this place I could deal with that. Two living room areas and two dining areas plus 3 nice size bedrooms. My kids loved the pool table in the back patio encloser area. Will be making this a yearly trip for sure.
