Beautiful views, excellent location

We loved our stay (family of 5). Plenty to do nearby and wonderful beach. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We did cook quite a bit at “home”. We loved the views of the ocean from the master suite. The tower was undergoing maintenance of the elevators so keep that in mind for check in and check out.

Best deal on the beach

We chose this condo for the great price and because it was oceanfront, and it exceeded our expectations! The beach here is wide and uncrowded with beautiful water. The condo has a well stocked and updated kitchen, gorgeous balcony views, nice pool area, easy beach access, comfortable beds, and friendly residents in the building. The neighborhood pizza place is great too. We look forward to coming back!

Great location

We stayed at this condo for over a week and enjoyed it. It’s right on the beach and there is a nice pool as well. We were very comfortable here. The building was having some issues with the elevators leaving sometimes only one working but everyone was very nice and it wasn’t that much of an issue.

Amazing vacation

This was our 3rd time staying at Pinnacle Port. We loved this particular unit. Before our arrival, the owners reached out about check in information and answered any questions that I had about amenities. Upon arrival, we had absolutely no issues. Everything was perfect. We had a great view from the balconies, great location by the elevators, and just an overall amazing unit.

Worth it!

We loved our time at this condo! It was right on the beach, and it was just what we needed. There was a surprise closet with beach toys that made the kids happy, and the bed in the primary suite was so comfortable my husband and I are still talking about it! Gina, the owner and manager was quick to get back to me whenever we needed anything. We really appreciated staying in this condo.

Great Condo, Great Stay

Our family has stayed at Pinnacle Port a few times, and this was our favorite condo out of all of them. Condo is well stocked, cute, and clean. You have beautiful views from both balconies. The beds are comfortable, and the sand toys for the kids were a great bonus! The host Gina, was fantastic! Communication was great, and she made our trip by letting us extend our stay an extra night. This will be the first condo I look for availability the next time we visit Panama City! We look forward to coming back!

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved every minute of our vacation, minus the 3 days without A/C, that was no fault of the owners, things just happen. The place was clean, great location, wonderful complex and gorgeous views! The communication with the owners was top notch, keeping us updated on the A/C situation and helping us with any questions or concerns. My granddaughter loved the pool the most ... super convenient having a covered pool with little ones on rainy days! This is absolutely a wonderful vacation spot! Thank you for having us !

Wonderful week!

We have stayed in Pinnacle Port many times and loved this unit! Can’t beat the view and amenities offered. The only thing we do not care for, which must be a contract for al PP is the TV provider/service. We have been in 5 different units over the last year and all have the same tv deal. No normal channels, complicated to figure out. Our unit owner provided a great guide which was great! Again, has nothing to do with this unit and thankfully we don’t spend a lot of time watching the TV but nice to be able to access with little kids on a rainy day! We will be back in December and can’t wait to book at PInnacle Port again!

Thanks so much for your review. You are right, the cable/ internet service needs improvement. This has been identified by Pinnacle Port and they are changing providers for both cable and internet in the near future. We are expecting this to greatly improve our guests stay.

Mostly housekeeping issues

Dishwasher full of dishes. Food left in refrigerator. Water bugs in kitchen. Horrific rotting smell emitting from the kitchen sink drain. Stall, musty smell from being closed up. Living room ceiling light and lamp don’t work (maybe just the bulb but no extras there). However, the beds were super comfortable, the view was great, and the beach was awesome.

Pinnacle port A728 Wonderful

We have been staying at pinnacle port for 27 plus years. Love the location next to Camp Helen State Park. Never crowded. Our family feels safer with the gated community. Gina Chupp was very helpful. Kept us well informed. The condo was clean well stocked and beautiful.

We all live in various cities east of Atlanta. We have been vacationing at Panama City Beach for over 40 years. First as children, then as parents and now as grandparents. We have vacationed at Pinnacle Port for over 15 years.

This property has been in our family for several years. We love Pinnacle Port because it is a quiet, gated, family centered property. We are able to enjoy the beach and the other amenities that are located on 23 acres but are still close to great restaurants and activities in Panama City, Destin and areas in between.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Pinnacle Port is the last vacation property at the west end of Panama City Beach. To the west of us is Camp Helen, Phillips Inlet and Lake Powell. This ensures we have lots of beach to walk on and explore and gives us great sunset views from the condo.
