This stylish, one-level unit on the first living floor offers a spacious 26-foot balcony with stunning, uninterrupted views of the Gulf, white sand beaches, and vibrant sunsets.

Low Key Awesome. Easy, Stress Free Vacation

We fell in love with this condo. No traffic, No crowds, walk to restaurants and grocery. 2 miles from Rosemary Beach and all of 30A, but having that huge private beach was just what the Dr ordered. Nice beach front pool, just loved this place.

Absolute Dollhouse. Ramsgate 31 is fantastic

We cannot say enough about this condo. Warren Beach Rentals recommended Ramsgate and they were spot on. This condo just underwent a massive renovation, and it looks brand new. Right on the beach, not crowded, park right under the unit and walk in and start vacationing. The unit itself is just a dollhouse. Nicely decorated, with Great views and a large balcony spanning the length of the condo. All on one level, which was ideal, the unit was super clean, comfortable and modern. The beach was wide and never crowded. This is now our GO TO for beach trips.

A great get away and the view is beautiful.

This is a well maintained property. The staff at Warren Beach Rentals is always friendly and keeps you informed on the rental. It’s in a quiet location which we like and is family friendly.

The condo was great and in a great location. Check in was easy and super easy contact with host. A couple minor things need attention. Broke window (from contractors working) and laundry room door off hinge ( no biggies). I would definitely give a 5 star except we had to keep curtains/blinds closed all day because of construction on next set of units. The workers were literally arms reach of our balcony with construction noise starting at 7:30 am every morning. I totally understand construction in the off season but would have loved to had a heads up that it was literally off our balcony. Also, had the path to beach closed off so had to walk around (was not a long distance) Photo for reference. The workers were in this area all week. But other than that once construction has moved on this is a great property. Another photo from balcony in the evening.

The best place to stay!!!

This place was amazing—clean, comfortable, and right on the beach just like the pictures! We loved waking up to the ocean view and being just steps from the sand which makes it super convenient with kiddos! A perfect, relaxing stay. The host was amazing and helpful! I highly recommend booking!!

Beach Vacation 2024

We so enjoyed our stay at Ramsgate Harbour this year. The beach was beautiful each day and we had yellow flags all week. The condo was just what we needed! I so enjoyed the shower in the master bedroom. It was also very easy access to the beach. We will definitely be staying again.
