Superbe nouvelle propriété avec terrasse sur le toit et vue imprenable

AchevĂ© en mars 2020, Freeholders est une nouvelle propriĂ©tĂ© unique avec une vue dĂ©gagĂ©e. Le logement est au premier Ă©tage et a un beau parquet en chĂȘne partout. Le salon / salle Ă  manger / cuisine dĂ©cloisonnĂ© possĂšde un mur de fenĂȘtres donnant sur le ruisseau. Une grande table Ă  manger, un immense canapĂ© molle et une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e en font un espace confortable et convivial. Les deux chambres ont des lits king-size et des Ă©lĂ©ments d'origine. La chambre Ă  l'avant de la maison a une fenĂȘtre dĂ©roulante permettant aux invitĂ©s de se dĂ©tendre au lit et d'admirer les marais. La salle de bain au premier Ă©tage a une baignoire avec douche et en bas il y a une salle de douche supplĂ©mentaire. Une caractĂ©ristique trĂšs spĂ©ciale de cette propriĂ©tĂ© est la terrasse sur le toit isolĂ©e avec vue Ă  360 degrĂ©s, des meubles pour se prĂ©lasser et manger, et un monte-plats pour apporter de la nourriture et des boissons de la cuisine. Il y a une place de parking en face de la maison.

An absolutely outstanding place. The accommodation was wonderful, beds comfy, kitchen really well stocked with plenty of crockery etc.,. unlike some places that just give you 4 cups, 4 plates etc.. then you are forever washing or putting the dishwasher on!Of course the most outstanding feature is the view! Just spectacular. A wonderful spot as it is close to Wells but not in the middle - so a quieter area right on coastal path with walks both ways.The accommodation is also spotlessly clean - we usually end up leaving some places cleaner that we found that - but no way could we do that here - outstandingly clean.We will definitely hope to return here.Thankyou for a wonderful stay

Our second stay at Freeholders ticked all the boxes again and left us wanting to come back as soon as possible. Everything oozes style and great quality, really comfy bed, very relaxing views and not sure where the time goes when staying here really - will book for longer next time!

Perfect location, stunning views and exceptional hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at Freeholders. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes' walk from the center of Wells-next-the-Sea and it also has wonderful countryside walks nearby. The landscape is stunning — the views from the property are simply spectacular and the nearby sandy beach is expansive so you don't feel overcrowded. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the local dining scene. The house itself is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is even better in person than it looks like in the photos. The hosts were exceptional, providing perfect hospitality and prompt assistance whenever needed. We will definitely be back again!

Fantastic Apartment

We fully agree with every positive thing that was said about Freeholders in other reviews. It more than met our (very high) expectations: being quiet, well equipped, comfortable, within walking distance of everything we needed and with responsive hosts. Plus Wells is wonderful. We are planning to come again in the warmer weather for longer.

Stunning place with amazing views

Fantastic property with amazing views over the harbour and estuary. The house is stunning, very comfortable and situated within easy walking distance of local shops, restaurants and pubs. No entertainment needed as you can spend the whole day just watching the tide going in and out and all the activities not the water. Freeholders is a special place.

Salt marsh views

A relaxing place to stay. The main rooms wisely situated on the 1st floor to maximise the views over the creek and salt marsh. There is a convenient bench at the edge of the property to watch the sunsets. A second car parking space would have been useful. Modern comfortable decor and easy to adjust the temperature in hot weather using the electronic blind system.

Relaxing break in a great location

Great location on the creek in Wells. Lots of bird life and boats to watch from the large picture window in the lounge. The property was very comfortable and well equipped. Great views from the roof terrace. Parking space very useful. Short walk to shops/restaurants.

Beautiful Norfolk

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Wells ?The property was amazing everything was of top quality tasteful and very high tech but at the same time cosy and comfortable, a balance to is not easy to achieve . Highlight of our break was gazing out of the large picture window watching the boats and the world go by . Amazing

As a child, my mum brother and I would often spend the whole 6-week summer holiday in a tent on the campsite at Wells. We played in the woods and on the beach with an ever-changing cast of children from the campsite. It has always been a very special place for me and I have returned throughout my adult life. There is nowhere in the world I rather spend my holidays.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

When the opportunity to build a new property arose, we couldn't resist. We wanted to build something unique but that would also fit in and enhance, rather than detract from, the surroundings. Despite many problems, restrictions and set backs we persevered - and we are so thrilled with the end result. The property was completed in March 2020

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Living accommodation is on the first floor because East End is in a flood zone. This means that the views are truly spectacular. It would be impossible to tire of simply gazing out f the window,
