LAC DES OZARKS - LA PÊCHE D'AUTOMNE EST JUSTE AUTOUR DU COIN !!!

Nous sommes situés à l'arrière d'une grande crique calme pour une baignade parfaite sur le quai. L'intérieur de notre maison a été rénové et mis à jour pour une détente totale et la jouissance du lac. Le pont est sur toute la longueur de la maison avec beaucoup de beaux arbres pour l'ombre et l'intimité. Le quai juste en face de la maison a une grande glissade couverte de 12 'x 32' avec une terrasse de 22 'x 24' sous le toit avec une plateforme de bain de 16'x16 '. Utilisation gratuite du pédalo et du foyer (bois de chauffage fourni). Grils à gaz et à charbon fournis. L'allée circulaire peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 voitures avec un parking supplémentaire au deuxième étage, ainsi qu'un parking pour remorque de bateau. Grand tapis de bain pour votre plaisir.

Perfect stay

This house, dock and deck were perfect! We had plenty of room, comfortable beds and great parking. It sprinkled off and on so having part of the dock covered allowed us to still be on the water. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great space!

Loved the back yard and dock area! The kids loved being able to fish, swim and boat. The house had lots of room for all of us (5 adults and 5 kids). Would love to stay there again!

Family Get Away at the Lake

No complaints about this property. We loved every minute of our time there. The house fit the 8 adults well. And the outside private dock, paddle boat, Lilly pad, paddle board we perfect. We started each day with coffee on the deck and ended each night around the fire pit.

Very clean property exactly as described. Very nice dock. Plenty of parking. Only downfall that I could see is it's a little hard to get a trailer in and out. But overall very nice upkept place.

Memorial Day Weekend

Very Relaxing!!

A great vacation spot for our family. Pat was very helpful and always answered my emails in a timely fashion. The dock was the best and very relaxing. I would definitely stay again and the house was clean and well furnished.

Great Spot

This property was a really nice spot for our family. We had a baby and a toddler as well and it was very accommodating. The dock was so close to the house which made it easy to go back and forth from the water. Pat had towels and linens galore that made us feel at home. Highly recommend this house for a great stay!

Celebration of Life

Such a beautiful spot on the lake! A truly quiet cove with awesome lake access. The dock accommodates two boats. Great swimming and paddling opportunities right in the cove. Pat was so attentive and quick to respond to all my questions and made great recommendations for boat rentals. Everyone loved the location and the house and can’t wait to come back next year!

Joe and Pat Garrett are the owners. We moved to the Lake of the Ozarks on Labor Day 1981 with our two daughters (Third Grade and Kindergarten). We bought this lake lot that had a 10' x 50' trailer on it. We started building our home the spring of 1982. Over the years we have spent countless days entertaining family and friends at our lake home and cherish those wonderful memories. We owned and operated a convenience store on 5 Hwy for 17 years. During that time Joe was a fishing guide on the lake, pro-staff for Garcia and fished the Bass Tournament Circuit. Pat has been a cabinet designer for the past 30 years and is still very involved with her career. One year ago we moved to our 17 acre "farm" located 4 miles from the lake house. While we are really enjoying our new home, we still love our lake home and have spent the last year refurbishing it inside and out. It is now ready for you to create lasting memories of a great time with your family and friends at our lake home.
