Sur le Boulevard. 4 personnes. Appartement récemment rénové! Marchez jusqu'au centre-ville et au stade.

Un appartement entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© se situe au dessus d'une maison de 1902 au cƓur du quartier historique de Boulevard. Cet appartement en ville avec beau jardin sur un terrain de 1/2 acre est la base idĂ©ale pour une expĂ©rience d'AthĂšnes.

L'appartement a une entrée d'escalier privée et une cuisine urbaine entiÚrement équipée. Parking gratuit en bordure de rue sur une rue spacieuse. Nouveaux planchers de pin dur partout. Télévision par cùble et Internet sans fil également fourni.

Ma famille et moi vivons en dessous de l'appartement. Nous supposons que vous souhaitez votre vie privée, mais nous sommes également trÚs heureux de vous aider avec les conseils et les directions.

Une partie de la générosité qui vous attend par promenade facile ou trÚs courte promenade: Thousand Faces café et Jittery Joe's Roasters, White Tiger BBQ et Heirloom cafe, Normaltown (avec Automatic Pizza, Agua Linda, Normal Bar, Hi-Lo, Old Pal, Ike Et Jane's Cafe, et Marti's Midday) et Bottleworks on Prince (avec SeaBear Oyster Bar, Taqueria Del Sol, Hendershot's Coffee & Bar, Siri Thai et Viva Argentine Cuisine). A great stay! The host was super friendly and although there was a slight snag with the utilities, he made sure we were in the loop and all apologized for the inconvenience. I loved the little touches in the unit and all the detail added. A great stay and we'll be interested if we're back in the area!

Excellent stay and host!

Jason was on top of it from initial reservation to during stay. He provided home information and area information. Excellent instruction notebook for everything (being retired Army, I loved the organization)! The accomodations were comfortable, excellent. The neighborhood is historic with old homes and 50ft-wide streets lined with trees. Perfect for shade and morning and evening walks. Close to everything.

Talk about a beautiful home! There was so much character to this place that you couldn’t, not enjoy your stay. With that- you have to remember the beauty when you walk through the apartment.. the floors are noisyyyyy. This would not have bothered me if my 6 month old wasn’t with us. That was the only downfall to this place, so just keep that in mind if you have little ones or light sleepers. The beds were comfortable(even the futon), it was clean and in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely consider staying again once my youngest is old enough not to be a pain to get back to sleep.

Great Stay in a Great Location

Had a nice stay at Cardinals Roost. Jason was most gracious and helped us take luggage up the stairs to the apartment. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. Much recommended!

Sweet place, great neighborhood

My husband and I were in Athens for the Athens Comedy Festival and Jason's attic apartment was a perfect place to rest between activities. Quiet, clean, with all the amenities I needed and plenty of space for 2 adults to relax. It's walkable to lovely little coffee places and restaurants, and a very short drive downtown. Check in and check out were easy and Jason was very communicative. I highly recommend staying here!

Fun in Athens

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this space in Athens. Although we did not meet in person, Kevin was a great host. He quickly replied to messages and provided a wealth of information on the area. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood. It was quiet (except for the occasional train whistle), and very picturesque with mature trees and beautiful old homes. It is an easy twenty minute walk to downtown and a large variety of restaurants and bars. The unit itself is quaint and quirky. It was almost like visiting Grandma’s old house. The unit was clean and everything was provided. The only disconcerting item was the number of insect traps throughout the unit. All in all, a great place to stay in Athens.

Easy stay at a great location!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while in town. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and had the basics we needed. Parking is simple and we were able to walk to dinner and drinks during the evening.

Travel for work

The location is very close to the Piedmont Hospital. I could walk to work while I was there. The neighborhood was safe and family friendly. The apartment was clean and well stocked. If I am assigned to return to Piedmont Hospital again I would stay agaun.

Thanksgiving Visit with our daughter

This is the second year we’ve stayed here during Thanksgiving week. The apartment is clean, quiet, and comfortable in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood in Athens. The property owners are great at making sure all our needs are met and our super-communicative. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Although our home is below the apartment, we will not bother you unless you ask us to. When we are not traveling, we like to garden, play games, exercise, and enjoy the treasures of Athens.

After living in Athens for 17 years and spending some time abroad, I knew the Boulevard area was the best place to live in Athens. It's historic homes and sidewalks make it a lovely, friendly place to be. It's proximity to downtown and Prince Avenue grant easy access to eateries, venues, and shops.
