The apartment was spotless but it was noisy when the owners who lived upstairs walked around. I was awakened by the noise. I would likely stay again though as it was convenient to my son's house.

I was very impressed with how clean the Vrbo was and the set up worked great for us and the other couple. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family staying in that area.

we stayed in Athens for the weekend and really enjoyed our stay! Host provided everything a guest would need and the property was very homey!

Clean, quiet. No real kitchen. Small fridge. Microwave. Toaster oven and coffee maker. Sink in kitchen area had no hot water. Basement apartment accessed from lower level rear. Single large bath shared by both bedrooms. However, very clean and well kept. Very well priced. Groceries and gas very close.

Great location

The location to downtown Athens was great, very easy to get to. Very cute, quiet neighborhood. The owner thought of everything a guest would need. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice and quiet stay

We stayed for two nights. We were out at day time and only spent the nights there. It's a convenient location with lots of fast food restaurants nearby. Feels safe and quiet at night.

only downside is that I don’t remember it being made clear from the jump that this was a basement apt and not actually a whole house. I feel like the description was a little misleading other than that. Rental is in a good location close to plenty of shopping and food. Parking was perfect as well

It was a very comfy stay. Being a bottom floor apartment of a house you could hear the owner moving around upstairs.
