Absolutely perfect! Beautiful spot, quiet, well maintained. Easy drive to UGA campus. Loved all the thoughtful touches in the cabin. There were even fresh cut flowers. We will stay again for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay at the charming country guest house! It was so cute and perfect place to stay for my daughter’s parents weekend at UGA! We were able to get Ubers quickly! It was so nice to stay here versus a hotel in Athens! We will definitely come again!

Charming cottage in ideal, peaceful setting. The cottage is full of quality furniture, decor and accessories. We will definitely be staying here every time we are in the area. Beautiful surroundings. This is a sweet place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Athens during a busy weekend. The drive gets to be a little long if you’re going back and forth to campus a lot.

This cabin is as advertised! It was quiet, clean, and convenient. We had a rental car so transportation was not an issue, however we did check and Uber/Lyft would come pick us up. I recommend this property. Thanks owners for letting us use your space!

When I posted a video of this VRBO cottage on my Facebook page, I declared it elegant and comfortable. It is just as impressive in person as it is in the photographs, and it was absolutely immaculate.This is an ideal destination for a couples' getaway, an author's retreat, or a grandmother heading to a concert in Atlanta--as I was!Basic toiletries, snacks, and COFFEE (my ONE essential in any lodging!) were provided. I also appreciated having the trash receptacle located on the front porch, not even noticeable until I looked for it--but SO handy when I was leaving.My only motivation in NOT raving about this beautiful place is I don't want it booked the next time I visit Athens. (It was a 15 minute drive to my son's home there, easily navigable!)

Such a relief from the tired hotel rooms in Athens. This was an easy drive into town for our visit. We loved the adorable modern farmhouse look. Location and parking were well marked, and the path was nicely lit. Owner has thoughtfully appointed the house with basic needs and extras. Thank you!

2000% perfection . We will be back! Clean is an understatement, the towels smelled soo good !! The snacks and water were a true blessing a hot day cold water and a cold room !! Please take the walk to the firepit to see the creek !! OMG .Quiet and safe !!!

Mountain Cabin tucked away in Athens

This cottage is absolutely adorable with so many sweet little details and special touches. The owners had snacks, waters, and coffee for us. The decor was beautiful and the property was gorgeous and peaceful! We were here for the SEC Softball Tournament and the location was perfect. This place gets a 5+ star rating out of 5n

Quiet, Beautiful, Clean - caould not ask for more!

Very well kept property, beautiful landscape. The inside of the cottage was immaculate and had just about everything you need for a weekend getaway. Bed was very comfortable, great water pressure in shower, nice linens, towels, and decorated perfectly for a cottage. Very quiet at night, perfectly close to Athens and all the quaint cities and towns in the area. Great communication with host as well. Pictures are accurate as well. We would definately stay here again! Cheers.

Sweet, quiet place away from the UGA hub

If you were looking for somewhere a bit quieter than the Athens hub, this is a perfect spot. It does take about 20 minutes to get to campus, but is a quiet serene and clean place to stay.
