Grande détente au bord de l'eau!

Situé sur le cÎté privé (chaud) du lac Anna, les clients sont sûrs de passer des vacances inoubliables dans ce entiÚrement meublé, 4 chambres / 2. Maison de 5 salles de bain.  La chambre principale / principale dispose d'un lit king-size, tandis que les 3 autres chambres sont meublées avec trois lits queen-size, des lits superposés et un lit double, confortables pour 11 personnes.  Le salon ouvert est meublé d'une télévision HD 55 "avec Dish Network et offre une belle vue sur le lac.  La cuisine est parfaite pour les repas car elle est entiÚrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine.  Situé au bord du lac, les clients peuvent profiter d'un aprÚs-midi de plaisir solaire et aquatique, d'un feu de joie, puis regarder le coucher du soleil depuis la grande terrasse à cÎté du salon. 
 
Passez la journée à l'extérieur, profitez des attractions à proximité telles que la dégustation de vins et le golf miniature, ou faites du shopping dans la ville pittoresque de Louisa. Pour des achats de shopping plus haut de gamme à Short Pump / Richmond ou Fredericksburg; les deux ne sont qu'à 45 minutes en voiture.

My Happy Place

Another enjoyable vacation

This is our third year staying at this Lake Anna house. We love the simplicity of it. This year was even better with its added gazebo and cement pad by the lake. The owners are reliable and friendly.

Our family vacation was cut short in OBX due to a hurricane. I wanted to find a place where we could go for the rest of the week and came across this house. The owner got back to me right away was actually able to get us in that night!! Communication was great with the owner and the house was perfect!! Beds are super comfortable and everything was very clean! Thank you guys so much for saving our family vacation!

Beautiful property

Beautiful house on scenic Lake, house was clean and well stocked with pots and pans, plenty of towels, and linens and blankets! Only suggestion would be to update the Roku so that it would support Amazon prime, or Disney+ for guests to log into their own accounts on! Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely!!

Repeat renters!

We love staying here, great for all ages. Kitchen is fully stocked, house is comfortable, and the lake area is perfect for fishing, boating, swimming, lounging, etc...New pavilion by the sandy area was perfect for relaxing while keeping an eye on the kids. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, my mom felt comfortable enough to take a walk on the beighborhood roads by herself. Will be back...again!

Family of 5 vacation

We had a wonderful time at Jeff’s house! My husband and 3 children stayed for a week. Jeff was very attentive and the house was really nice! (He even texted us letting us know a storm was coming.) Great water access and the lawn and water toys were great for the kids. The house was nice and neat and the kids absolutely loved the bunk bed room and the big soaking tub. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks Jeff and Denise!

We had an amazing week at this property. The house is very nice. Jeff and Denise are great hosts. They were very responsive. They helped us out very quickly when we locked ourselves out of the property.We set up a full size volleyball net down by the lake and played almost every day along with swimming and riding the jet skis. The location on the private side is great. Water is really warm this time of year. The house comes with plenty of games and water toys. We were never bored. We only turned the TV on once for a movie night.We have been coming to Lake Anna for more than 25 years at this house is one of the best.

Wonderful Stay

Group of college friends over 60. House is very nice, roomy, clean. Large yard with a very nice fire pit area. Beautiful view of the water. Furniture is comfy and kitchen well stocked with pans, dishes, etc. This is tucked away in a nice wooded neighborhood, a bit of a drive to stores etc but well worth it. Highly recommend.

Relaxing lake escape!

This was our second time staying at this house we loved it so much. It has everything you need for an amazing lake house vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, the grill was great, and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The house was so beautiful and so was the lake! Besides the house and location the owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating!

This house is wonderful. It is well stocked, spotless, and the owners are excellent. Easy keyless access was great since we were 6 hours late! Plenty of room for all the kids to spread out. The boat dock was perfect for our jet skis.

Wonderful house for a relaxing getaway

Everything about the house was wonderful. We had a girlfriends annual winter retreat and it was the perfect location to relax and have conversations about our plans for next year. We also utilized the firepit one afternoon and watched the boats on the water. I highly recommend this house and would love to visit in the summer.

Lovely weekend

This property was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked and the information guide addressed most things. It was a cool weekend and we had thought about using the fireplace but didn't know how to light it (the pilot light was lite.) The only other comment was that one of the mattresses on the bunk bed was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you.

Great stay on a quiet cove!

A great time! We rented this house with family friends: two couples and 5 kiddos ranging from 2-9yrs. Everyone had a blast! We loved going kayaking, paddle-boarding and splashing around in the lake. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet family spot. The huge yard was great for running around. Jeff and Denise were wonderful hosts - super helpful and very responsive when we had questions. Only recommendation would be to bring a portable canopy of some sort as the lakeside area gets very little shade during the day.

Fun and relaxing stay on the water!!

Our family had the absolute best vacation here! The property was almost just as pictured - except the yard was even NICER in person!!! The kids loved the huge yard and playing in the water, and we loved the water toys and relaxing on the big deck!! The kitchen was well stocked for making meals and we LOVED that it had a crib and toddler bed! It was on a nice quiet street, but still close to everything. The owner also responded almost immediately to any questions we had. We would definitely come back here!

Clean and well stocked!

We opted to stay here on a family vacation while everyone else stayed at another house on the lake. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the property but we found it to be really clean and well stocked. Jeff, the owner was super helpful and quick to respond to every question or issue. We would definitely consider staying here again!
