Custom-built to maximize lakefront living, this stunning waterfront home on Lake Anna's private warm side is the perfect destination for your next family getaway! Boasting a rare natural beach, a boat dock, indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces, multi-level decks, and a huge screened porch with dining for 12 plus a separate lounge area, this home provides plenty of places to unwind every season of the year.

With indoor/outdoor living at its finest, adults can sip drinks by the gas fireplace on the screened porch while kids enjoy the bunk room, Wii, Smart TV, board games, and theater-style popcorn maker. Sleep like royalty in the three king bedrooms, curl up with a book by the vaulted wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, and enjoy the well-appointed kitchen with a nine-foot quartz island and separate beverage fridge. Make memories by swimming, roasting s'mores by the shore, and playing cornhole, bocce, or one of the other provided lawn games.

With 100 feet of shoreline and a private dock with a swim ladder on-site, ideal for jumping, fishing, and docking your boat, fun is at your fingertips. Soak up the sun in the property's two kayaks or pedal boat (life jackets provided). If you're looking for a day trip, visit Lake Anna State Park (with hiking trails and a playground), hit the links at a nearby golf course, or try a local vineyard or restaurant. Great Property!

We had a great vacation here- the house was clean and spacious. Everything was the way we were hoping it would be. Our kids loved the water and we really enjoyed the privacy and having our own dock and beach area. We would highly recommend this property for a get-away!!

Memorial Weekend Stay

My family and I were very impressed when we arrived at the house. This house is absolutely stunning. Very clean and decorated so beautifully. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed all the water toys available. The fire fit was very nice when the chillier evenings approached. My favorite however was the sunroom and the cozy fireplace in it. It was a very relaxing stay and would love to return again soon.

Pleasant contemporary home; nicely appointed; spacious; well-stocked kitchen. Everyone enjoyed the screened porch and beautiful, peaceful setting plus kayaks and dock.

This house is fantastic! Without a doubt the 2 highlights were the enclosed porch who h had gorgeous airflow and zero bugs, and where we ate almost every meal, and the water access. The toddlers had a blast playing in the sand and floating in the shallow water which was perfect for kids! We did ask if we can jump off the dock prior to our arrival and were told yes but water is only about 5’ deep at the dock so we only let the little kids!We had a few issues with cleanliness, like oily drops on the kitchen floor, fruit flies in the kitchen, but nothing that significantly affected our trip. Overall we would definitely stay again!

So Relaxing!

Whether reading on the porch nestled among the trees, fishing off the dock, kayaking on the lake or just floating the day away right off the private beach we couldn’t have been more content. A beautiful home with all the amenities we could ask for!

Great Family vacation home

My family and friends stayed here for a long weekend. It was easy to find and a great spot to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch with fire place. The house was well stocked with games, movies & books! Our kids enjoyed the popcorn maker, kayaks and making smores in the outdoor fire pit. plenty of space for multiple families. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home

This is a lovely home with so many amenities inside and outside to make it a perfect getaway. There is a gas fire place inside and outside on the screened-in porch, a firepit outside, board games inside and kayaks for the lake. The home itself is perfect for a family get together. The great room/kitchen area is perfect to hangout and cook together.
