La propriĂ©tĂ© a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e en 2018 pour inclure des fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond! Cela donne une vue spectaculaire et est idĂ©al pour observer les dauphins !!

Notre énoncé de mission est simple ... Offrir à chaque client une expérience loin de chez soi qui soit amusante, sûre, propre et abordable. Nous nous efforçons de répondre à vos attentes concernant cet énoncé de mission.

La cuisine comprend de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Le salon a un canapĂ©-lit queen-size qui offre un matelas en gel mĂ©moire. Il y a aussi une causeuse disponible avec des siĂšges supplĂ©mentaires et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 50 "pour regarder tous vos films et sports prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s. La chambre avant accueillante offre un lit traĂźneau queen avec un nouveau matelas et sommier. Le bain avant a Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  jour pour inclure Ă©galement des comptoirs en granit. La chambre principale a une vue imprenable sur le golfe offrant un nouveau lit panneau king size avec un nouveau matelas et sommier Ă  ressorts et un mur de tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat montĂ© au pied du lit. La salle de bain principale a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© mise Ă  jour pour inclure des comptoirs en granit. Laissez les vents du golfe souffler pendant que vous vous dĂ©tendez et asseyez-vous Ă  la table et aux chaises hautes situĂ©es sur le balcon oĂč vous verrez probablement des dauphins se nourrir et gambader le long de la plage.

Les plans de rénovation futurs comprennent la mise à niveau des deux salles de bains en mars 2020 et la rénovation de certains meubles et accessoires.

Ce condo est idĂ©alement situĂ© au 3Ăšme Ă©tage de Island Winds West avec une vue SPECTACULAIRE ET DIRECTE sur le golfe du Mexique. Il y a deux ascenseurs dans cette propriĂ©tĂ©, ce qui facilite l'accĂšs Ă  tous vos effets personnels sur la plage !! Si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez, vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous dĂ©tendre au bord de la piscine. Il y a un espace couvert au bord de la piscine si vous souhaitez lire un livre ou deux. Les petits enfants peuvent barboter dans la piscine pour enfants. Il y a une salle de fitness situĂ©e au 1er Ă©tage. Island Winds West est au cƓur de Gulf Shores, offrant de nombreuses commoditĂ©s, notamment la proximitĂ© de nombreux restaurants qui deviendront bientĂŽt certains de vos favoris. Pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns, il y a The Hangout, Bahama Bob's, Desoto's Seafood Kitchen et Billy's By The Beach.

It's a nice unit with gorgeous oceanfront views and direct beach access. The beach was beautiful and we appreciated that the unit had chairs, umbrellas, and a cart that we could use. The location is convenient to everything in Gulf Shores. The beds were quite comfortable, but be prepared for some noise if you are a light sleeper - we could hear the people above us early in the morning, and the bar across the street had live music until 10PM on Saturday and Sunday. Rodney was great to work with before and during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

The trip to Orange Beach was a truly wonderful Experience. The property have an excellent view to the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and enough space to move around.

Short but needed get away

Great place to stay. Very clean and well decorated. Even though you can tell the building itself was older the inside of the condo was so nice. No wasted space but plenty of room for small family. Beds are extremely comfortable. Would be nice if there were a few more bath cloths in each bathroom. Only a total of 5. Very well furnished in the kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beach Getaway

This property was great. It was as close to the beach as you can get, the view from the balcony was amazing, and had everything we needed for the week. I highly recommend this unit and I plan on booking it again in the future.

Clean and Comfortable but Needs Repaits

The condo is clean, and the beds are comfortable. Repairs are needed so that the plumbing will not make random loud noises that will wake you up. Lack of sleep was a problem with this unit.

Awesome place

The location of this place is amazing it’s so close to everything you need. Owners of this property are super super nice, they went above and beyond for any of my property needs. Everyone in the building super friendly and very helpful. You have the best of both worlds beach or pool. I would rate this property 100% some!!!! So nice and clean highly recommend

Perfect getaway

This was the best rental I have ever stayed in. The beds were extremely comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping at home. The place was very clean, decorated nicely and has updated/upscale furnishings. The rental is right on the beach and we were able to view dolphins from the balcony several days of our trip. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants. The only downside is the second bedroom has a window that faces the entrance to the units and a few nights we has loud neighbors late in the evening which was a nuisance. I would also recommend painting the exterior door to the unit as it is pretty scuffed up and gives a poor impression. We were a bit worried about what the unit would look like when we saw the door. We were pleasantly surprised however once we entered. It would also help to have a light near the keypad, as even during the day, it was sometimes hard to see the numbers on the keypad since it is a bit dark at the end of the hall. Overall, this was a great find and I would definitely book this rental again when visiting Gulf Shores.

Great stay!

Overall, great stay! Property manager was very responsive. Although this has nothing to do with the actual property, we were disappointed to smell marijuana multiple times. Very nice condo with a great view! Elevators were nice. Short walk to the beach with my two littles. My littles enjoyed the 1 foot kiddie pool, as well.
