Magnifiquement rénové 1 chambre, 2 salles de bains qui offre une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique. L'unité dispose d'un grand balcon privé avec accÚs depuis le salon. Cette unité est située au 5Úme étage et peut accueillir 5 personnes. La chambre principale offre un lit king et salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne. Great location/Needs attention

This will be the most honest review of a property. I had zero issues with property management company- liquid life was awesome with communicating, left small items to get started, and did an amazing job! The location is amazing- walking distance to pier, convention center, beach access! But, the property needs TLC badly! The facility was ok, has small pool and some minor amenities with easy parking, but needs updating. The bedroom window with direct hallway access does not even close or lock and was cracked open when we arrived (scary!) there were cigarettes butts on the balcony and smelled like smoke even though it’s non smoking! The beds are so worn, you feel the springs! Drawers are broken on the dresser, curtains stained with splatter, microwave is cracked, washer and dryer function but don’t actually clean or dry the clothes!! It says it sleeps 6, but don’t expect to have room for six people’s clothes or items!! There is one dresser in the unit and 2 small side tables and drawers are broken on both! Dishes are not microwave safe or kid friendly! Bring paper plates! I do feel the owner stocked the unit well with things you may need- vacuum, broom, crock pot, pans etc but someone needs to let them know they need to come fix the window and bed immediately!

This was the perfect spot for our little family to celebrate my 40th birthday! I was surprised with a card and champagne from Liquid Life when we arrived, which was such a sweet touch. Access to the beach was great and the view from our balcony was beautiful. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stayed! Very clean and perfect location! We loved how the beach was close to the condo so we didn’t have to walk far! Our favorite spot was the balcony! We ate out there multiple times! The kids thought that was real special! Only recommendations would be black out curtain for the room and for the kitchen sink to have hotter water. Can’t wait to go back again! 💜

The room upon arrival was filthy.The AC unit did not work properly for the entire trip.Condo hasn’t been updated in years! Very disappointed!! I should receive some amount of a refund back. Very very poor condition.

Great location

We had the best time and an incredible view. We met so many nice people. The beach in front of the property was pretty busy but we always found a spot close by and everyone was very willing to share. Would definitely stay again

Enjoyed Gulf Shores!

Although we were only there for 4 nights, we really loved this condo! The room was clean and was very well stocked with anything that we may need. We couldn’t have been happier with the Royal Palms building and the location. We would definitely stay again for an extended stay next time!

Cozy Condo

We loved the condo. I loved the decor and the view from the balcony is amazing. The pools were both very nice and the beach is very close, which is great for anyone who cannot walk long distances. It was a very comfortable stay.

Perfect location!

Very comfy place for our family! On the calmer end of the strip so super easy to access a chill beach but also could take backroads to the busier restaurant area a couple miles down. Loved the pool when the kids were tired of the beach. Beds were comfy. Couldn’t ask for more!

Great Place to Unwind

Great place! Property was clean and secure. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything our family of 4 needed. Both pools on-site were clean, clear and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better and the walk out to the beach from the building was short. It’s adjacency to the state park meant lighter crowds on the beach. Just a short drive to the heart of Gulf Shores and the various restaurants & shops, and a short drive in the other direction to Orange Beach. The property manager (Liquid Life) made the check-in process seamless and maintained contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for years, and this was honestly one of the best trips we’ve ever had.

Everything was great except the sliding door to the balcony would not lock. Not much of an issue. Don’t think anyone would come in that way anyway and we had no small children. 😀loved the location.
