Our stay at this beach house in Isabela was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable beachfront location—steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views that made every morning and sunset unforgettable.The home itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee while overlooking the ocean was truly a highlight.The area was peaceful yet conveniently close to great local restaurants and spots to explore, making it the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. This was the ideal place to unwind, reconnect, and fully enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for an amazing beachfront getaway. An easy 5-star experience all around.

The place is basic and could use a fresh coat of paint, fans and dressers. My sister stayed in same building on the 5th floor and it looks like the owners would stay there themselves where our place looked liked it was there just to make money. I was happy that you responded promptly and had someone come out to fix the problem.

My rating is probably 4.5, but that's not an option.It was a great location and the host was very responsive. The view is beautiful and we felt safe at all times. There are a few beaches nearby: Villa Pesquera is walking distance and very calm; Jobos: 10 minute drive and beautiful, with lots of places to eat–parking is tough, though; Crash Boat in Isabela is about 20-30 minutes away and a must-visit!The rooms are spacious and comfortable, as are the kitchen and living spaces. There's a supermarket in town that's reasonably priced. The house is minutes from La Plaza (town square/center of town) which is very cute and has many places to eat/things to do at night. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and supplies for both bathrooms. It’s right off the Paseo Lineal so getting outside to exercise is easy, and there are nearby restaurants and bars.

Our stay was excellent. You can't beat the view from the lanai. The place was clean and very comfortable. It had all we needed for a comfortable vacation. The grounds were clean and neatly kept. My grandkids enjoyed the pool area. The gate guards were always helpful and friendly. Just follow the rules!!! The location is close to town (Isabela) and a good way point to visit other towns in the northwest side of Puerto Rico. Supermarkets are close and good restaurants are available along the shore. Arnold was very helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely a good place to stay with your family.Thank you!MIGUEL

Perfect location to all beaches , stores and sights . Property was clean

Amazing

This Condo had an incredible view. In the master bedroom, you can hear waves crashing all night. Very clean and everything worked properly. Residents are extremely nice. Pool was wonderful. I was also impressed with security. They have workers walking around checking 25/7. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent experience had by all!

We spent a couple of weeks in Isabela to scout out that area and surrounding towns for future consideration of relocation and retirement. The condo being beachfront was absolutely outstanding. It was represented as pictured. We really enjoy sitting on the balcony after a day away and enjoying conversations, looking at the ocean and enjoying an evening beverage. The condo provided a very "at home atmosphere ". We were pleasantly pleased with all the amenties like: ease and distances to areas, availability of shopping and nescessities, the community acceptance and culture, and of course the multiple beaches and so much more. Thank you Arnaldo!

Great Location - Problematic Amenities - Responsive Host

This property located in an older and well maintained complex. Gorgeous views and perfect location.The listing was for 7 people but furnishings and accessories did not support this (4 chairs at dining table, not enough matching plates, cups, glasses or silverware for 7 to use at same time, broken ice maker etc). This worked for 2 but was not workable for hosting.I was in Isabela 2 weeks for work and planned to host colleagues and share the amazing view from the large balcony. There was not adequate seating inside or on balcony to do this.While it is common for there to be no glass in the windows so to enjoy the incredible sea breezes, this unit was without window screens. This meant keeping the window slats closed because of all the mosquitos.Overall, while this property might be OK for a quick night or two. It was very poorly and cheaply appointed and frankly uncomfortable for a longer stay.On a separate note, our Host, Arnaldo was very responsive when we raised our concerns (He promptly delivered ice trays, brought a mat to cover a failed repair in bath tub floor). We spoke with Arnaldo about the owner's multiple missed opportunities to a deliver a quality property interior which matched the interiors of other rental units in the same complex. He assured us he was in conversation with the owners and that improvements would be made.FWIW, we'd stay at this complex again and work with our host Arnaldo again but would not at this specific VRBO unit again.

We loved our stay! Apartment was very conveniently located near a beach with local bars and restaurants. We traveled to some of the nearby beaches but ended up preferring the proximity and less busy beach nearby. All of our questions were quickly answered and everyone was very helpful. Great peaceful getaway for our family.

Family Trip

I want to say thank you allowing us to stay at your place. Place was very clean, spacious, neighborhood was nice and quiet. Beautiful view from the balcony and if you wanted to visit the beach walking distance. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Oceanfront Oasis

LOVED our stay in Isabela at Isabela Beach Court Condos. The apartment was spacious & clean with a GORGEOUS view of the ocean. The neighborhood was a peaceful beach town with lots of kiosks & oceanfront restaurants. It is a really nice change of pace from San Juan where we normally stay but you need to rent a car for sure. Well worth it though if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat. The host Arnaldo was very responsive & the rental process was super easy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view need updates

It’s a nice apartment with an awesome view. The kitchen is great. However something’s need fixing and updating like the windows don’t open and need screens. if you advertise cable tv you should have it. Sliding door needs fixing ASAP!
