Excellent property and excellent location

We stayed in this property in June 2025. The property is in excellent condition and the host is very helpful and attentive. The location is next to a beautiful beach, bars, and restaurants. We will be back!

Good place and great location for the price! Having two bathrooms for 6 people was huge!!! Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great! Owner was very accommodating with quick responses.

We miss the place already!

This was my first time booking a Vacation Rental by Owner and I was scared to pick a place I’d regret. This place was worth every penny. It was clean, it was SAFE, the location was great! We never lost power or water. We had a washer and dryer. We had a cute little outdoor patio. We had access to the gym and pool. We had our own parking spot. We were on the first floor. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and would love to return some day. I was so grateful for the security guards. No one can come in if they aren’t residents or guests without a pass. It’s close to supermarkets and Wal-Mart, Jobos Beach, and so much more. The host was helpful and answered all of my questions before we arrived. We never had to contact him while we were there.

Not a good place to stay battled every day with management condo next door had small dog barked all

Small dog all day next door absentee owner cited numerous times management does nothing about it took me 3 weeks to get a new mattress in one of the bedrooms 4 of my guests had to find a different place to stay pipe in the pool broke 4 days to fix no pool for grandkids last 4 days pond had a leak had to fill it up 6 times in a month had to clean all the screens in the condo first day spent six hours cleaning all the pots and pans were rusted gated community does not provide key to ocean access should put that in the listing I picked this place because it got a 5 star rating barbecue door was falling off provides no beach chairs or umbrella had to buy 3 chairs and umbrella and left them there so now the next group has chairs and umbrella been coming down here for 40 years love the island and the people are great big surfer normally go to rincon I will never stay here again property manager pretty much took my money and ran also exhaust fan in kitchen did not work never fixed the condo should be rated as a 1 I was with my wife who is mrs clean she was not happy you know what they say happy wife happy life when you vacation some where all these things need to be taken care of before the people get to the rental had to put room deodorizers in every room and kitchen cabinets grass was not cut when you get a 5 star rating the should be in mint condition this needs to printed on your website ☹️☹️☹️👎👎👎😩😩😩

Perfect location

This was the perfect location to enjoy the many beautiful beaches in the area. The home is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities were lacking, but nothing major. If using the stove top, don't plan to cook a meal unless you have a couple of hours to spare. The heating element just don't heat up well. Besides the leaky shower, everything else was great. If location is your top priority, I would definitely recommend.

Isabela Beach Court Stay

Truly appreciated the gated area and the ease of entry and exit. The property was clean and beautiful. Location next to a beach area & ocean was absolutely wonderful. This was our first time in PR, and it was an overall great time. Thank you for all that you do!

Not impressed, Not happy.

This property on first site was good. It was not clean. It has an odor of old and dampness which could have beem improved with cleaning. We had to live out of our suitcases. One set of sheets for beds and no dusting no vacuuming of furniture, floors dirty. Master bathroom shower dirty. I was not happy and will never rent someone elses property for no reason again. I will pay the price for hotel and travel. We did not save anything. Not impressed for first time. More care should be shown for the money.

Nice location, Peaceful.

Overall, had a great stay. Spacious apartment, everything was clean. Rules and amenities were very clear. Due to Covid restrictions on the island, many places around were closed to tourism. But that is not the property owners fault. Our group was mixed ages, from Teens to Seniors. Family was happy with the experience.

Better Care.

The property is huge but they need to change whoever is cleaning. The dishes were dirty. The back of the bed in master bedroom was filthy. The chairs for the dining table are so old that you feel like seating on a piece of wood.

1st visit to the island

arrived late at night and was able to enter property with no extra effort. had a few issues that needed to be ironed out the next day. communication was good with property owner. would definitely stay again. very quiet and secure location. short drives to much other island experiences

Great Beach Spot

We really enjoyed this apartment and the location, steps away from Isabela beach! Also, a super close drive to Jobos which had additional bars/restaurants. The apartment itself was perfect for a group of 5, lots of space to work and enjoy the beach. The third bedroom with the bunk bed could use replacing but was fine for our group. We enjoyed the location and the amenities such as the gym, tennis court, and pool. Only other issue was a planned power outage the Thursday we were there. Overall would recommend.

The rental was nice. Security was a bit intense. Guess because of covic 19. It would be better if to get in we get a gate key.
